「少しでも優れた人になりたい」と思うのは人間の本能で、字が書けない犬だってきっと同じだろう

今日は ! 我が最愛のCNN及び我が師と仰ぐBBCの皆さん！お元気ですか？小澤成次です。今日７月１５日には日本製のブログで公表する段にこぎつけましたが、ウッカリとしたパソコン操作ミスで全原稿文をこのパソコンから消去する大失敗を冒してしまいました。再度煩わしくても書き上げなければなりません。頑張ります。同じ内容の文章を書くことができるか定かではありませんが、気分を一新して頑張ります。


ついに、ワールドカップは私の予想通りに我が国よりも歴史が浅いオーストラリアにも完敗して、終了した。更には、先に野球はロンドンオリンピックから競技競技から削除された。悉く我が意の通りとなった。従って、今は我が健康状態は絶好調である。これも広い人類の偉大なお陰である。心底から感謝の意を表したい。
ただ単に足腰が強く脚力があるだけでは、通用するのはマラソンだけでサッカーにはとても通用しないことが関係筋には鮮明になってきたことであろう。



サッカー関係者が励行すべき訓練としては、瞬発力をもっと高めるための身体機能、能力の向上こそが真剣に取り組まなければならない今後の最大の課題
オーストラリアは決して力づくのティームではなくて、緻密な計画性の下で試合を展開していくティームあることの他に、我が国に比べて国土面積は約２１倍、人口は６分の１の国情であるに関わらず国民各自間にある団結心は遥かに強いこと、国民各自に対する待遇は、遥かに平等、フェアーでありこの一因は分け隔てなく全ての国民に欧州型教育制度を国家的に採用していることからも敗因として明らかであることも併せて判明した筈である。
要するに、とても我が国が対等に組することが出来るできる相手ではないのである。我が国が２-３００年経っても、採用にこぎ付けえる教育制度では決してない。高嶺の花に相応する教育制度をらくらくにオーストラリアは採用しているのだ。
総括すれば、サッカー関係者が励行すべき訓練としては、瞬発力の機能をもっと高める体力機能、能力の向上こそが真剣に取り組まなければならない今後の残された課題となった筈だ。



さて、去る６月１９日に、旧友尾関さんと遠い先祖が神明地区の住民に神社用に寄付した土地の上に立つ多くの建立物及び現在進行中の木曽三川国営公園の一環をなす神明地区に於ける国営植物園に於ける造園中の有様を、見学しスナップ写真を取ってきた。終始非常に有意義で楽しいドライブ、見学、散策であった。心底から尾関さんに感謝致したい。

小澤家が江戸時代中期に寄付して建立されたこの神社について言及するに臨み、浅学非才の異端である私がこの任務にあたることには僭越であった点を先ずお侘び申し上げたい

このブログでは、日本語で「大明神」と呼称されている生まれ故郷の神社について、多くの写真を挿入しながら言及していく。冒頭に前置として、小澤家が江戸時代中期に寄付して建立されたこの神社について言及することに臨み、直系親族の男子一同が一人残らず旧帝大乃至新制国立大卒業者ばかりの中にあって、浅学非才の異端である私がこの任務に当たることには僭越である点を先ずお詫び申し上げておきたい。我が陳述の本意とするところは、江南市史事編集者の記事をご拝読させていただく度に、郷土史に携わる専門家としての基礎知識が余りにも貧弱すぎること、この大明神社の興廃が、事この偏狭な地の江南市内に於ける小澤家の栄枯盛衰に限ってだけの経緯と相関性を持っているという由々しき傾向への是正、私がこの生まれ故郷を後にして稼動に出ていた長期の間に、時として特に行政担当者の施策が、安易にして誤った方向へ進んでしまっていたこと乃至進みつつあることへの警鐘に専ら存する諸事情をご勘案され、其の点関係各位殿に宜しくご了承とご容赦とをお願いいたす次第である。



小澤家の生業であった水車業を直接に支え続けてきた関わりのある全ての人物像について
言及する
江戸時代の中期に、この地で屋号を小澤重ェ門と称して水車業を生業としていた小澤家の祖先の一人が、村に神社用に土地を寄付した時点から、当神社は長い歴史を歩み始める次第であるが、小澤家の屋敷と幾世紀にもわたる長い間、直接的に隣り合わせに隣接してきた。その間つい２-３０年前まで、僅か１－１５０メーター程以内の至近距離であった。未だ私が大学時代までは、現在の小網橋の桁端の所まで小澤家の屋敷は延々と包括していたからである。小澤本家の跡取りとされた祖父が若死した関係上、昔の祖先の歩みについては、ただ祖母一人からよく聞かされてきた。祖母は、よく「大昔の先祖が当神社の基礎となる敷地を村に寄付したこと、曾祖母は毎朝一年中一日も欠かさずに当神社へ行き、井戸の清らかな冷水を桶で頭から被ると言う行水をたとえ厳寒の真冬でも欠かさなかったこと」を私達に話してくれた。今でも鮮明に覚えている。
曾祖母は、自ら厳粛な生活に徹せられた方であった。従って、後進の子孫達の成長に無言の大影響を与え続けた。全く尊敬の念に値する。

そこで先ず、小澤家の生業である水車業を直接的に支え続けた関わりのある全人物の人物像について、言及したい。

曾祖母
曾祖母は、何百年、何世代にも続いた我が家系の生業であった水車業「屋号　小澤重ェ門」の中で最後となった「小澤重ェ門」へ嫁がれた方で、現一宮市多加木の地で、油卸問屋を営んでいた商人で財を築いた豪族、「野村家」から来られた。当野村家は、広範囲の周辺から「菜種、綿花の種」を仕入れて、之を当時宮田村に小澤家を筆頭に１０軒程あった水車屋で粉末、搾油してもらって、持ち帰り、一宮、名古屋、稲沢、津島方面に売りさばき、「油の問屋」として財を築かれて行った商人の豪族であったと祖母から何度も聞いたことがある。特筆すべきは、自らの厳粛な生活態度が好影響を及ぼしたことからも、６子を出産された次第であるが、追って記述するが、多くは後に突出した人物へと成長されていった事実を見落とすことが出来ない。詳説すれば、男子３人「長男小澤松太郎、次男我が祖父朝吉、三男八郎」、女子３人「二人は揃って可児村の豪族可児家へ嫁がれた。他の一人は、跡取りとなった祖父の若死の後に代わって婿養子を採って小澤家本家を継承された」の母であった。


祖父の兄：小澤松太郎
ちなみに先ず、小澤松太郎は、「学問は実生活に役立たない」という持論によって、せっかく宮田小学校「現在と位置が違っていて四ツ谷と本郷の境辺りにあったようである」から入学を果たした愛知一中を中退した。木曽川の中で生まれ育ったので、激流とか荒波、大海原で安全巧に船を船行させることはお手の物であったので、堀川、名古屋港、太平洋沿岸を舞台に、大海原を巧に船を操縦して、今時の「回漕業」で巨万の富を若くして逐次着実に蓄えていかれた。賢い秀才の松太郎おじさんは、どんどんと次から次へと将来性ある値上がり確かな東海道線名古屋駅付近「現在の新幹線名古屋駅付近の笹島辺り」の土地を買い増されていったのである。そして、彗星の様に華麗に名古屋財界屈指の大富豪家へと隆盛を極められた人物であった。

祖父の弟：小澤八郎
一方、祖父の弟に当たる小澤八郎は、愛知一中から当時の天下の秀才が集った海兵を経て、職業軍人であったばかりか、現在の私に大きな味方となる教育家でもあった。現役時代には、帝国海軍の基地であった「横須賀」「佐世保」に長年勤務され、又教育家として鳥羽にも住まれたが、引退後は後進の小澤家直系の男子一同の先例、先人として郷里の愛知を守るために帰名され一生を完うされた。現役時代には、日露戦争の現場の中でも最前線に立ち、潜水艦艦長として露海軍と激戦し、奇跡的な幸運さで、九死に一生を身を挺して体験された。この様な最前線に立つと言う生真面目な気運は、後の記述事実で益々明らかになってくる様に小澤家男子一同の特徴であるようである。

ちなみに彼ら二人の子孫達は、子息を通り孫の世代に至るまでも大学は、悉く一人残らず私と違って、旧制帝国大乃至新制国立大の卒業者ばかりである。この段、お二方のご子息について、言及する。

小澤松太郎の子息小澤章一
先ず、小澤松太郎の子息小澤章一は、現在よりも中央の国家官僚養成機関としての色彩濃厚であった東大法を卒業したが、東京に留まらずに一目散に帰郷して名鉄に就職した。親戚一同で知名度はダントツの一位で、世間で氏程名を知られた者は他になかった。庶民性がすこぶる豊かであったからである。丁度名古屋高等裁判所の長官の名や名大の学長の名を知る者は少ないが、庶民性豊かな名古屋市長さんやドラゴンスのエース級投手の名を知る者は多いのと同じ相関関係である。


