My health condition has been falling into bad probably in recent these days because of having cold.

However the clinic was closed due to personal reason, so I walked to a taxi stop run by Kohnan municipal management near Kohnan rail way station and on taxi reached my destination of a super-market called " West Apita " in order to fetch a pair of trousers made from leather, which have been rolled up.

On my coming way, I asked on the phone my regular gas company near the market store to carry me to my house by car.


I must carry into effect to meet and talk with both of them someday in close future wiyhout fail at all costs
As a result, it reached 99 percent probablity for me to be able to go to my current favorite place on foot, that is, the School Education Sectin in the Board of Education in Kohnan city hall in this week. 今日５月２４日、水曜日は早朝より快晴でしたので、革ズボンの裾上げのために、江南駅から西アピタまでの市営の「いこまいカー」を利用して、西アピタのリフォーム屋さんへ行ってきました。明日出来上がる予定なので、近日中に再度晴天の日に赴きます。
新たに又革ズボンを買ったためです。道路でしばしば転倒する私にとって、革製ズボンは、ひざへの切り傷を半減してくれる偉大な効用があるから二本目を買った次第です。
これから向かう猛暑に備えて、避暑用の帽子を当店で序に買いました。


戦前の様な教育制度の復活は、そもそも戦争推進者及びその関係者が行うべき責任を負うべきは、自明の理です
今週中に又当店へ赴かなければなりませんが、何とか暇を見つけて、江南市教育委員会、学校教育課へも赴かなければなりません。
昨今の私にとっては、当課の係員と「当市の小中一貫校特区への申請」について、会談することにこの上ない、喜びと生きがいを実感して止まないからです。
全ては、相手方の当市の教育委員会の責任者を始めとする大半の方々には、納得の上での申請を果たさなければならない私の立場なので、クールにして理論的に根気強く説得に望み続ける決意です。

敗戦までは、我が国は世界に誇示できる、全て入試を伴う６５３制を堅持してまいりましたが、敗戦により、この制度を作り上げた、先人の血と汗の功績を一気に失った羽目に陥りました。
この観点から、戦前の様な国際的な教育制度の復活は、そもそも戦争推進者が行うべき責を負うべき立場にあることは、自明の理です。
政治家諸氏の大先輩である、尾崎行雄先生や日本海軍従事者は、一貫して無謀なかの戦火拡大に孤独に打ち勝ちながらも大反対され続けられました。
一方陸軍従事者や新聞、ラジオ等のマスコミ従事者は、国民を扇動して戦火拡張論を唱えて、結果敗戦の憂き目へと我が国を導いたという経緯を持つ張本人であった訳です。

そもそも、戦争犯罪人を合祀している靖国神社の存在そのものが、如何に二世、三世が大半を占める我が国国会の議員諸氏が、大半の文明諸国の慣例、政情を棚上げにして、其の上詭弁を労しようと、平和を希求する世界への挑戦の他何物でもありません。

それにしても、この様な「世間知らずの劣等民族そうろうの戦争犯罪責任者達」の過去の誤りを、どうして罪のない私が尻拭いをしなければならないのかと、理不尽さを大いに実感して止まない私です。

誰のためなのか？　之専ら日本民族の繁栄、国際社会への参画のためへの、我が人生の挑戦という一言に尽きます。


民主主義国家は、個人の尊厳、幸せを基調におく体制です
何かと出費が重なる我が耐乏生活の財布です
我が家の庭の雑草は、春到来と共に生い茂ってきて、門から玄関までの通路を遮り始め、足の悪い私にとって歩行が困難となってきましたので、近々徳用の「江南市シルバー人材センター」へ草取り作業を依頼しなければなりません。
帰路江南駅で一服していたら、勤め帰りの姪に運良く遭遇し、家まで車で送り届けてくれて、本当に助かりました。

何かと出費が重なる我が財布です。
「個人の犠牲の上に社会の存立はない」。これは、個人の幸せを基調にする全体主義でない、民主主義国家の大原則です。
具体的には、融和、相互理解を身上として、根気よく説き伏せるべき相手、自らの財政力をもっともっと豊かにするために我が身を斬り込んで行くべき相手は、決して残念ながら他地にあるのではなくて、先ずはこの生まれ故郷の江南市内にあることを、肝に銘じて尽力し続けなければならない現下の私です。

However they would continue commuting and staying in the room long years, the scholastic and sports abilities of all the school boys and girls would never definitely be improved for ever at all. They actually used to make their assistants meet and talk with me, to be very regrettable for me.

Today was Sunday and fine weather, so I went out for walk to a big electric appliance shop named " Yamada electric appliance shop " on foot for the first time in long days although it took me more than one hour because many kinds of electric massagers with the most updated facilities are always provided for any visitors free of charge, these massagers being difinitely different those in Kohnan welfare center run by the poorest city in Aichi prefecture named " Kohnan city " ; all these are ready to fall apart, the outdated facilities, old and dirty.
Whenever I sit on chairs with the most updated highly quality, I get accustomed to be able to walk with light step, usually taking rest fewer than going there on my coming way.
Actually I took rest 12 times on going way, compared to what I took 4 times on coming way.
Of course no sooner had I reached there than I sat on these chairs.

In this season we Kohnan city annually holds wisteria blossom festival from April 21 to May 5 at a famous temple with old history in my native town called " Mandara temple ", which was built by the then Japanese Emperor called " the Godaigo Emperor " (life : 1288-1339) about 7 hundred years ago.
On May 4 Mr. Ozeki of my old friend and I went to see and enjoy the wisteria festival by car.
We contemporary Kohnan citizens must highly appreciate our preceding men's plan to the fullest extent, in which they had conceived and carried out hard so that Kohnan city might draw many people from the outside of other areas as sightseers and collect money in the city.
Concretely speaking, at the first place, they had planted various sorts of sapling wisterias in the extensive square land within the temple.

In sum we Kohnan citizens should keep in mind to avoid scrambling to get money within a same wallet to the fullest extent, definitely not following most of members of Kohnan assembly and mayors in successive generations.

All the while a large number of people come here by car from broad areas outside our city and spend a large sum of money, while parking in a large number of temporary plots and having meal at many restaurants in our city.

The useless triffles, in which such a same sort of private own businesses like restaurant, coffee-shop, super-market, closes-wash broker and lots more, frequently open business solely to gain profits of money withdrawn from people within Kohnan city, definitely not from people in other areas.

In other words, series of directions in these business men always intend trying to scramble to get money in a same wallet - within the narrow city - one another.
Over many decades Kohnan citizens have not felt the slight movement that even a small number of manufacturing factories would raise business in order to get profits of money from other cities, prefectures and countries in our city. There are no miserably unhappy movements more than this long process.

Where does Kohnan city go exceptionally against the main stream in Japan most represented by our Aichi prefecture and Gifu prefecture ?

日本語版：序盤戦だが、プロ野球は公式戦を展開している。どうしても解せないのは、東証一部に籍を置く例の某ＩＴがスポンサ－になっている西武ライオンズが良い位置につけていることだ。この詐欺企業は、俺が何度も指摘しているように、ここ２年間の長きに亘り、値下がり一途の下降線を辿っている。勿論、殆どの企業が、日本経済の復調につれて、緩やかでも着実に値上がりのチャートを描いているのに反して、今日でも依然として大幅な下降線を描き続けている。

俺がここで強調したいのは、東証の社長をペテンにかけて一部入りを果たしたばかりか、無数の国民の投資家達に多額のダメージを与え続けている、詐欺会社にバックアップされている、この野球グループ、ティームの恥知らず、厚顔ぶりだ。実に腹が立つ。
第一、プロ野球選手は、青少年の夢と憧れの的であるという風説は、前時代的なもうとっくの昔に崩れ去った、神話だと言う事実だ。

何が松坂、和田、中島だ！　何が世界の王だ！
そんなに自身の体力に自信があれば、国威高揚と自身のレベルを国際水準で把握する為、オリンピック競技に参加して、世界各国の選手と技を競り合うがいい。
例えば投手の松坂が投てき競技で、打者の和田、中島がレスリング、柔道に参加して自身の実力を知るがいい。既に、オリンピック出場経験がある者は、骨身まで知り尽くしていることだが、松坂が投擲競技に出場しても、和田、中島がレスリングに出場しても、ご多分に漏れずに、さんさんたる結果に終わることは、日の目を見るより明らかだ。この話、結果は、これらの者が、たとえ幼少の時期よりこれらの競技の訓練に日夜明け暮れたとしてもだ。

何が世界の王だ。バットを振ったり、巨額の収入を手にしたりする、暇、余裕があったら、ある程度の才能を兼備しているものの、英語力が貧弱だとされている中国の子供達に救済の手を差し伸べたらどうなのか？

今日の我が国では想像を絶する事態であるが、英語の副読本、参考書すら品切れとなっている、中国の内陸部の小中学校へ出向いて、視察するなり、国際共通語である英語学習に必須なこれら副読本なり参考書を寄付したりして、祖国にもっと貢献したらどうなのか？

何本ホームランを打とうが、国民の日常生活の豊かさには微塵の影響も反映されてこないのだ。

本論に入るが、昨今関西では、ホリエモンと全く同類の村上ファンドも、関西の良識人の前で、行く手を阻まれて、一人デッドロックの状態だ。いい傾向だ。よくよく反省するがよい。

このホリエモンに司法の手が入ったにも関わらず、何故この詐欺企業に司法が介入されないのかと日本全国の誰もが謎めいている。何故ならば、資金調達の方法までも、ライブドアと全く同じだ。
それに何度も言うように、１年半前に比べたら株価は５－９分の１までに値下がっており、今尚この一社だけ大幅に毎日値下がりし続けている。値下がりランキング年間一位にランクされている。自身の身の上、経歴、言動を棚に上げて、如何に多弁を弄して他人を先導しようとも、誰が、賢明な国民が、追随するのか。誰でも容易に分かる予測事項だ。

大体コネでそこそこの会社に入社して、一介のサラリーマンとして世間体に無難に人生を送るべき程度の人物が、全国津々浦々から資金を集めて、大会社を興し一城の主となろうとする渡世そのものが、所詮俺に言わせれば無理、解せない話だ。
この詐欺会社も、ライブドアと全く同様に、経営陣の総入れ替えでしか、生き残りの途はなく、口車にまんまと乗った東証社長及び大損害を蒙ったいや今尚蒙りつつある、現に不健康だ苦しい耐乏生活を余儀なくさせられている、無数の株主各位に対する、唯一の救済法だ。それ以外に方法は、何一つない。

「良い政治家ほど無駄な動きがない」という有名な諺がある。小泉氏も改革の美名の名の下で、「不要な改造にエネルギーを費やし続けると、エネルギーを使い尽くして、いざ真の成すべき改造に臨んでもお手上げにならざるを得ない。」
そんな心配が私の脳裏を横切る。少し心配し過ぎだと結構だが、、、。大丈夫ですか？小泉さん！

我が国日本の最富裕地帯で、心も豊かな人達ばかりの筈の愛知三河、大阪地帯ですら、保身に終始した、所謂利己主義者の渦の中で、私の体は次第に蝕まれていった。身を挺しての体験であった。
この生まれ故郷での生活、生存時期こそ、我が過去の損失を補填し、傷を癒すには我が人生に残された唯一のチャンスだ。

敵は東京、大阪にあるのではなくて、飽くまでも我が生まれ故郷のこの田舎町にあることを、常に肝に銘じている障害者となってしまった以来の俺の姿勢だ。
しかし、地理的に我が住処と目と鼻の近くにいる敵陣、彼等なので、話し合えば必ず分かり合える筈だ。多々困難、努力は伴うとは言うものの、理解し得る仲間だ。

物づくり、製造工場占有面積が日本一の愛知県内に位置し、２００５年新設製造工場面積日本一を記録した岐阜県に隣接しながら、之に反して、江南市よ！何処へ行く？　

現代日本は、全体主義社会では決してなくて、個人の尊厳、幸せを基調にする民主主義社会の一席に位置するので、個人的に当然俺も、自身の経済的自立、幸せ無しには、社会への報恩はないという視点に立つ。

In our country it is getting warmer and warmer day by day, however it is still cold in the early Morning and late Evening.