戦前の中等野球界で、小澤章一を知らない者はもぐりで偽者で、自称野球関係者に過ぎない
中等野球大会が始まると、必ず鳴海球場等に赴き、東大法卒の地位をかなぐり捨てて、現場は最前線である捕手の真後ろで球審を長年勤められたからだ。当時の新聞記者は、現代の記者と違って気が利いていて、試合終了後には必ず、投手と打者の対決を一番間近でしかもつぶさに全部悉く見届けたこの章一おじさんに、勝因、敗因、感想を取材に来たことである。翌日の新聞にコメントが掲載されたものだ。
父は余り野球の経験もなく野球好きでもなかったが、章一おじさんのコメントが載っている新聞を大事に紐で束ねて保管していたし、よく私達に「他の審判の試合はよくもめるが、(章様)が審判をした試合ではもめごとが全くなかった」と得意顔で事あるごとに話してくれた。かつて新治とか井手とかいうプロ野球選手はいたが、多分東大出の審判は前にも後にも「小澤章一」を除いては一人としていなかったのではないか？
我が生家の二階の戸棚に大事に紐で縛り束にしてある其の中の一束を、小学生の私は、苦労して引きずり落として記事を見終えて、又元のままにしてそっとしまったものであった。

野球少年であったし東大卒身ならば、何故、バックネット裏の涼しい処で観戦されなかったのかと何時も私はご同情に耐えない。この様な人の良さは、即ち最前線に立つ気運はどうも小澤家男子の共通した特徴の様である。かく言う私も、現役時代には、決してデスクワークではなくて、現場でクレーンに乗務し続けた。尚、不自由な体になって初めて私は、「不死鳥」という言葉が嫌いになってきた。同時に「力尽きる」という現実的な言葉が大好きになってきた。先のワールドカップでドイツ敗退の翌日、あるスポーツ紙は、ヘッドラインに「ドイツ　力尽く」と書いていたが、本当に感動した。何故なら、大天才の鬼才でも必ず「力尽く」という最期が訪れるからだ。之は戦後の教育制度の改革の熱心な推進論者である私が、大いに強調したい点であるが、天性の資質も取り巻く環境には結局は、勝つことが出来ないのではないかという環境優勢論への関心である。

しかし、全人類が初心者マークである人生行路、渡世というものは、全く難しいとつくづくと実感、痛感する。
私は、現役時代に長年クレーンに乗務してきたが、下の手元等の方々が、生粋に三河人、大阪人か否かは９５パーセントの高確率で当ててきた。今でも出来る。生粋の大阪人は、私と同類で否なことを率先して進んで行う。見ていても可哀想になってくる。容姿からもある程度識別できる。如何にクレーンの操作テクニックに長けていても、それ位の識別能力がなければ、私に言わせれば、人間性に欠けており、一人間として失格である。
村上ファンドの村上や国会議員であった西川が、生粋の大阪人でないことぐらいは私には直ぐ分かる。
昨今、日銀総裁の福井が、村上とかつて親交をもっていたことから辞任を求める意見がある。しかし、一理あると思うが、私は村上は大嫌いであるが、たとえ東京の有名国立大を出ても一目散に帰省する者が多い生粋の大阪人、愛知県人の中にあって、彼は粘り強く東京に居残り続けたという稀少で貴重な人物の一人である。不条理かもしれないが、人情的に何とか踏ん張り総裁の座を守って欲しいという気になる。　

処で、ここ愛知県では、中等学校において野球部が最初に生まれたのは、愛知一中「明治２６年」であった。
引き続いて、四中「２８年　現時習館高校」、次は二中「３２年　現岡崎高校」であった。愛知一中は、全国大会への常連校であり続けた。のみならず、愛知一中を中心としてこれら三校が明治時代に、野球王国愛知をつくり上げていった。この愛知一中は大正６年には全国制覇を成し遂げている。春夏合計１２回出場、１０勝１１敗、優勝１回の実績が如実に物語っている。
戦前の中等学校野球を語るときには、愛知一中を除いて語ることは出来ない。
その後、公立の愛知商業が頭角を現して来た。

尚、私学の中京商業が現し始めたのは、後々の何と昭和６年からである。

これから、私が一番力説したい点、後進の我々日本人が参考とすべき佳境にはいるが、こうした歴史を回想すると、これら当時の超有名公立進学校がこぞってスポーツにも長けていたことから、所謂これら生徒達が「学問とスポーツの両立」を余裕を持って楽々と成し遂げていたことが容易に判明できる。章一おじさんも、この様な多くの当時の生徒達の一人であった。
特に父「小澤松太郎」が「学問は実社会では役立たない」という持論の持ち主であったので、実際「内密にこっそりと自発的に学問も野球も精進された」いう話は、父から何度も聞いた。感嘆すべき有名な実話である。

要するに、戦後の超有名公立進学校である岡崎高校、一宮高校が「学問とスポーツの両立」を成しているとはお世辞にも言えないのとは、雲泥の差である。きっと、これらの学校の生徒達は、よい資質を持ちながらも不運にも極悪な教育制度下にあって、徹頭徹尾、受験勉強に追われて日々の生活の中で余裕がないことを容易に見出すことが出来る。
これ以上気の毒な姿はない。早く何とか善処すべきは我々戦後の日本に住む大人の避けられない急務である。

尚、世間で知名度がダントツの小澤章一は、松坂屋の第一番頭で、実質上経営してきた渡辺家と姻戚関係を持たれた。後に、当時の伊藤家の殻を破って初めて渡辺英三氏は副社長に登りつめられた人物である。この渡辺英三氏は、つい最近まで決して限られた愛知県内ではなく、長年に亘り中部経済界の重鎮として、中部経済界をトヨタや中電の社長と共に牽引し続けてきた人物である。
引退後の今日も、堀川、名古屋港を就航する遊覧船を持って、皆さんに船上遊覧していただき、その後楽しく美味しい食事を供するためのホテルを兼備する「東山ガーデン」という会社の社長として、一般現役人顔負けの活躍を続けられておられる。思わず、末永いご健康とご活躍を祈願したくなる。
又氏のご兄弟の渡辺信一氏は、我が国の「日本農業経済学」の分野の第一人者で、東大教授を勤められていたが、何のためらいもなく帰名され、名古屋大学に奉職された。後に長きに亘り経済学部長に就任されていた人物であった。


小澤八郎の子息小澤吉見
次に小澤八郎の子息小澤吉見「父の従兄弟」は、宇治山田中学を卒業せずして、四年から八高へ進学した。今で言う一部の諸外国で認められている「飛び級」というものである。しかも、入学試験の成績が一番で入学している。正に、親子揃っての想像に絶する鬼才である。合格発表の掲示板に、一番先に自分の受験番号があったので、学校当局へ問い合わせた所、成績が一番であったからとの返答を得た。抜群の記憶力を活かすべく、その後京都帝大の西洋史科へ進まれた。
思うに、もし京都帝大が伊勢地方に所在していたら、一番で卒業されたと私は信じて止まない。
父「小澤久太郎」と同じく一生涯教育畑を歩まれたので、現在の私にとっては、大きなスケットとなっている。


祖母：
最後に祖母について記す。祖母は、小口村「現在の大口村」の江戸時代から続く庄屋の酒井家「通称小口の三軒屋と呼称されている」から小澤家本家に嫁いで来た。未だ曾祖母は生存中であった時代である。


祖父の父酒井椿渓
酒井家は、庄屋であったので当然祖母の父も地域行政に従事し、村長もしてきたが、特筆し高く評価すべきは、この狭い偏狭な地の行政の首長「お山の大将我一人」にとどまらずに、果敢に外界のより広い世間に挑戦されたことである。
之を絵画という画壇界の世界で行った。後の世で庄屋とか村長よりも遥かに画家としての面で高い評価をされるに至った人物であった。
「酒井椿渓」と称して、他の殆どの画家達と違う点は、壮年になってから絵画に取り組み始めた点である。普段は子供好きのおじさんであったが、一端絵描きを始めると、一室に閉じこもり寝食を忘れて、熱中されたと祖母からよく聞かされた。
被描写体を微に入り細に入り正確に、同時に日本的に柔らかく素朴に描く手法であった。
勿論生家には、佳作がいくつかあるが、どの作も日本的な素朴さを取り入れながらも、頑固な程に時計の機械のように精密にして正確に描かれている。
例えば、狸のタッチならば、髭の毛の一本、一本や二皮目の皺の有様までも写真のように緻密にして正確に描かれている。
こんな写実的でエネルギシュな手法から醸し出された優れた一連の作品は、彗星のようにたちまちのうちに中央の京都派と称される狩野派とか四条派の目のとまることとなり、高い評価を得るに至った。地元の愛知県内ではいつの間にか「京都派の画家」と称されるに至った。
当時の全国画家格付け番付で、１７位にランクされている。
何時の時代でも相場は決まっている。作家とか画家は、自分一人で孤独と戦いながら、より完璧な作品を追求する生活を送るが故に、得てしてデッドロックしやすく、自殺しやすくなる。
祖母の話によると、人と交わるべき専用の小屋を設けて、本来の地域住民の行政相談はもとより、俳句や詩をたしなみながら努めて多くの文化人と交流されたそうである。
酒井椿渓の孫達「父の従兄弟に当たる」もまた、安住にして狭い殻に閉じこもることなく、果敢により広い世間へと挑戦された。詰まり、大口小学校から京都帝大、名高商「現名大経済学部」へと四人とも悉く挑戦され進まれた方々ばかりであった。こうした一連の渡世の仕方を鑑みると、私が強調したい点は、小澤家直系の男子の親族に限らず、傍系の親戚一同を含めた、共通した傾向として、「安住の狭い殻を破り、厳しくともより広い世間への挑戦、参画」という気運が明らかに顕著化してくる。私は見習ってきたつもりだし、こんな親族を持った事に限りない誇りに思う。