Any obstacles can no longer intervene, disturb and stop the increasing power upheld by most of clever Japanese people
Well soon back to the main point, my long-cherished hope - reforming public education system from 633 into two division system such as 93 - has been prevailing steadily and rapidly across country under the auspices of the Japanese governmet as if fire of freedom called " October revolution " had ever broken out 1917 in Russia.
All obstacles such as pseudo-democracy, dishonest, un-fairness, super-centralization, speech apart from behavior, only one polar trend, neglecting locality and lots more can no longer intervene, disturb and stop the increasing power upheld by most of honest Japanese people.
In this moment too the increasing power is getting to strengthen and penetrate all parts across country more and more.


From now on, I must recapture and regain my own lost past days by a small part of selfish people in order to lead to richer happy days from the view point of daily financial life
Reflected my past life, a great deal of energy and economic power have fled from my happy life. In other words, from now on for coming next time I must seriously take into consideration to recapture my lost young days full of unfortune, fruitless and miserable.
This plan means challenging my own fanancial richness in order to gain independence in my private daily-life as soon as possible.

In addition needless to say more I will incessantly continue challenging a better public education system in our country as usual before.

Well come back, I have already gone and taken a talk with officials of good character in the Board of Education in Kohnan city hall twice, for detail, around April 21 and 28, persuading all of them serious so that Kohnan city hall may decide and proceed further to join " the special education districts aimed at consistent 9 system among elementary schools and junior high schools " as soon as possible, sooner even by a day. Everytime we all shared common pleasures and hardships over all the while one other.

What Tsukui town has joined " the special education districts " would have encouraged all members of the Diet involved in this greatest plan as if they all had gone aboard the largest vessel because Tsukui is place among small mountains where only one father of them was born
Above all things we may pay a special attention to what Tsukui town has joined " the special education districts " recommended by the Japanese Government which consists of members of the Diet because the town of Tsukumi of a rural mountain village in Kanagawa prefecture is noted to be a famous place where god of constitutional government named " Mr. Yukio Ozaki " was born besides the long successive ancestors of him have been sleeping underground. Mr. Ozaki, with whom all members of the Diet have directly to do to be one of national politicians, contrary to what I have nothing to do with him as I've never been engaged in any kinds of politicians, definitely not for a mere day.
In short, this memorial participation will necessarily cause a certain victorious outcome, in which all of the Diet members involved in taking the initiative to raise the national governmental plan " special education districts " would have been relieved to know what only one place on earth for their adorable father had joined their plan. All of them would have been relieved as if they had gone aboard the largest vessel.


No matter how much such a kind of idle officials may stay in city hall all day long, the learning environment in schools for girls and boys to study in more effective way would definitely not come true for ever
By the way, administrative reform has been coming up very long years as the top task in series of long successive Cabinets. Nevertheless, I can't help tackling with the reform in the Board of Education in our city too, where I'm obligated to go and see very often. For detail, the higher official desk-workers are ranked, the idler they spend and work in office.
No matter how much such a kind of official desk-workers may stay in city hall or however much time it may pass away, the learning environment in schools for school boys and girls to devote themselves into learning would definitely not be improved or raised or made progress at all.
This problem is one of good examples, in which a great sum of taxes from Japanese people has been much wasted in vain annually long years.

Why does our city hall apply for " the special education districts aimed at 9 consitent system " advocated by our Japanese Government in speedy and frank ?
Why does our city hall get rid of brilliant citizens via Ichimiya high school famous for the most brilliant record history in going on to public or national universities in our locally native land called " Owari region " ?

若い時期に良い習慣、技、体力、知識をつけよう
先日４月２９日、私は地元の総合病院である昭和病院へ赴いた。
久々に納得のいく、心温まる対応を、点滴をした看護婦さんから受けて会心の満足を得た。本当に何ヶ月ぶりの満腔の敬意を思わず捧げたくなった。当看護婦さんは、日頃は入院患者さん達のお世話をする病棟勤務であると言う。日頃の成果が成せる自然の快挙であった。

「雀百まで踊り忘れず」という諺がある。若い頃に会得した技、知識は、何時何時までも年老いても心身が覚えていて、老いてもついつい自然に言動となった表れるという意味だ。
従って、何時までも人間は若くないので「若い時期に良い習慣をつけよう」という意味でもある。

私自身も宮田小学校、宮田中学校という幼年少年時代に、踊りや英語を身につけていたので、こうして自然と英語でのブログを書いたすることが出来る。足腰がどうにか間に合っていた大阪時代の晩年の５５－６０歳頃の壮年期になっても、２０-３０歳年下の者達よりも、遥かに踊りに力があって且つ正確であった。

話は変わるが、私が住むこの辺りや現昭和病院が建つ辺りは、戦前の昔は辺り一面桑畑であった。住民達は、所謂水呑み百姓、小作人と言われた貧農層であったが、桑関係の元締め的な職にあった者達だけは裕福であった。桑問屋、繭卸問屋、生糸問屋の従事者である。
従って、これらの家系の子息で学力優秀な男子は、決まって６年間の「古南小」を経て、旧制中学の「一宮中か小牧中か愛知一中」へ進学されて、しかる後は末は博士か大臣を目指して「八高」へ進学されたか、一に海兵、二に一高と言われていた、戦前の我が国において、何とか身を挺して我が国を守ろうとして、海軍兵学校へ進学された。相場は全く決まっていた。

現在は、２００６年４月３０日であるが、この狭い古知野の町にも後者の海兵卒の方々が今尚多々隠遁生存されている。
近年には、国民皆保険制度が徹底されて、之の傾向が良いか悪いのかは別問題にして、雨上がりの竹の子の様に、よそ者「県外生まれの者」がクリニックを開業して、この土地の名士、セレブリチィとなっている。

一方、敗戦を迎えて、これら海兵出の者達は、若き日の鬼才、抜群の学力を買われて社会で、多くは学校の先生に迎えられた。私の祖父の弟に当たる方が、鳥羽商船校に就かれたのと全く同じ立場だ。
若い時期に徹底的に習得した技、体力、知識は、後々までも自然と言動となって発揮できる
そこで皆が不思議に思うクエスションだ。詰まり、「何故教員資格免許を持たない者が教員に就業できたのか」である。アンスワーは、之だ。これらの方々の全ては、若き日に、例えば英語、数学、国語、化学、物理等などをすこぶる優秀に習得されていて、教員資格を持つ一般の現愛知教育大卒者達「前愛知一師、愛知学芸大」よりも、壮年老後になっても造詣が深かったからだ。
もっと分かりやすく説明すれば、昭和病院で薬剤師となっている者、市内の中学校で数学の先生になっている者よりも、薬剤師や教員免許を持っていない京大や名大の文、経済学部卒業者の方や岐大の土木科卒の現場監督の方が、遥かに問題の数学、物理、化学等に於いても又造詣が深いのと全く同じ関係だ。

どうか昭和病院の看護婦さん！　若いうちに脇目を振らずにこの途一筋に絞って、良い習慣、技、知識を身に着けてください
多岐多様に余分にわたりかけたので、この辺で本論へ帰ろう。

看護婦さん本来の常識的な職務である「体力が衰え、不治の患者さん達の身の回りの面倒をみる技、体力を身につけてください」。
確かに人間は法の前では、皆平等だが、看護婦さんと国公立大を出て其の上、難解な資格を取って専門職に就いたり、商社、学校の先生、公務員になられた方々とは、決して実社会では平等に待遇されません。


私達障害者達は、そんな看護婦さん達には、誰よりも高い評価を個人的に捧げたい気持ちで一杯なのが、偽りのない心の底からの大きな叫びです
しかし私達こうした障害者となった全ての者達は、どんな一般的に高い社会的評価をされている女性達よりも、例えば１００円玉が床に落ちたら拾ってくださる方、椅子から立ち上がる際に手を引っ張っていただける方、床掃除をして頂ける方、詰まりそんな技を若き日に自然に身につけてられてしまっている看護婦さんに、満腔の感謝を払い、且つ遥かに高い評価を個人的にしたい気持ちで一杯なのが本音です。偽りのない叫びです。

実際に、昨日４月２９日に昭和病院で面倒をして下さった看護婦さんに遭遇するたびに、私達障害者達は、「よーし、俺が看護婦さんの足らざる社会的分野で、もっともっと頑張って、貢献し活躍して社会的評価を得て、今度は逆に俺が恩返しをしなあかんなー」とつくづくと痛感、実感します。

Toway was really happy day in my own person as I went to Kohnan municipal welfare center to take bath with my old friend since our childhood named " Mr. Ozeki ".
Further more we enjoyed driving to a Japanese restaurant, Yamada electric appliance store and finally a coffee-restaurant. All the while I could share common pleasures with him.

Well getting to the main point, on April 24 I went to the Board of Education in Kohnan city hall in order to conduct and persuade it to participate in " special education districts, aimed at 93 system " under the auspices of the Japanese government as soon as possible because the more time passes, the more the number of joining cities, towns and villages in this governmental plan regarding public education system reformation becomes across country.
However unfortunately such my hope ended in vain at this time.


Who do best in persuading it to do so except me on earth in such dragging feet ?

I must earnestly strive to go and see officials in the Board of Education in persistent persuations as many times as possible and very often until it would make up its mind to join in the educational reformation of our Japanese government.

However I got an un-overlookable fruit in having been able to talk with Mr. Buma and Mr. Tanaka ranked in responsible positions in the section of the Board of Education, tangibly experiencing good and meaningful feel.

In sum, the Board of Education in our Kohnan city stands in need indeed joining the special education district aimed at 93 system without any questions any more.
Who do best in persuading it to do so except me on earth in such dragging feet ?

Two weird problems in Kohnan city and Showa hospital meet one of the largest 7 stranges on the Earth

Makino who is accustomed to come and wake up me sleeping deep on chair of the fixed electric massager for me to get time for " let's go on circling taxi to many places in the city at very in-expensive cost ! " run by Kohnan city at the last time on every time and day.

Why does the Board of Education in Kohnan city hesitate to raise hand for the national education system reforming under approval of the Japanese Government ?

I would like to greet with the Board of Education in Ouita prefecture thousands applauses.

My long lasting wish more than 40 years long - 93 system with 9 consistent system among elementary schools and junior high schools founded by publics - at last has rooted in many places across our country by courtesy of special educational district in reforming social framework advocated by the Japanese Government.
In particular first of all I would like to pay the highest appreciation toward the next two districts.

This special educational district was born in my native place named " Aichi prefecture ", for detail, Tobishima village and Sasajima town in Nakamura ward in Owari region where are located near the seaside of the Pacific Ocean, in adiition Nishio city, Ishiki town and Akuhi town in Mikawa region. All these cities, towns and villages have been making a steady and great progress so far.
For my most incomprehensible matter nowadays, I can't understand and feel weird any way, " Why does the Board of Education in Kohnan city where my incessantly long ancestors have been sleeping generation to generation underground and I was born, hesitate to raise hand for national educational project under approval of the Japanese Government ? "

Mr. Yukichi Hukuzawa and Mr. Shigenobu Oukuma had respectively founded a certain private university which had been producing a great number of brilliant professional baseball players before the end of war. Both of two men stressed the importance of " Independence of Education " in face of establishing respective universities, neglecting and putting aside that their universities had been long holding affiliated elementary schools, junior high schools and high schools in order to permit all pupils to go on for their own universities without any entrance examinations definitely in-compatible with their following system in UK.

Generally speaking, true reforming is carried out in getting rid of unreasonably traditional inertia established by our ancestors even though it would be sometimes heard from dead men, " Do stick to your preceding ancestors ! ".

In the meantime Mr. Yukichi Hukuzawa was born in Ouita prefecture, nevertheless the prefecture ventured its fortune to choose and agree to our new thinking way to be willingly appointed " special educational district " - 9 consistent system among elementary schools and junior high schools - backed up by the Government.
Consequently I would like to greet with the Board of Education in Ouita prefecture thousands applauses.