目をそむけずに、有りのままの歴史の姿を後世に伝えることこそが、私達の使命
さて、本題神社にもどろう！江南市史事編集の本及びホームペイジで大明神社を拝読すると、「この神社は、神明社と八幡社の二神を合祀して造られた、寄せ集めの合作の神社である」と記されている。全く、郷土の史事を探求し、携わる者として、神社についての基礎知識の貧弱さにただただ驚き私は開いたくいが塞がらない。人生の大半をクレーンオペに従事してきた私以下である。
[八幡社は、戦、戦争の神を祭る神社]であり、春日社は、水の神を祭る神社であることぐらいは、常識であり、気の利いた高校生でも知っている。
今日でも、多くの塔の中の一塔の両支柱に、「春日社」と刻まれ、表記されおり、大昔の面影をとどめている様に、この社は、我が先祖が建立し始めた頃、詰まり江戸時代の中期に「春日神社」として発足したのである。
しかし、我が国が鎖国時代から世界の空気に接触し始める明治時代に突入すると、世界の流れに遅れまい、他国に負けまい、優先的地位を獲得しようとした余り、「東南アジア、近隣諸国を領土化」しようと躍起になり始めて、為に国策として「産めよ増やせよ」「富国強兵」という施策を採り始めたのである。
この国策である「産めよ増やせよ」「富国強兵」は、外国に対する戦争準備への国家体制構築である。従って、勿論以前にも「八幡神社」はあったが、明治時代に入ると、全国津々浦々で、雨上がりの竹の子の様に、「八幡神社」が生まれたり、「八幡神社」と改名したり、「八幡神社」を合祀し始めたのである。
我が生まれ故郷の地、神明地区においても然りである。詰まり、現在の大明神社も、明治以後に元来の「春日神社」の他に「八幡神社」を合祀して、二神を祭るのを余儀なくさせられた次第である。
当時の女性は多産を半ば国家に強制されたし、一方青年男子はこぞって戦場へ命をかけて赴かなければならなかったので、共に大変な受難の時代に遭遇した訳である。惨めにも、国民全体としても誤った方向へと益々深く陥って行ったのであった。この国家の方向性は明らかに誤っていたが、それだからと言っても、ちっぽけなこの神明地区の住民では抗することが出来なくて、当時の時流という、大きな取り巻く潮流となっていた国の歩む指針に、同調、同化せざるを得なかったのである。従って、神明地区住民には、良いとか悪いとかの問題ではないことである。私が力説して止まないのは、歴史の有りのままの姿を、後世に伝えることこそが後進の我々に課せられた使命、責務であることである。



江戸時代の庶民の唯一の親睦の場、交流の場は、お宮さんではなかったのか？
ところで、江戸時代には国民的な規模の小学校はなくて、極く限られた当時の人口密集地に「寺子屋」があった程度であった。勿論今日的な区の公会堂も市民センターに相当する公共の集合場もなかった。一般大衆庶民が集う場所と言ったら、せいぜい神社が主要ではなかったのか？
従って、郷の有力者は、神社の近くに土地を所有する傾向にあった様に思うがどうであろう？
この当神社の隣接地に、我が生家の畑があったし、旧家である無二の友人の尾関さんの親族の一家である、同じ姓の尾関と言う方の畑もあった。
又、この神社用の細道を堤防に上がり、暫く一宮方面、即ち西へ行くと、「川島神社」というお宮さんがある。この神社の近くにも、我が生家の畑があった。勿論現在でもある。
青木川放水路が現在の当神社の隣接地へ貫通するまでは、未だ２－３０年程前までは、この大明神社へは、堤防兼道路を出入り口として、下り坂道の神社専用の小道で通じていた。勿論、大昔から、この堤防兼道路には、多くの人、人力車、馬車が往来して、言わば目抜き通りであり続けた。そして、神社専用のこの小道は、堤防兼道路の入り口から、神社の鳥居に至るまで、特に堤防兼道路の近くには多くの灯篭が左右に一連に立ち並んでいた。さながら、「門前町の小型版」の様を呈していた。
従って、目抜き通りから神社用細道に入るＴ字型形状の交差点を挟む両サイドの土地は、当時の神明地区では将来性ある花形の一等地であった筈である。ずばりそこに我が生家の畑があった。詰まり、堤防道路と神社用小道との交差点をなす、堤防の真北の角地である。
之は飽くまで私の類推の域を脱しない見解で、其の上祖父が死去していなかったので何分にも祖父から聞きただす事は出来なかったので、定かではないが、この地は、祖父が亡くなる前に自動的に、「小澤重ェ門」から相続として贈られたものではないかと私は思うが、、、。
未だつい最近である小網橋が出来上がるまでは、小澤家の屋敷は、西方の現在の小網橋の桁端まで延々と伸びていたし、一方当神社は、逆に現在の青木川放水施設の建物を包括して東方へ延々と木々が生い茂って伸びていた。今と様相は全く違う。
子供のかくれんぼ遊びでもドロボウさんでも、この神社の森や小澤家の屋敷の森に逃げ込めば、絶対にたとえ警察が出動しても探し出すことが出来ない程の、大きな大きな黒い森であった。
私の少年時代からすると遠い大昔である江戸時代には、小澤家の屋敷と当神社は、もっともっと接近していて、堤防を挟んでほんの１－２０メーターであった事態も十分に類推可能である。
私が小中学校時代には、毎年元旦となると、決まって早朝暗いうちから我が生家の隣接道路を神明地区の多くの住民が参拝に往来する、足音が騒々しく年年歳歳聞かれたものであった。しかし、昨今では参拝者は激減している。
かかる当神社の興廃が、小澤家の事偏狭な江南地区に限っての栄枯盛衰に関係しているとすれば、尚更の事まことに嘆かわしい限りである。


この理由は、追って直ぐに言及する。
結論を述べよう。現在は、この神社を維持、管理しているのは、せいぜい、限られた狭い地区である神明地区の区長さんを始めとする住民とか氏子総代を始めとする氏子さん達であろう。
之では、当神社は、寂れるばかりで、衰退の一途を辿るであろうこと明白である。
県の文化財保護課等からの所謂県単位からの財政援助が必須である。実際県は財政援助の義務を負い、当神社は財政援助を受ける権利がる。
理由は以下の如くである。木曽川の水が年年歳歳水量が減ってきているのは、名古屋を中心とした平野部や海岸地区での人口の増大、即ちそれに伴う飲料水、工業用水、農業用水の増大に専ら起因しているからである。この太古の大昔から悠々と一時の休みなく、想像を絶する清らかな大量の水を生み出し運んできた木曽川の存在、長きに亘り絶え間なくこの愛知県地方全体の人、動物、植物の生命維持に資してきた大自然の恵み、をまさか愛知県人は軽視していないであろう。
まさか、三河や名古屋の秀才や富豪家は、海水を飲料水としたり、雨水を溜めて飲料水としたりしても生きて行けうるといいはしないであろう？明治用水や木曽川からの水の恩恵がなくしては、生命の維持それ自体不可能である現実を悟るべきではないのか？


有名な話を引き出そう！ドイツには、山奥深くから北海へ流出するライン川とかエルベ川とかいう大河川があり、結果世界屈指の有能なゲルマン民族を育ててきた。ドイツ国民は、日本国民と自然に向き合う対応が全く違う。雲泥の差である。見習うべきではないのか？木曽川の全長は２２７ＫＭで, ドイツのライン川の全長は１３２０ＫＭ、エルベ川の全長は１２９０ＫＭである。
必ず優秀な文明は大河川流域に、発生するという原則は世界の常識であり、この鉄則、この誠の恩恵を理解することが出来ない者は死んだ方がましである。
ドイツでは、広範囲にわたる海岸地域、平野地域、山間地域の住民が毎年定期的に必ず会合して、流域の「草木の保全と育成、植林、弱った木々の蘇生、公害処理対策、住民間の親睦」のフォラムを開催し、行動している。
森は、雨水を長い年月にわたって、浄化しミネラル等の栄養素を含有して、「特に山間部の湧水はそのまま飲んでも全く差し障りない程の清水として」大量の水を作り出して、海まで流出し、途中の広い流域の人、動物を潤してくれことをこの国民は熟知しているからである。
之は原則であるが、黒い森が豊かなほど、雨水を一旦地下深くに大量に蓄えてくれるので、川が生み出す清水の量も多くなる反面、鉄砲水と言われる洪水による氾濫は減少する。
之は、森の持つ偉大な力である。
伊達や酔狂でドイツ国民は、スポーツも学問も犬も世界の超一流を維持、保持している訳でないのだ。この様に命を育み、文明を育ててくれる大自然の産物には率直に感謝し、真摯に真正面から取り組み続けている。
それがどうだろう？長野県人、岐阜県人、愛知県人は目先の利益しか眼中にないのではないのか？取り分け、リーダー格となるべき愛知県人は最大の経済的利潤を長年に亘り蒙りながらも、自然への対応がおたらく「手薄」過ぎではないのか？馬鹿につける薬はないというが、正にそのものずばりではないのか？猛省を促す由縁だ。
賢い愛知県人なので、取り分け県の関係当局職員なので、すばやく適切な行政に着手されるであろうと私は信じ、希望的観測をしている。