We, Mr. Nagata of the section head in the welfare and insurance section in Kohnan city hall and I, took a meanigful and friendly talk on April 21.

We must challenge friendly and positive talks incessantly again until the unfair barrier against graduates from Ichimiya high school woud be dismantled some day soon.

On April 4, we had a very meaningful talk with a few important matters update between Mr. Nagata ranked in the section head in the welfare and insurance sectin in Kohnan city hall and me.
We two happily agreed to a great success that the charge forward system in all hospitals and clinics for our disabled Kohnan citizens is scheduled to end in the coming end day of this July.

Further more we agreed to some good feeling point that the direction in employing new officials for future should be reformed into a fair way in openly public under the billiant Kohnan citizens via the most brilliant public school named Ichimiya high school should be treated as fair and equal as other general young citizens.
Then I stressed many times to him that the current Kohnan city owes lots of benefits from definitely not a small scale of private business men such as wine stores, real estate brokers, candy stores and lots more but commuters to Nagoya in the long distance every day or went out work for some other richer districts for the sake of getting richer daily finance, leaving their homeground named " Kohnan city ".

Getting to the main point in our city, the more it passes days, the more consuming private markets are increasing contrary to the less working private markets to live on salary are decreasing.
The former points to meal-restaurants, coffee-stores, clinics, hospitals, super-markets in Japanese term, tailor shops and lots more, on the other hand the latter points to manufacturing factories in producing many kinds of machines, manufacturing factories in oil pressure motors and lots more ever seen here and there any places.
Such a kind of factories has moved from the city into other neighboring cities, towns and villages to the fullest extent as most of Kohnan citizens know well.
Such series of process in our city goes to directly opposite direction against many richer cities, towns and villages in Aichi prefecture noted country-wide as one of the richest prefectures.

We Kohnan citizens can't prospect for happy future, putting aside this pending problem.
In other words, the hardest barrier to pass through the problem points to the long lasting existence full of prevalent suddenly after the war called " a certain private school with 6 cocnsistent system in this city " as I say many times.

It is not too much to say that two weird happenings in Kohnan city and Showa Hospita may just be called to be one of the seven largest strangenesses on the Earth.

What we honest Kohnan citizens are very unhappy to face and I feel irritated against, on one hand obviously depends on what Kohnan city hall adheres to the old-stereotyped thinking way why a small part of section heads still now try to expel briiliant Kohnan citizens of graduates from national or public universities via Ichimiya high school in making decision of city policy while being tied up with local aged men who had been long obligated to the poorest tenant farmers from generation to generation until the end of war and on the other hand depends on what incompetent male pharmacists and deskworkers handling at welfare affairs on the second floor are prevailing over other honest personnels and disabled citizens in a big large hospital named " Showa Hospital ".
It is never too much to say that these two weird happenings in Kohnan city may be called to be one of seven weird strangenesses in the world.

Nowadays in Japan, particularly Aichi and Gifu prefecture located almost in the midst of Japan from the geographical point of view, the cherry trees are in full blossom.
In this moment on April 7, we, my old friend since my infant age called " Mr. Ozeki " and I, enjoyed to the fullest extent driving to cherry blossom on both sides of dike of the River Kiso and the detailed site how well the ongoing national project was developing, the national project which means " the National Plant Garden " developing across the dike of the River.
However unfortunately we are sorry to be unable to take pictures due to trouble in my digital camera.
On April 8, I'm scheduled to send it to Olmpus repairing center at once.


Kohnan city hall is accustomed to repeat seeking aids for such a same brilliant persons only in case it encounters difficulties.
Such a public policy in our city sounds too selfish to understand, resembling a certain private school with 6 consistent system in our city .
Soon let's come back the main point ! I've been realizing fully the following unhappiness ;
Our Kohnan city hall is said to be one of so-called weird public halls on ground that it has been eliminating most of young brilliant persons whom this local land has been forging over span of long generations, in other words long lasting generations in the town has produced, but picking up unreliable persons. If this selfish policy might be permitted some times, it would work to a little persons to be no roblem at the most.

However it is incomprensible at any way for me that the city hall is accustomed to repeat seeking aids for such a same kind of brilliant persons only in cases it encounters difficulties.
Such a public policy in our city sounds too selfish to be satisfied with, isn't it ?


Nevertheless this city has been long collecting a great sum of taxes, reaching to astroniminal figures, from these dwellers imprudently to the fullest extent, has it not been so ?
Let's us cite one of actual examples ! This city never took action to pay aid money to then Japan
in face of case that about thirty to forty years ago our country had constructed in span of many years Hohnan dwelling apartment complex in Japanese National Housing Corporation. Nevertheless this city has been collecting a great sum of taxes, reaching to astronomical figures, from these dwellers impudently to the fullest extent, has it not been so ? It is generally moral respectively to response for their long lasting devotions of all individuals, isn't it ?
Are all concerned in this city about to be indifferent to what most of them have been actually going out for work to Nagoya in the long distance and coming homes every day from early Morning to late Evening ?
If it would be left untouched, they should put up with many criticisms to be un-rivaled egoists just right as well as a certain private school with 6 consistent system full of selfish in this city.


Whenever I go to Showa hospital, I can't help being upset in insensibilities of some incompetent youths close to others around them all the while.
I would not have grown to a disabled person only if I would keep sending daily life indifferent to others around me as well as some persons above written in Kohnan city and Showa hospital.
Ｉ've been going to a general hospital called " Showa hospital " about one time per week. Whenever I go there, I feel irritated with what some dull male persons full of physically energy have been engaging in idle under the best-sanitary condition, for detail, in the best air-conditioned rooms all year round, for detail some persons whom I appoint, come out to be incompetent pharmacists and deskworkers hidden from open looking on the second floor.
I conceive the same kind of disgusting whenever I look at incompetent low classed officials in the city hall.
Above all things I can't help being upset in their insensibilities close to others around them all the while.
Same fellows like you happen to appear less or more any places in Japan even in advanced regions such as Mikawa region and Osaka prefecture even though it would be confined to a small number.

Yet you see what I have unexpectedly grown to a disabled person, I would have not grown to a disabled person if I would keep sending daily life indifferent to others neighboring me just right as well as insensible persons of them like some persons described above in the city hall and hospital.


we are very unhappy to see news that a small part of local public principals are developing to choose 6 consistent system, putting aside that the main economic power of Japan depends on mass-production of cars in many places all over the world
Directly based on the same story, we happen to see news that a small part of local public governors are developing to choose 6 consistent system among junior high schools and junior high schools against our Japanese goverment's direction aimed at " 9 consistent system among elementary schools and junior high schools " according to its administrative policy " special reforming district ".
However the trend matchs our wrongly dangerous trace out of world-wide common sense, ever being derived from narrow outlook, insisting what we Japanese people were absolutely sacred and idealized far away out of the community of humane individuals with short points and long points.
If the idealistic choice would be dragged away for long times as usual before, USA would necessarily take action on our education system without fail like Mr. MacArther, Douglas in GHQ no matter how friendly USA may always be for our country.

Why does Kohnan city hall keep hating and advoiding from brilliant Kohnan citizens via Ichinomiya high school in employment test ?
Well come back ! Why are you deliberately trying to turn your eyes away from what some of more brilliant citizens than you have been trying their bests in the midst of hard rain, wind, heat and cold ?
It is likely happen some times that some of Kohnan city officials come and investigate into my birth site where the project of the Ministry of National Land and Traffic, namely one of national egencies definitely unrelated to Kohnan city, has been developing.
Here I proceed further to present another example.
In this Kohnan city there are living a large number of graduates from national or public universities via Ichimiya high school to be the most brilliant high school in Owari district, Ichimiya high school which has been long sending more than two-thirds of graduates to national or public universities annually.
Why does Kohnan city hall keep respectively hating and avoiding from them namely brilliant Kohnan citizens via Ichimiya high school ?
Contrary to its fact, some of Kohan officials are apt to be insistent to get closer to the developing site under construction in which the Ministry of National Land and Traffic is doing its project, no matter what Kohan city itself may have nothing to do with the Ministry in additon what Kohan city has never paid aid money to the national agency.
You know that the national Ministry holds personnels who graduated from national or public universities, definitely differing from personnels in kohnan city hall so much as to throw out trash.
Such actions taken very often by the current officials in Kohnan city hall in series are too ridiculous and incomprehensible for us honest citizens to understand any way.

Although I had sent all of my school life to be brilliant in both learning and sports, I suffered coldhearted treatment from my birth place. I would like to add that over all this process I still now call gloomy and bitter remembrance on this land, including all dwellers here regardless of young or old, men or women.


I'm keen to hope urgently Kohan city hall and Showa hospital to take into consideration such a my true feeling at least one-tenths of it
What I've been devoting myself into revival and regaing a public or national education system something like the prewar Japan's one, which we Japanese people can recapture to be only one thing among lots of lost things at the defeated war, exclusively depends on why I like to die some day, remembering even to a little extent that I would have gotton a lot of benefits from Kohnan city of my birth place as well as Japan of my homeland.

俺が障害者になったのは、広く見渡して利己主義的な渡世をしないとする俺の信念に専ら起因する

こちら日本、ここ日本の地理学的な中心地の愛知、岐阜では、桜は目下満開です。去る４月７日、幼馴染の旧友の尾関さんと桜見物と我が生家地区、神明に於いての現在進行中である「国立植物園」の様子を、ドライブがてらに楽しく堪能して参りました。
しかしながら、ただ我がデジカメの調子が悪くなって、撮影できなかったことを残念至極に存じます。
明日、オリンパス長野工場へ出荷の予定です。

身勝手な無能な市職員や昭和病院職員には、ただただ其の無神経さに毎回驚く
この頃つくづくと、俺は痛感している、、、、、
江南市役所と言えば、採用試験に際して、この地が何世代もの長きにわたる家系譜により生み出された者、即ち長き正直で勤勉な祖先が生み出した、若き勉学優秀な逸材をふるい落とし、いい加減な人材を採用することで有名な公庁だ。之もよかろう。
俺が納得がいかないのは、こんな当地の逸材に勝手なときだけに行う、「神頼み」だ。勝手がよすぎるではないか。

ここに一例を挙げよう。
かれこれ３-４０年年前に、俺がこの地の誇りとする、「日本住宅公団・江南団地」が建設された際、この市は、びた一文の協賛、援助金を供出しなかったくせに、ずうずうしくもここ３-４０年間に亘り、天文学的な数字の税金をこの何万人にも達するであろう多数の団地の住民から、徴収し続けている厚かましさだ。何等かの報恩を彼等に報いるべきは、人間の道ではないか　？
毎日早朝から夜遅くまで、彼等の大半は、遠路名古屋に働きに出ておられる実態を、目のあたりにしても、見て見ぬふりをしようとするのか　？　それでは、利己主義の塊の当地の６年制の某私学園と同類と言われても致し方ない。

俺は、一週間に一度は、当地の総合病院である「昭和病院」へ行く。何時も怒りを覚えるのは、働き盛りの男の癖に、年中冷暖房完備の上軽労働を日々の業務としている、無能な薬剤師や二回に隠れている事務員達だ。市役所で大した難解な業務を行っていない、無能な初級公務員達にも同じ感情を抱く。
いや、無神経さにただただ驚かざるを得なくなる。


中高一貫校への公的な挑戦は、必ず最高の友好国のアメリカからもクレームがくる
我が国民は決して、神の子孫でも子でもない。大半の祖先は大陸からの渡来者に過ぎない
日本経済は、他人様が発明した自動車産業に支られている実体を直視すべきだ
お前らの様な視野の狭い奴は、即ち同類、輩は、日本全国どこにでもいる。三河にも大阪にも、極一部ではあるが、、、。
俺はご覧のように、身体障害者の身となったが、現役時代には常に広く周囲を見渡して、行動し続けてきた。自分だけよければいいという行動、渡世は極力避けてきた。従って、この様な生き様、渡世をして来たが故にこそ、こんな体になっただけのことだ。
全く之に直結する話題だが、政府がやっと腰を上げた「小中一貫校特区」に抗して、一方では公的機関の癖に、一地方公共団体として、中高一貫校への選択肢を施行する動きが多々あるが、これこそ我が国民を昔ながらに神格化、美化する、世界知らずの視野の狭い自分勝手な動きそのものの好例だ。
もし、それを続行すれば、如何に無二の友好国のアメリカだって、何時の日か必ずわが国の教育制度に注文、ケチをつけて来るであろう事は、日の目を見るより明らかだ。
大体、良いとか悪いとかの問題でなく、現に昨今でも、人様が考え出した自動車を世界各地で大量に生産することによって、日本経済の大黒柱の一翼を担っているのが我が国の経済界の実体である。
この実体を少し遠くはなれて客観的に見る、分析するのが急務だ。それ以上でもそれ以下でもない。我が国民は、決して、戦前の教科書が唄った様な世界に冠たる神の子でも子孫でもない。大半の我々の遠い祖先は、中国大陸からの渡来者に過ぎない。