偏狭なぬるま湯社会からは、決して発展は生まれない。１歩出て、外気に触れなければ進歩は生まれない
さて、視点を変えよう。喫茶店や不動産屋や駄菓子売りの八百屋や中高一貫校を経て、大卒の箔をつけたり等して、首尾よくなった偏狭な市町村の首長と言う「お山の大将我一人」には誰にでも簡単に成りうるが、一クラス上の人生行路とか我が小澤家の直系男子親族が現実に歩んだ道は到底容易にはいや殺されても誰でも容易には到底踏襲し、追随出来ない。私には殺されても真似できない。
私は、一-二週間に必ず一回は、江南市役所の教育委員会、学校教育課へ出向き、早く「構造改革の一環として内閣府に常設されるに至っている室（小中一貫校特別区）」へ申請するようにと催促し続けている。その際、委員長さん、課長さん、課長補佐さんに面会したいと申し出ると、しばしば只今議会に出席中だとか会議中だとかいわれて、断られる。まさか居留守を使っているとは思わないが、又別に他の職員さんと面談するのにやぶさかではないが、祖父の死後小澤家の跡取り養子に入られた、小澤富三郎「母の父の弟に当たる」は、昭和２９年江南市誕生の折の初代市会議長であったし、布袋にあった郡役所への勤務後に、戦前に「澤重」の威力で県会議員に飽くほど長く奉職した人物であったことを付記しておきたい。

横道にそれてしまったので、大通りの目抜き通りに戻ろう！４０町歩あった土地の内３５町歩が敗戦によって国に没収されたので、経済的に大打撃を蒙ったこの地の小澤家であるし、小澤家の跡取りとなるべき優秀な男子はこぞってこの地を後にして名古屋へ雄飛された関係上、確かに小澤家の勢力は、事狭い江南地区に限定すると弱体化したが、一つ上の愛知県的な大所高所から小澤家自体の総勢力を検証し、見つめると、時代の推移と共に益々着実に上昇を遂げつつある。時には、長足の進歩、大きな上昇気運を成し遂げている。私は之を力説し、同時に確信して止まない。
ただ敗戦により、ＧＨＱ指揮の下で農地改革が行われて、大地主であった小澤家の４０町あった田畑、山林の内不在地主として、３５町が国家に没収されて、経済的には大打撃を蒙ったことは確かであるが、それだからと言って、精神的には我々は永い家系から正「プラス」の伝統的精神を引きついて来たので、全面的な敗北を帰し、下降線を辿り始めた訳では決してない。

私はかつて大阪時代の晩年に、タクシーに乗務していて、毎週一回は朝礼で上司が「タクシー運転手としてプロ意識に徹し、社会に貢献している誇りを持て！」と訓示されるのが常であったが、私は「大の大人が一人か二人のお客を乗して送迎する様な仕事は単純極まり、よくも飽きずにこんな仕事を多くの人がやっているなあ、男のする仕事ではない」と退職の機を模索しながら、常に乗務していた。
人として生まれたからには、「少しでも優れた人になりたい、少しでも誰もがなれない希少価値の高い仕事をしたい」と希求するのは、極当たり前で、言葉が書けない犬だってきっとそうであるに違いない。
成る程、喫茶店を営業したり、弁当を持って家を出て無事帰宅すれば、行く末には可也の退職金や年金が入る小役人、警官を生涯一貫として務めれば、病気にはならなくて長生きするであろうに決まっている。これでは、ただただ小さなぬるま湯の閉鎖社会のお山の大将でしかない。そこには、どうして発展がうまれようか？生まれる筈がない。
小澤家本流の親族ばかりか傍流の親族もが、一番嫌った生き様、渡世、人生航路である。
この様な希少価値の高い、代替性が低い、即ち進取の気概に富んで誰もが容易には追随できない人生を歩んだ我が親族、この様な系譜を持つ小澤家直系の男子の中で不肖の身でも末席に生まれてきたことに、私は大いに誇りに思い、幸せを実感している。いや、将来に活かさなければならないと思い続けている。

荒波だってよい、しかも１歩でよい、外界に出てみるのが、須らく希望、欲を持った人間をも含めた動物本能の自然が成せる業であり、生き方である。
こうした様々な人々の人生模様が織り成す歴史が、人類にも動物にも今日の偉大な遺産、発展した社会を生んできた原動力となってきたのは事実である。
もっと分かりやすく言おう！小さい日本、もっと小さい愛知県、顕微鏡でしか分からない江南市においても、名古屋や三河に本部とかタイアップ機構、関連組織を持っている喫茶店、レストラン、企業、病院等は時流に何とか乗って逐次繁盛しているが、市内という狭い殻の中で外気と接触せずに営んでいる、駄菓子屋、大工屋、喫茶店等は成る程平穏無事ではあるが、下降線の一途を辿っている。どんどんと店じまいしている。
私がよく行く昭和病院は、県内で貧者番付トップクラスの江南市に位置しているが「早くミドルクラスへ昇格しなければならないが、、、」、厚生農業連合協同組合傘下の言わばチェイン病院なので、近年中に素晴らしい病院を建造する暁をみる。かつて私がいやいやながらも在籍していた大阪の某タクシー会社は真偽の程は知らないが、上司は何時も毎年赤字の連続であると言っていたが、又次々と倒産していくホテル群の真っ直中にあって同関連ホテルも毎年赤字の連続であると噂されていたが、親会社の鉄道事業が黒字なので、いずれも未だ健在中であろう。微動だにしていない筈である。



江南市民は、財政を豊かにしてくれて、より価値の高いものとして木曽川流域の遊休地を利用したく考えている　；　国土交通省ばかりでなく、優良企業の工場、他の省庁の管轄である国立農業試験場、大学の研究機関の進出を期待している

旧友尾関さんとしばしば木曽三川国立公園の一環として造成中の「国立植物園」を見学、検証に行くが、之は誠に優れたナショナルプロジェクトである。
之に反して、何故国は何十年も前から、木曽川の水量が年年歳歳減少しているのに、いや夏期も梅雨期も台風期にも川島と愛知県側の川床に水もないのに、次から次へと堤防をいくつも造るのか、私にはどうしても解せない。
私は若い頃より、建設省はいくつ堤防を造ったら気が済むのかと思い続けた。国は何故タバコ製造工場とか大学の農業試験場を造らないのかと思い続けた。莫大な国民の血税からなる税金をこれら無用の長物である堤防の数々は呑み込み浪費して来た。
真偽の程は知らないが、国は末代の子孫が返済出来ない程の巨額の累積赤字を負っているという。そうだとしたら、尚更一層の事一度でよいから、国土交通省の大臣は、当地区担当の係り官を随行してここを実地検分するがいい。
莫大な額の血税を呑み込んできた負の遺産「多くの堤防」を、目前に一目瞭然と確認できるからだ。

未だそれだけならば許せるが、青木川放水路の溢水を放水する為の設備、機械の保管施設建設のために、県か国か知らないが当神社の敷地にあった黒々とした森の一部を伐採して境内面積を狭小化している。
一番許せないのは、自然を壊ししかも何の市民の経済効果に供さない堤防造成の為に、２５０年以上の家歴を有する黒い森に被われていた小澤家の家、屋敷を埋め尽くして、強制的に移転させた暴挙である。之は、一番遺憾でならない国家及び地方行政の蛮行、許せない、見落とせない誤策であった。馬鹿につける薬はないと言うが、正に之を言う。開いた口が塞がらない。
先人が何百年と言う永きに亘って築いてきた山積した生活上の幾多の知恵の倉庫、文化的遺産、世にも貴重な自然との具現体であった小澤家の姿を後世に保存することこそが、国、県、市の関係筋「土木課、教育委員会及び文化財保護課」の使命であったはずだ。
過ぎ去ったことは「覆水盆に戻らず」で悔やんでも致し方ない。問題はこれからの将来に向かっての施策、国の指針という方向性である。
何百年前からここに住む人々を見守ってきた当神社の黒い森までも、次から次へと壊されていく。緑濃い森は、人間の健康維持に心身ともに欠かせない素晴らしい作用をする。保護にとどまらず、むしろ積極的に育てることこそが、真の文明国家へのプロセスには必須である。
全国何処にもある「鎮守の森」の緑を眺めると気が和むし、その中で一服していると、物理的にも森は大気汚染「排気ガス」を浄化して其の上に豊かな酸素を排出してくれるので、健康向上にも大変良い。又ドイツの例を挙げるが、そこでは黒々とした緑濃い森が散在し、至る所に保護されている。所謂有名な「ドイツの黒い森」である。
ロンドンの街中には、今日でも野狐が一万匹以上棲息している。東京、名古屋の人々には想像出来ない程の自然、森へのこだわり、愛着である。
今Ｇ８のサミット会場となっているサンクトペテルブルグを訪ねてみるがいい。如何に世界的な大都会が汚れた空気を浄化する緑の木々にこだわり、仲良く共生しているかが分かる。
文化国家の証は、森、草原の中に、コンクリートの建物とアスファルトの舗装道路を建設、敷設して、景観を緑から異色の灰色の世界へ変えることでは決してない。時として、我が国は文化国家の真意を曲解している向きがある故に、５０年以上にわたる懸案の領土問題を未だに解決することが出来ないままになっていることへの、大きな阻害要因になっている。