一部の江南市役所職員は、勝手な時だけ身勝手に「有能な人物・国家機関」に神頼みするな　！
話を元に戻そう。詰まり、世間ではお前らよりも遥かに優秀な人物が、雨にも風にも猛暑にも厳寒にも負けずに頑張り続けている姿を、見て見ぬふりをしようとするのか　？　よく聞け　！
全くこの江南市とは関係ない、俺の生地での、国の一機関である国土交通省の計画にも、何かと市の職員は実地検分に来る。ここでもっとはっきりと言おう　！　
この江南市内にも、卒業生の３分の２以上は国公立大へ進学しているという尾張地区の名門一宮高校から国公立大へ進学し卒業した若者現に多数いる。何故これらの者達を悉く忌避、敬遠するのか。其の癖、国公立大卒業者が、ゴミで捨てるほど多くいる、国土交通省の計画実行に、全くの部外者でありながら、しかもびた一文の金も出さずに、何かと意見をしたがる。全くふざけて矛盾している話ではないか。

俺は、学生時代に確かに勉学、スポーツは上出来の人物であったが、何度も言うように、この生まれ故郷には冷たい仕打ちを受け、今でも暗い思い出しかないことを、再度言明しておく。この地の老若男女を問わずに全市民に対してだ。

しかし、これにも懲りずに、何とか戦争で失った物の中で唯一取り戻せうる「戦前の如きの教育制度の復活」に日夜全霊全身を打ち込んでいるのは、俺が何時の日か没する時期までには、この生地江南ばかりか我が祖国への思い出を少しでも、良い物へと改善したいからに他ならない。

この俺の心情を俺が今住む、目前にある、江南市の行政機関である市役所や俺が良く行く昭和病院が、爪の垢でも好いので汲み取って欲しいというのが、俺の偽りのない切実なる願いだ。

The public or national education system should work to be the most effective means for youths to get higher school lessons according to the original and fundamental idea
Human beings belong to a sort of animals, so they are likely to treat unnaturally some people to be badmen. Such a process inevitably sometimes leads to gory wars as well as in daily socialities and families. However it never advances to a serious problem that mother looks down on father with children or father does on mother with them as they happen to meet one another face to face very often.
In the meantime nowadays all people on the earth are forced to communicate one another in daily every lives as lots of convenient civilizations such as airplane, personal computer and artificial satellite have come up. If we Japanese people would be made of by some foreigners in such a condition, we should take into consideration very soon how to soften and resolve even to a little extent this serious problem as we all on th earth would be unable to meet one another very often.
We would be driven to condition at least how to soften and decrease the troubled degree very soon.

First of all, at the first place the national education system of the post war Japan will come up to be the most urgent problem untouched to be pending. It depends on what we can't find out any way even only a country which don't keep adopting 2 divition system to be its national education system like 633 system in any advanced countries on the earth, for detail concretely speaking, USA, Canada, Australia and all European countries.
The education system itself should always originally work to be the most helpful and influential means for young people with much rest of life for future to improve individual school-lessons of theirs, needless to say more in this time all the more on ground that these youths would be put themselves to stand in inernational conditions toward future whether they would like it or not. 　


such long dragged process has been provoking unhappy happenings, in which we serious Japanese people have been suffering a great deal of scorns from foreigners in all advanced countries more and more
The Ministry of Culture and Science of Japan made up an outside consulting organization named " Central Educational Discussion Conference " in Tokyo more than ten years ago in order to fulfill " reforming national education system ", picking up noted celebrities from all different directions across country.
Actually it has been kept holding since more than a few decades over times of hundreds and thousands, aimed at " reforming national education system " over all times.

In the meantime I have grown weak, not as energish as I used to be in terms of both physical strength and spiritual one, consequently I never intend to find trouble somewhat in this conference or party.
What I refer to their long lasting conference today still now too, depends on merely what series of long lasting meetings have been never meeting my wish about " reforming public or national education system " at any way.

Such trifle timetables as " How early ages in elementary schools should we make childeren learn English ? " or " How many pupils should we house in a class room to the maximum limitted ? or " How deep should we teach in textbooks as for territorial problems ? " or " which publishing company is the best for pupils to learn in schools ? ", in other words, stupid fellows attending these series of meetings have been long debating agenda indifferent to what reforming public or national education system confines itself to be the originally true content, while naming " discussion on reforming the public education system " over many decades.
we all honest Japanese people had better make such meaningless conference stop to be held and get them broken up very soon. Be aware that most people have been tired of hearing long series of the sleeping words of old men any more ! Keep in mind ! This proceeding has been provoking unhappy happenings, in which we honest Japanese have been suffering a great deal of scorns from foreigners in all advanced countries more and more.


Let's construct mound a thicker class of brilliant persons similiar to the shape of Mt. Fuji,definitely not the shape of mountains with steepest cliffs by challenging 93 system in public or national scale !
The content of reforming public or national education system aimed at the system similiar to one of prewar Japan or USA and European countries which most of you would like, must be confined to a way how the reform has to be carried out on a national or public scale. In this case a new coming system wants not to be always same with those of those foreign countries but enough to be similiar to them or imitation something like American or European styles.
In short, most children and youths regardless of female or male to be fated to live in following generations should be trained wide well to the fullest extent mainly in public schools which have been running by aids of taxes from all Japanese people, all the while all persons concerned focusing on it all the way.
Such way of reforming will closely lead to my repeated assertion, " constrcting mound a thicker class of brilliant persons very similiar to the shape of Mt. Fuji, definitely not the shape like Oyashirazu and the Sanriku seaside with steepest cliffs.
As a rule of original and fundamental process, a community with a small number of geniuses and a large number of dull attendants is apt to break into pieces very easily as well as a small part of hospitals and clinics in Japan.
Even though the top part of Mt. Fuji would be shaved away very much to the fullest extent, the whole looking would be hold unchanged, keeping its beautiful shape.

Further proceeding to details, a certain company in our close village named " Ohguchi village " holds in company a large number of brilliant staffs who graduated from the first ranked universities as many as fallen leaves in mountain in fall, definitely differing from a small part of hospitals and clinics in our country.


as for the established private schools with 6 consistent system, we Japanese peopel and government let them hold the 6 consistent system free as usual and permit them to challenge 12 consistent system
Now let's challenge two division system very soon ! Our country may well keeps on relying on 66 system by private schools, neglecting main stream of international world. Yet based on my long conceived conviction, it will be the most suitable and strongest choice for this country to win survival game that this country should strive to challenge 93 system with a combined school between a current elementary and junior high school.
Based on what in sum Japanese rice cake painted on piucture works in vain, it is obviously simple and in-expensive in developing the reform besides further more it would leave a hopeful way of choice and potentiality in direction to American styled 84 system some day in long future if our country would stive to reform into 93 system.
It is unlikely to happen unhappy accident only if we Japanese people and government would let the established private schools with 6 consistent system preserve the 6 system free as well as before and permit them to challenge 12 consistent system.


nowadays I feel fate something good lucky in that old days of mine, particularly in Tobishima village and Nishio city even though I have grown to be weakened man as a disabled person
Some my active days I had ever lived in Tobishima village, while carrying materials out of cargo ships of foreign countries to another place in the harbour Nagoya and loading weights of forklift trucks on a large sized truck by use of hoist crane into Toyota automatic texile company in Takahama.
In the meantime, immediately after I was ousted from Kohnan city against my will to stay here as a moving crane man, people in Mikawa district warmly welcomed and accepted me. Accordingly I drived crane around here and there, for detail, Tohkai, Kariya, Anjoh, Takahama, Nishio, Okazaki, Gamagohri and lots more others as if they were located within my own territory.
Nowadays I tangibly feel fate something good in that past old days of mine because some good persons in my old days in Mikawa have positively joined my longing plan to carry out 93 system no matter how weak my physical strength might have grown to be one of disabled persons. They are just right the best places for me still now such as Tobishima village very close to the Gulf Ise and Nishio city in Mikawa district.

Reflicting on current stream of our local city policies, I'm keen to advise Kohnan city hall of my native land to take it into consideration that international current never corresponds only to Kohnan city particularly in favorite, Kohnan city which keeps stereo-typed old thinking way in following blindly an incomprehensible private school with 6 consistent system as if it were a barren woman " old miss in Japanese word ", being lagged far behind these two rich places above written in both culture and economics.

I appreciate very much Nara prefecture, Wakayama prefecture and Neyagawa city
Then I moved to Osaka in order to join the construction in Kansai Air Port as a crane man.
I used to come back from Osaka to my native home in Aichi prefecture by car by route of Meihan road inevitably via Nara prefecture annually about one time per year.
In this time it happened other good luck in my old connection that the prefecture named " Nara " took positive action to welcome my utmost national plan, that is, 93 education system, being appointed as " special reforming district aimed at 9 consistent schools among elementary and junior high schools " by the Japanese Government as well as Wakayama prefecture where is situated close to my ever long working place of kansai air port and Neyagawa city where I had been living in. I must tell thankful words to all kind people in these districts thousand times.
In addition I would like to apologize to all concerned on this blog site, too because I might have put all you to so much trouble. Please excuse me !

Above all things the strongest cooperator on the earth is Kyoto prefecture to be known wide across country as the most traditional, highly cultured and elegant citizens and streets to any places over all country, the current Kyoto prefecture which had been dominating the country very very long years until it was defeated by then Aichi people in the warring States Period except a short term while Kamakura dominated Japan. For example, Uji city and lots more cities have been tackling this difficult reform indeed in very earnest, of course joining " its governmental reforming district aimed at 9 consistent schools among elementary and junior high schools ".

By the way, we can't help receiving a fact what long tradition from ancient time keeps outliving our common sense in any dwellers and any parts in the city. overlooked my relatives, graduates from kyoto university holds a majority in them from other universities and for myself also in my Osaka days I used to go to Kyoto in oder to get the original English books at Kinokuniya book store in Kawaramachi on Keihan railway as well as late night times I carried my passengers from Kitashinji to many parts in Kyoto very often via Meishin high way with great pleasure. In addition I had been to Kyoto on the JR Gakken-toshi line from Shinobugaoka station of then my living town to Kyoto full of calm, peace and noble atmosphere.
I felt noble and elegant every time I spoke with people in Kyoto and drove through streets in Kyoto, definitely differing from me. This graceful atmosphere would have been derived from long and long tradition over many generations from ancient time under way of tacit cultural heritage.

In many parts across our country else places described above, for example, this glorious public plan aimed at challenging 9 consistent system have been developing in Tokyo, Miyazaki, Kagoshima, Kure in Hiroshima, Kagawa, Ishikawa and lots more cities and villages all over Japan. Owing to my judgement, Central Educational discussion Conference under management of the Ministry of Culture and Science consists of members, a so-called " a pseudo person of good judgement ", who are merely foolish stand-players like fragile ad-balloons, objectively speaking, " pretended celebrities " in Osaka dialect.
First of all, most members have not done their best to reform the current public education system, in other words the presented reform by Central Educational discussion Conference is never worth while calling " reforming education " but results in pseudo-educational reformer who have been depriving a great sum of national taxes of honest Japanese people.
Summarizing, at last I would like to emphasize again and again that we honest Japanese people, including me, can't take its idea to be an original true " reforming education " at any way,