何事でも、最初は不完全、不揃いこそあるべき自然の姿である。最初から完璧な物、者にろくなのはない。
我が小澤家が村に寄付した頃の当神社の有様は、うっそうと茂る木々の中にポツンと簡素なつるべ型の井戸、四方木曽石の数数で組まれた石垣で囲んで中を土盛りした上の簡単な手製の神棚、左右雑草に被われて、歩くのにやっとこさの一本道の細道、こんな殺風景な状態であったに違いない。
それが神明地区住民の協賛、尽力を得て、１-２０年に一塔、一基、一社屋の割といったゆっくりとしたしかし着実なペースで補足、増築されるといったプロセスで遅くとも着実に５０-１００年というスパンで逐次一人前の立派な神社の形態をつくり上て行った事であろう。
戦後になって、今では超有名私立進学校として周知の東海、滝だって、終戦直後は僧の座禅修業場に黒板、机腰掛を持ち込んで何とか教室へと様を変えたり、近くを通るだけでも悪臭がした家畜小屋に縁を張り教室へ改造したりした程度のお粗末な様相であったことに間違いない。
あのお化けのように広い、天竜川でも中央自動車で源流近くを通過すると、橋のスパンはたった５メーターほどだ。
今一番大切なことを言っている瞬間であるが、何事も最初は、不完備、不揃いこそあるべき自然の姿である。最初から完成された者、物にはろくなのはない。
これから着手しようとする、小中一貫校でもマンガの様な簡素で、不完備、不揃いこそ之があるべき当然な自然な姿である。
要するに、打算できる構想には、躊躇せずして、「千里の道も１歩から」の諺を銘記して、先ず最初の１歩を早く踏み出す進取の気概こそが肝要、急務である。どこかの国の宮殿の様な華麗な校舎で６３３制という訳が分からないステレオタイプの殻に便々と閉じこもっていては、未来はない。私が主張する９３制は、１０年単位のスパンで見れば、それよりも圧倒的に将来性は明るい。どうして分かって頂けないのかと、時として悲しくなってくる。本当に疲労困憊する時がある。



地域住民と歴史を共有してきて、国民に親しまれてきた「鎮守の森」を守り、子孫のために育てよう！森は、大気汚染を浄化し、酸素を豊富に含んだ新鮮な空気を私達にもたらしてくる。
鎮守の森は、県単位で保存すべき重要な地方、地域の文化的遺産である。

さて結論に入りたい。私は決して特別に宗教を深く信心している訳ではない。創価学会とか何か特別な神を祭る神道とかに、殊更に信仰を抱いている訳でない。ましてや、この神道を傀儡として一定の政党に加担し、一定の政策を遂行しよう等と言う気持ちはさらさら持っていない。
我が国には、大昔から「鎮守の森」が全国津々浦々にあって、地域住民、庶民から憩いの場、親睦の場、として親しまれてきたという共通した好ましい風俗習慣がある。
そして近年にいたっては、更に加えて、大気汚染「二酸化炭素と含む排気ガス」という公害から地球環境に資する機能を持つ森林の存在がとみに見直されてきた。きれいな大気と豊かな水は「京都議定書」のアジェンダであった。
国家的にも、先の京都議定書で採決された内容の真髄は「自然保護、排気ガス、フロンガス等の大気汚染が惹起す地球温暖化への警鐘」であった筈である。
豊かな木々は大気汚染を浄化するばかりでなくて、健康に格好な豊富な酸素を還元してくれ、「健康的な森林浴」という新しい言葉が生み出された。ここに来てようやく森は、心身ともの健康に資する憩いの場として、掛け替えのない貴重な役割を果たす機能を持っている事に世界の多くの科学者は注目するようになった次第である。
工業化が進む中で、遍く国家的に、グローバルして行く時代の差し迫った要請にも、大気、水、木々、森林が相乗効果をなして、現代人にもたらす重要性は、特に先進諸国の人々には益々大きな関心事となりつつある。言うまでもなく、酸素豊かな清らかな空気、豊かな水は、人類ばかりか他の動植物にとっても生存自体に不可欠な要素である。むやみな人間本位の自然破壊、無用に多量商品を生み出すかつての生産体制そのものが、地球上の生態系を破壊する危険性から、だんだんと規制されてきている由縁である。大量消費は、美徳とされた経済理念は、過去の遺産となりつつある。よって、其の中でも黒い森の保護、育成は、水を生み出し且つ二酸化炭素を含有する大気汚染を浄化するので、最大の急務、関心事となった次第である。
他方、地域住民が長い歴史の中で残してきた貴重な遺産と認定される、文化遺産の保護は、異なる数々の宗教の各派を超えて、我々は先祖を敬い、その業績を後世に伝え残すために、極めて必要性強い課題である。何分にも、我が国には太古の昔から良き伝統として、全国津々浦々に散在している緑豊かな「鎮守の森」を敬愛する風習を持ってきた。そこには、神道を傀儡して特定の政治思想とか政党とか軍事政策とかを推進しようとする意図等さらさらない見受けられない。
我が生家が存する地区にある大明神社もこの郷土が２５０年以上にわたって育んできた、敬愛すべき文化財色彩が極めて濃い建造物で得ある。当神社は、この地区の何世代にも亘る住民達の遠い先祖達と共に今日に至るまで常に、あらゆる歴史の流れを見守ってきた唯一の残存している公共建造物である。他にどんな公共建造物があるのか？最盛期の宮田村は、木曽の恵みを得て一宮村「現一宮市」よりも遥かに、比肩の域でないほどの隆盛、繁栄を極めた実績豊かな歴史を持っている。いわんや、「古知野、布袋等何をかいわんや」である。
この大明神社でも川島神社でも、古知野神社とは歴史が全く違うのである。比肩されたら堪ったものでない。
そんな観点から、管理及び維持を、ただ単に往年の経済的勢いが敗戦を期にとみに衰退してきた、限定的な神明地区の住民に、任せ切るのではなくて、相互依存関係にある愛知県というもっと上のランクの自治体が側面的援助するのは、インターデペンデントの理念によって展開されている現代の国際社会ばかりか、地域自治体においても不可欠ではないのかと思う。善処を期待して止まない。



市民は、市民財源の源となる施設の誘致を望んでいる。ただ国土交通省ばかりか文部科学省などの他の省庁、優良企業の参画を期待している。

さて、ご承知の如くに、木曽三川国立公園が占める総面積は、全国立公園中第一位であり、まだまだ広大な原野が残存していて、計り知れない潜在的可能性を秘めている。中部人にとっては頼もしい限りのスケットである。
優良企業の工場だって国立大学のキャンパスや農業試験場等の研究機関だって十分に収容できる、広大なスペース、遊休地が木曽川流域の周辺には多く散在している。
日本アルプスといわれる高い連山がある長野県地区から、木曽川が何万、何億年間という気の遠くなる様な永いスパンで土砂を下流に運んで出来た広大な扇状地のお蔭の他の何物でもない。きっと、こんな記述を読めば、大和川とか神崎川とか淀川を眺めてきた関西人は「この男大法螺を吹いているなあ」と思われるかもしれないが、これは「何をゆうてはる！ほんまの話ですっせ！」そのものである。
川にも上には上、下には下が限りなくあることを知るべきである。ライン川でも淀川でも木曽川でも同じ川には違いないのだから、、、。
要するに、ただただ無用の長物である要らぬ堤防を造り、自然の大草原の緑が醸し出す景観を人工的な色とりどりの景観へ変えれば一つの事業となる、近代化となると言った安易な役人の発想は明らかに誤策であった。以後謹んで欲しい限りである。
住民には何の経済的なメリットにもならないのだから、、、、。
地域住民は、専らただひたすらに最大の武器である豊かな広い土地を効能的に利用されることを、詰まりより価値の高い土地利用で、市民財政の税源となる施設の招致を望んでいるので、国土交通省ばかりか他の文部省等の省庁や優良企業の参画をも期待している実情を各省庁は知るべきである。
具体的には、大学のキャンパス、農業試験場、優良企業の工場の進出を期待しているわけである。





浅学非才で不肖の私が、小澤家について言及するのは僭越であったかもしれない。親族の各位殿には、ご理解とお許しを乞う次第である。

生まれた頭初から完璧に近い物、者にはろくなのものはない。私が大好きなシェパードの乳飲み子期の姿は、まるで小熊のように真っ黒で不細工そのものである。
物事を、目先に見返りを求める短期的ではなく、１-２０年先を読んだ長期的に且つ自分が立つ狭いポイイントではなくて周囲を取り巻く広い環境を見越す、場所的に大所高所から見る「予測」、取り組み方こそが、何事にも肝要である。特に教育界では大いに又然りである。
私が殆ど毎週江南市役所の教育委員会の学校教育課へ出向き、「内閣府常設室の小中一貫校特区」へ可及的速やかに申請を促し続ける由縁もそこに存する。

確かに男子直系尊属の先人乃至その子孫が、市内に在住していないのでなかなか遭えないという一抹の寂しさはあるが、進取の気概を持って常に荒波の進歩的人生に挑戦されて、落ち着く帰巣地は県内である事態を勘案すれば、系譜の中で浅学で落ちこぼれの末席にある私ではあるが、祖先伝来のこの偏狭な地で誰もが出来る安住の職業に便々と就いてきて、挙句の果てには市町村の議員や首長となった家系に生まれてきたよりも、遥かに幸運であったと実感している。併せて残り少ない人生をもっと彼等の様に、江南市民にとどまらずにもっと広域な人々の有益且つ進歩へも供することが出来ることを目途として、前進し続けなければならないと、決意を新たにしている次第である。
打算なき戦略の結果の敗戦によって、戦前の小澤家の所有地であった４０町歩の土地内３５町歩を失って経済的に想像を絶する大きな打撃を蒙った市内の我が小澤家であるが、人間の心までも奪われてしまった訳でなく、祖先伝来の魂を脈々と引き継いている面々ばかりである。

ポカンと幼少年時代に緑の山や原野を見つめ、河原で野球や遊びに興じ、田畑の野良仕事を手伝い、野の果実を小鳥の様についばんできた私が、これら親族の男子全てが悉く旧帝国大学乃至新制国立大学卒業者で占められている小澤家について概観するのは確かに僭越であったし、適任者ではなかったかもしれない。
しかし、江南市史事編集者の基礎知識のお粗末さを憂い、我が年齢を勘案し、自身が稼動のためこの地を後にして以降この地が誤った方向へ進んでしまった又帰省して目前にする現に進みつつある諸事態に対面すると、この段我が意見を後世に刻み残す必要性に駆られ逃れることが出来なかった。ご理解を請う次第である。
特に県及び江南市の関係当局筋に強くご参考に供したく切にお願い致し、親族の関係各位殿にはご理解とお許しを乞う次第である。許

I've finished writing up all of my very long document in Japanese language concerning the historical relation between the Shinto shrine in my native place and series of my direct male relatives.
Thius Morning the rest work was only to copy and transplant it to my blog made in Japan.
However unfortunately I have mistaken the way to transplant and as a result I've erased it in vain.
Owing to the assistance from Toshiba support center, he says that I became obligated to challenge writing up the document again even though it would work me very heavy at very burdensome cost.

野村さんと聞いただけで、何か特別な尊敬の念、愛着の念が無性に私の中に沸いて来た

こんにちは、我が最愛の放送局CNN及び我が師と仰ぐBBCの皆さん！お元気ですか。お馴染みの小澤成次です。

昨日７月４日は、市役所へ行きそこから市営「いこまいカー」で警察署へ免許証の書き換えに行くつもりでしたが、１階のマッサージ器に座っていたら眠たくなってきてので、急遽予定を変更して、何時もの教育委員会へ行き、学校教育課　課長補佐　野村和典さんと「小中一貫校特区の申請」について話し会って来ました。


野村さんと聞いただけで、何か特別な尊敬の念、親密感、愛着の念が無性に私に沸いてきた。
何故ならば、何百年、何世代にも続いた我が家系の生業であった水車業「屋号、小澤重ェ門」の中で最後の「小澤重ェ門」に嫁がれた方、私から数えると曾祖母は、実は一宮市多加木の油卸問屋を営んでいた豪族、「野村家」から来られたからである。


偉大な曾祖母に心より敬服する
当野村家は、手広く一宮界隈から「綿花の種、菜種」を収集して、これを当時宮田村に小澤家を筆頭に約１０軒程あった水車屋でさく搾油してもらい、持ち帰り、一宮、名古屋、稲沢、津島等に売りさばき、「油の問屋」として財を築かれた商人で豪族であったと祖母から何度も聞きことがある。

何よりも、多くは後に傑出した人物となられた男３子「長男小澤松太郎、次男我が祖父朝吉、三男八郎」、女３子「二人は可児村の豪族可児家に揃って嫁がれた。他の一人は跡取りとなった祖父の若死の後に代わって婿養子を採って小澤家本家を継承された」を出産されて母であって、真に尊敬に値する偉大な方であったことだ。
それに祖母が小口村「現在の大口村」の江戸時代から続く庄屋の酒井家「通称三軒家と呼称されている」から小澤家本家に嫁がれた頃には、この曾祖母は生存中であったので、「曾祖母は一年中毎朝真冬も、現在の大明神社へ行き洗顔と行水を欠かさなかった。」と厳粛な私生活ぶりを祖母から私達はよく聞かされたものだった。


祖父の弟に当たる小澤八郎氏は、海兵卒の鬼才の軍人であって、現在の私の大きな支えとなる教育者への最初の先人であった
ちなみに、小澤松太郎は、「学問は実生活に役立たない」との持論により、せっかく宮田小学校から入学を果たした愛知一中を中退した。木曽川の中で生まれ育ったので、大海原で安全、巧に船を船行させることはお手の物であったので、堀川、名古屋港、太平洋沿岸を舞台にして、大海原を巧に船を操縦して、今時の「回漕業」で巨万の富を若くして逐次着実に蓄えていかれた。
賢い秀才の松太郎おじさんは、どんどんと次から次へと将来性ある値上がり確かな東海道線名古屋駅付近「現在の新幹線名古屋駅付近の笹島辺り」の土地を買い増されていったのである。そして、彗星の様に名古屋屈指の大富豪家へと隆盛を極められた人物だった。

一方、祖父の弟に当たる小澤八郎は、愛知一中から当時の天下の秀才が集った海兵を経て、軍人であったばかりか、現在の私に大きな味方となる教育家でもあった。現役時代には、帝国海軍の基地であった「横須賀」「佐世保」に長年勤務され、又教育家として鳥羽にも住まれたが、引退後は後進の小澤家直系の親族男子一同の例に漏れずに、郷里の愛知県を守るために帰名された。
現役時代には、日露戦争の最前線に立ち、潜水艦艦長として露海軍と交戦し、九死に一生を身を挺して体験された。

ちなみに、彼等二人の子孫達は、悉く一人残らず私と違って、旧帝国大乃至新制国立大の卒業者達ばかりである。
処で、先回言及した、大明神社の興廃は、小澤家の栄枯盛衰と大いに関連性が深いので、この相関性について、多くの写真を取り入れながら、後日他の日本製のブログで出来るだけ詳細に言及いたしたい。

尚、親族男子一同、戦後の教育制度においても、国立大学卒業者ばかりの中にあって、浅学不肖な私が、小澤家について言及することは僭越であるかもしれないが、自分の年齢を考える時又宮田村、神明神社についての記述事項を、江南市史編集者の執筆で拝読する度に彼等の基礎知識のお粗末さを耐えられないほどに嘆き、痛感するに至り、この段写真入りの小澤家直系男子の末席にある私の記述、登場が逐次必須であると判断する運びとなった。少しでも読者が真相を究明する契機となれば、私の意図する所である。宜しくその点関係各位殿にお許し願い且つご了解願いたい。

For pupils to go on to National Kyoto university or National Tokyo University, it is essential for pupils to go on to some private high schools with 6 consistent system, which need indeed a large sum of expensive money to their all parents.

My health condition has been falling into bad probably in recent these days because of having cold.
I feel ache on nose and very sluggish and heavy.

Today is Friday and cloudy, so I was sheduled to go to Ikeda clinic.
However I am about to stop this schedule, while sleeping at bed all day long until evening when I'll go out for walk to a Chinese restaurant.

First of all, I'm a general male who owes always responsibility to keep my own family so rich as to enable all persons in my family enough to send comfortable daily life in Japan without fail at all costs by working at a place again.

Today was Monday and fine weather, so I went to Andoh clinic. However the clinic was closed due to personal reason, so I walked to a taxi stop run by Kohnan municipal management near Kohnan rail way station and on taxi reached my destination of a super-market called " West Apita " in order to fetch a pair of trousers made from leather, which have been rolled up.

On my coming way, I asked on the phone my regular gas company near the market store to carry me to my house by car.


I must carry into effect to meet and talk with both of them someday in close future wiyhout fail at all costs
As a result, it reached 99 percent probablity for me to be able to go to my current favorite place on foot, that is, the School Education Sectin in the Board of Education in Kohnan city hall in this week. Of course I've been going there so many times that my city also may participate in the Japanese Government Project " special education districts aimed at realizing the 9 consistent system among all elementary schools and junior high schools across country ", which will be set up for long years no matter how the Japanese Cabinets will repeat to reshuffle many times.

今日５月２４日、水曜日は早朝より快晴でしたので、革ズボンの裾上げのために、江南駅から西アピタまでの市営の「いこまいカー」を利用して、西アピタのリフォーム屋さんへ行ってきました。明日出来上がる予定なので、近日中に再度晴天の日に赴きます。
新たに又革ズボンを買ったためです。道路でしばしば転倒する私にとって、革製ズボンは、ひざへの切り傷を半減してくれる偉大な効用があるから二本目を買った次第です。
これから向かう猛暑に備えて、避暑用の帽子を当店で序に買いました。


戦前の様な教育制度の復活は、そもそも戦争推進者及びその関係者が行うべき責任を負うべきは、自明の理です
今週中に又当店へ赴かなければなりませんが、何とか暇を見つけて、江南市教育委員会、学校教育課へも赴かなければなりません。
昨今の私にとっては、当課の係員と「当市の小中一貫校特区への申請」について、会談することにこの上ない、喜びと生きがいを実感して止まないからです。
全ては、相手方の当市の教育委員会の責任者を始めとする大半の方々には、納得の上での申請を果たさなければならない私の立場なので、クールにして理論的に根気強く説得に望み続ける決意です。

敗戦までは、我が国は世界に誇示できる、全て入試を伴う６５３制を堅持してまいりましたが、敗戦により、この制度を作り上げた、先人の血と汗の功績を一気に失った羽目に陥りました。
この観点から、戦前の様な国際的な教育制度の復活は、そもそも戦争推進者が行うべき責を負うべき立場にあることは、自明の理です。
政治家諸氏の大先輩である、尾崎行雄先生や日本海軍従事者は、一貫して無謀なかの戦火拡大に孤独に打ち勝ちながらも大反対され続けられました。
一方陸軍従事者や新聞、ラジオ等のマスコミ従事者は、国民を扇動して戦火拡張論を唱えて、結果敗戦の憂き目へと我が国を導いたという経緯を持つ張本人であった訳です。

そもそも、戦争犯罪人を合祀している靖国神社の存在そのものが、如何に二世、三世が大半を占める我が国国会の議員諸氏が、大半の文明諸国の慣例、政情を棚上げにして、其の上詭弁を労しようと、平和を希求する世界への挑戦の他何物でもありません。

それにしても、この様な「世間知らずの劣等民族そうろうの戦争犯罪責任者達」の過去の誤りを、どうして罪のない私が尻拭いをしなければならないのかと、理不尽さを大いに実感して止まない私です。

誰のためなのか？　之専ら日本民族の繁栄、国際社会への参画のためへの、我が人生の挑戦という一言に尽きます。


民主主義国家は、個人の尊厳、幸せを基調におく体制です
何かと出費が重なる我が耐乏生活の財布です
我が家の庭の雑草は、春到来と共に生い茂ってきて、門から玄関までの通路を遮り始め、足の悪い私にとって歩行が困難となってきましたので、近々徳用の「江南市シルバー人材センター」へ草取り作業を依頼しなければなりません。

First of all for the time being, I need indeed assimilate my present surroundings around me into my idea ; my home town Kohnan city must go a step farther than other places by applying " special districts aimed at 9 consistent education system " set up always in the Japanese Cabinet room, for the Japanese government as soon as possible.

In order to carry it into effect, on May 15 again and again I went in the midst of heavy rain onmy foot. It took me more than one hour. And finallyI could talk with an official in the Board of Education in our Kohnan city hall named " Mr. Buma ".

However unfortunately I could not debate about a step for the applying with the section head named " Mr. Iwata " and was disappointed and upset with my lasting works in vain again this time.

However I had to higly appreciate to have comfortably talked with Mr. Buma on good terms all the while regardless of his own personal history with a university graduate of 6 consistent system under management of private school. Everytime my staying at the Board of Education, I always feel very meaningful and happy to the fullest satisfaction all the while talking with any officials in the Board of Education.

In these days recently I've been filling up a long hole of the outer moat by repeated meetings step by step in order to meet and lead the top echelons to join " the special districts " set up always in the Japanese Cabinet room someday soon.

By the way, the super-intendent of the Board of Education and section head of it commute, attend and stay always in the room every day, nevertheless they top echelons get accustomed to waste all the working times idle although such persons are responsible for all the room works, in order words, how to improve higher the scholastic and sports abilities of all the children and youths in all the schools in Kohnan city.

For detail, these persons in charge of responsibility are always reluctant to hear my idea and advice without having profound knowleges less than mine in addition though they are all ranked to be highly paid employees withdrawn from our citizens' taxes.

However they would continue commuting and staying in the room long years, the scholastic and sports abilities of all the school boys and girls would never definitely be improved for ever at all. They actually used to make their assistants meet and talk with me, to be very regrettable for me.

The fully ripened stream aimed at put it into effect " 9 consistent system among elementary schools and junior high schools " have been sprouting like mushroom after rain across our country so powerful that any men of national power and tycoons in the economic circles would be able to prevent any longer the stream.

Please do your best to re-make most use of the long established school buildings and sites in order to house all the school boys and girls from 7 to 16 years old at same sites respectively !

As a general rule, all the reformations and revolutions are said to come into blossom smoothly, being fraught with optimum like following two conditions ;

Today was Sunday and fine weather, so I went out for walk to a big electric appliance shop named " Yamada electric appliance shop " on foot for the first time in long days although it took me more than one hour because many kinds of electric massagers with the most updated facilities are always provided for any visitors free of charge, these massagers being difinitely different those in Kohnan welfare center run by the poorest city in Aichi prefecture named " Kohnan city " ; all these are ready to fall apart, the outdated facilities, old and dirty.
Whenever I sit on chairs with the most updated highly quality, I get accustomed to be able to walk with light step, usually taking rest fewer than going there on my coming way.
Actually I took rest 12 times on going way, compared to what I took 4 times on coming way.
Of course no sooner had I reached there than I sat on these chairs.

Getting to the main point, all Japanese newspapers have been forgetting themselves and going to the spree, carrying an item about games in Japanese professional baseball teams, in which mostl Japanese people have nothing to do with their own daily life-ways.

On May 4 Mr. Ozeki of my old friend and I went to see and enjoy the wisteria festival by car.
We contemporary Kohnan citizens must highly appreciate our preceding men's plan to the fullest extent, in which they had conceived and carried out hard so that Kohnan city might draw many people from the outside of other areas as sightseers and collect money in the city.
Concretely speaking, at the first place, they had planted various sorts of sapling wisterias in the extensive square land within the temple.

In sum we Kohnan citizens should keep in mind to avoid scrambling to get money within a same wallet to the fullest extent, definitely not following most of members of Kohnan assembly and mayors in successive generations.

All the while a large number of people come here by car from broad areas outside our city and spend a large sum of money, while parking in a large number of temporary plots and having meal at many restaurants in our city.

日本語版：序盤戦だが、プロ野球は公式戦を展開している。どうしても解せないのは、東証一部に籍を置く例の某ＩＴがスポンサ－になっている西武ライオンズが良い位置につけていることだ。この詐欺企業は、俺が何度も指摘しているように、ここ２年間の長きに亘り、値下がり一途の下降線を辿っている。勿論、殆どの企業が、日本経済の復調につれて、緩やかでも着実に値上がりのチャートを描いているのに反して、今日でも依然として大幅な下降線を描き続けている。

俺がここで強調したいのは、東証の社長をペテンにかけて一部入りを果たしたばかりか、無数の国民の投資家達に多額のダメージを与え続けている、詐欺会社にバックアップされている、この野球グループ、ティームの恥知らず、厚顔ぶりだ。実に腹が立つ。
第一、プロ野球選手は、青少年の夢と憧れの的であるという風説は、前時代的なもうとっくの昔に崩れ去った、神話だと言う事実だ。

何が松坂、和田、中島だ！　何が世界の王だ！
そんなに自身の体力に自信があれば、国威高揚と自身のレベルを国際水準で把握する為、オリンピック競技に参加して、世界各国の選手と技を競り合うがいい。
例えば投手の松坂が投てき競技で、打者の和田、中島がレスリング、柔道に参加して自身の実力を知るがいい。既に、オリンピック出場経験がある者は、骨身まで知り尽くしていることだが、松坂が投擲競技に出場しても、和田、中島がレスリングに出場しても、ご多分に漏れずに、さんさんたる結果に終わることは、日の目を見るより明らかだ。この話、結果は、これらの者が、たとえ幼少の時期よりこれらの競技の訓練に日夜明け暮れたとしてもだ。

何が世界の王だ。バットを振ったり、巨額の収入を手にしたりする、暇、余裕があったら、ある程度の才能を兼備しているものの、英語力が貧弱だとされている中国の子供達に救済の手を差し伸べたらどうなのか？

今日の我が国では想像を絶する事態であるが、英語の副読本、参考書すら品切れとなっている、中国の内陸部の小中学校へ出向いて、視察するなり、国際共通語である英語学習に必須なこれら副読本なり参考書を寄付したりして、祖国にもっと貢献したらどうなのか？

何本ホームランを打とうが、国民の日常生活の豊かさには微塵の影響も反映されてこないのだ。

本論に入るが、昨今関西では、ホリエモンと全く同類の村上ファンドも、関西の良識人の前で、行く手を阻まれて、一人デッドロックの状態だ。いい傾向だ。よくよく反省するがよい。

このホリエモンに司法の手が入ったにも関わらず、何故この詐欺企業に司法が介入されないのかと日本全国の誰もが謎めいている。何故ならば、資金調達の方法までも、ライブドアと全く同じだ。
それに何度も言うように、１年半前に比べたら株価は５－９分の１までに値下がっており、今尚この一社だけ大幅に毎日値下がりし続けている。値下がりランキング年間一位にランクされている。自身の身の上、経歴、言動を棚に上げて、如何に多弁を弄して他人を先導しようとも、誰が、賢明な国民が、追随するのか。誰でも容易に分かる予測事項だ。

大体コネでそこそこの会社に入社して、一介のサラリーマンとして世間体に無難に人生を送るべき程度の人物が、全国津々浦々から資金を集めて、大会社を興し一城の主となろうとする渡世そのものが、所詮俺に言わせれば無理、解せない話だ。
この詐欺会社も、ライブドアと全く同様に、経営陣の総入れ替えでしか、生き残りの途はなく、口車にまんまと乗った東証社長及び大損害を蒙ったいや今尚蒙りつつある、現に不健康だ苦しい耐乏生活を余儀なくさせられている、無数の株主各位に対する、唯一の救済法だ。それ以外に方法は、何一つない。

「良い政治家ほど無駄な動きがない」という有名な諺がある。小泉氏も改革の美名の名の下で、「不要な改造にエネルギーを費やし続けると、エネルギーを使い尽くして、いざ真の成すべき改造に臨んでもお手上げにならざるを得ない。」
そんな心配が私の脳裏を横切る。少し心配し過ぎだと結構だが、、、。大丈夫ですか？小泉さん！

我が国日本の最富裕地帯で、心も豊かな人達ばかりの筈の愛知三河、大阪地帯ですら、保身に終始した、所謂利己主義者の渦の中で、私の体は次第に蝕まれていった。身を挺しての体験であった。
この生まれ故郷での生活、生存時期こそ、我が過去の損失を補填し、傷を癒すには我が人生に残された唯一のチャンスだ。

敵は東京、大阪にあるのではなくて、飽くまでも我が生まれ故郷のこの田舎町にあることを、常に肝に銘じている障害者となってしまった以来の俺の姿勢だ。
しかし、地理的に我が住処と目と鼻の近くにいる敵陣、彼等なので、話し合えば必ず分かり合える筈だ。多々困難、努力は伴うとは言うものの、理解し得る仲間だ。

物づくり、製造工場占有面積が日本一の愛知県内に位置し、２００５年新設製造工場面積日本一を記録した岐阜県に隣接しながら、之に反して、江南市よ！何処へ行く？　

現代日本は、全体主義社会では決してなくて、個人の尊厳、幸せを基調にする民主主義社会の一席に位置するので、個人的に当然俺も、自身の経済的自立、幸せ無しには、社会への報恩はないという視点に立つ。

In our country it is getting warmer and warmer day by day, however it is still cold in the early Morning and late Evening.


Any obstacles can no longer intervene, disturb and stop the increasing power upheld by most of clever Japanese people
Well soon back to the main point, my long-cherished hope - reforming public education system from 633 into two division system such as 93 - has been prevailing steadily and rapidly across country under the auspices of the Japanese governmet as if fire of freedom called " October revolution " had ever broken out 1917 in Russia.
All obstacles such as pseudo-democracy, dishonest, un-fairness, super-centralization, speech apart from behavior, only one polar trend, neglecting locality and lots more can no longer intervene, disturb and stop the increasing power upheld by most of honest Japanese people.
In this moment too the increasing power is getting to strengthen and penetrate all parts across country more and more.


From now on, I must recapture and regain my own lost past days by a small part of selfish people in order to lead to richer happy days from the view point of daily financial life
Reflected my past life, a great deal of energy and economic power have fled from my happy life. In other words, from now on for coming next time I must seriously take into consideration to recapture my lost young days full of unfortune, fruitless and miserable.
This plan means challenging my own fanancial richness in order to gain independence in my private daily-life as soon as possible.

In addition needless to say more I will incessantly continue challenging a better public education system in our country as usual before.

Well come back, I have already gone and taken a talk with officials of good character in the Board of Education in Kohnan city hall twice, for detail, around April 21 and 28, persuading all of them serious so that Kohnan city hall may decide and proceed further to join " the special education districts aimed at consistent 9 system among elementary schools and junior high schools " as soon as possible, sooner even by a day. Above all things we may pay a special attention to what Tsukui town has joined " the special education districts " recommended by the Japanese Government which consists of members of the Diet because the town of Tsukumi of a rural mountain village in Kanagawa prefecture is noted to be a famous place where god of constitutional government named " Mr. Yukio Ozaki " was born besides the long successive ancestors of him have been sleeping underground. Mr. Ozaki, with whom all members of the Diet have directly to do to be one of national politicians, contrary to what I have nothing to do with him as I've never been engaged in any kinds of politicians, definitely not for a mere day.
In short, this memorial participation will necessarily cause a certain victorious outcome, in which all of the Diet members involved in taking the initiative to raise the national governmental plan " special education districts " would have been relieved to know what only one place on earth for their adorable father had joined their plan. All of them would have been relieved as if they had gone aboard the largest vessel.


No matter how much such a kind of idle officials may stay in city hall all day long, the learning environment in schools for girls and boys to study in more effective way would definitely not come true for ever

先日４月２９日、私は地元の総合病院である昭和病院へ赴いた。
久々に納得のいく、心温まる対応を、点滴をした看護婦さんから受けて会心の満足を得た。本当に何ヶ月ぶりの満腔の敬意を思わず捧げたくなった。当看護婦さんは、日頃は入院患者さん達のお世話をする病棟勤務であると言う。日頃の成果が成せる自然の快挙であった。

「雀百まで踊り忘れず」という諺がある。若い頃に会得した技、知識は、何時何時までも年老いても心身が覚えていて、老いてもついつい自然に言動となった表れるという意味だ。
従って、何時までも人間は若くないので「若い時期に良い習慣をつけよう」という意味でもある。

私自身も宮田小学校、宮田中学校という幼年少年時代に、踊りや英語を身につけていたので、こうして自然と英語でのブログを書いたすることが出来る。足腰がどうにか間に合っていた大阪時代の晩年の５５－６０歳頃の壮年期になっても、２０-３０歳年下の者達よりも、遥かに踊りに力があって且つ正確であった。

話は変わるが、私が住むこの辺りや現昭和病院が建つ辺りは、戦前の昔は辺り一面桑畑であった。住民達は、所謂水呑み百姓、小作人と言われた貧農層であったが、桑関係の元締め的な職にあった者達だけは裕福であった。桑問屋、繭卸問屋、生糸問屋の従事者である。
従って、これらの家系の子息で学力優秀な男子は、決まって６年間の「古南小」を経て、旧制中学の「一宮中か小牧中か愛知一中」へ進学されて、しかる後は末は博士か大臣を目指して「八高」へ進学されたか、一に海兵、二に一高と言われていた、戦前の我が国において、何とか身を挺して我が国を守ろうとして、海軍兵学校へ進学された。相場は全く決まっていた。

現在は、２００６年４月３０日であるが、この狭い古知野の町にも後者の海兵卒の方々が今尚多々隠遁生存されている。
近年には、国民皆保険制度が徹底されて、之の傾向が良いか悪いのかは別問題にして、雨上がりの竹の子の様に、よそ者「県外生まれの者」がクリニックを開業して、この土地の名士、セレブリチィとなっている。

一方、敗戦を迎えて、これら海兵出の者達は、若き日の鬼才、抜群の学力を買われて社会で、多くは学校の先生に迎えられた。私の祖父の弟に当たる方が、鳥羽商船校に就かれたのと全く同じ立場だ。
若い時期に徹底的に習得した技、体力、知識は、後々までも自然と言動となって発揮できる
そこで皆が不思議に思うクエスションだ。詰まり、「何故教員資格免許を持たない者が教員に就業できたのか」である。アンスワーは、之だ。これらの方々の全ては、若き日に、例えば英語、数学、国語、化学、物理等などをすこぶる優秀に習得されていて、教員資格を持つ一般の現愛知教育大卒者達「前愛知一師、愛知学芸大」よりも、壮年老後になっても造詣が深かったからだ。
もっと分かりやすく説明すれば、昭和病院で薬剤師となっている者、市内の中学校で数学の先生になっている者よりも、薬剤師や教員免許を持っていない京大や名大の文、経済学部卒業者の方や岐大の土木科卒の現場監督の方が、遥かに問題の数学、物理、化学等に於いても又造詣が深いのと全く同じ関係だ。

どうか昭和病院の看護婦さん！　若いうちに脇目を振らずにこの途一筋に絞って、良い習慣、技、知識を身に着けてください
多岐多様に余分にわたりかけたので、この辺で本論へ帰ろう。

看護婦さん本来の常識的な職務である「体力が衰え、不治の患者さん達の身の回りの面倒をみる技、体力を身につけてください」。
確かに人間は法の前では、皆平等だが、看護婦さんと国公立大を出て其の上、難解な資格を取って専門職に就いたり、商社、学校の先生、公務員になられた方々とは、決して実社会では平等に待遇されません。


私達障害者達は、そんな看護婦さん達には、誰よりも高い評価を個人的に捧げたい気持ちで一杯なのが、偽りのない心の底からの大きな叫びです
しかし私達こうした障害者となった全ての者達は、どんな一般的に高い社会的評価をされている女性達よりも、例えば１００円玉が床に落ちたら拾ってくださる方、椅子から立ち上がる際に手を引っ張っていただける方、床掃除をして頂ける方、詰まりそんな技を若き日に自然に身につけてられてしまっている看護婦さんに、満腔の感謝を払い、且つ遥かに高い評価を個人的にしたい気持ちで一杯なのが本音です。偽りのない叫びです。

実際に、昨日４月２９日に昭和病院で面倒をして下さった看護婦さんに遭遇するたびに、私達障害者達は、「よーし、俺が看護婦さんの足らざる社会的分野で、もっともっと頑張って、貢献し活躍して社会的評価を得て、今度は逆に俺が恩返しをしなあかんなー」とつくづくと痛感、実感します。

The Board of Education in our city stands in need indeed joining the special education district aimed at 93 system without any questions any more

Hello ! All concerned in my favorite broadcasting station " CNN " and the greatest newspaper in the world " The Newyork Times " !

Toway was really happy day in my own person as I went to Kohnan municipal welfare center to take bath with my old friend since our childhood named " Mr. Ozeki ".
Further more we enjoyed driving to a Japanese restaurant, Yamada electric appliance store and finally a coffee-restaurant. All the while I could share common pleasures with him.


the more it passes, the more the number of joining cities, towns and villages in this governmental plan regarding public education system reformation becomes across country

Well getting to the main point, on April 24 I went to the Board of Education in Kohnan city hall in order to conduct and persuade it to participate in " special education districts, aimed at 93 system " under the auspices of the Japanese government as soon as possible because the more time passes, the more the number of joining cities, towns and villages in this governmental plan regarding public education system reformation becomes across country.
However unfortunately such my hope ended in vain at this time.


Who do best in persuading it to do so except me on earth in such dragging feet ?

I must earnestly strive to go and see officials in the Board of Education in persistent persuations as many times as possible and very often until it would make up its mind to join in the educational reformation of our Japanese government.

However I got an un-overlookable fruit in having been able to talk with Mr. Buma and Mr. Tanaka ranked in responsible positions in the section of the Board of Education, tangibly experiencing good and meaningful feel.

In sum, the Board of Education in our Kohnan city stands in need indeed joining the special education district aimed at 93 system without any questions any more.
Who do best in persuading it to do so except me on earth in such dragging feet ?
