Such a different phenomen is caused by if there are some enterprises workable, endurable and finally prosperous to some extent or not. For detail, a phrase " to some extent " means that our city of Kohnan needs such a group of enterprises so really capable as to employ some brilliant staffs who graduated from the highest group of universities across the country, absolutely our city never needs some enetrprises with vulnerable to endure, fragile and finally vulnerable to others in Japan, some enterprises which keep making their children go to a certain private school with the consistent system by 6 years long.
Although people say very often that brilliant persons in Japan aren't worthy attracting attentions on the world I would like to emphasize again that the wide gaps always get to appear among the heads and tails in the country.
Consequently we can inevitably get to conclude that working staffs employed at enterprises in neighboring cities, towns and villages are said to be workable not only in Kohnan city but also in Japan.

Today was my anniversary day to have drived my new car to Kohnan municipal ｇｙｍ on going and coming way
Hello ! All concerned in my favorite broadcasting station on the Earth " CNN ", my most reliable one " BBC " located in the worthiest country for our country to follow from the view point of a forth-coming national education system and finally my most closest and truest friends in Japanese people " the defeated group after war " !
How have all of you been ?
On behalf of this serious unhappiness I had left my name on all wave sites such as Google, Yahoo and lots more by help of your great anchors and brilliant jounalists
Recently I've been being very busy in regaining my muscle power particularly on legs and waist since May 28 on the ground that I found that I couldn't drive car as sooth as ever about one and half year ago instead of the fact what I had left my name on all wave sites such as Google, Yahoo and lots more by help of all of you.
I used to be able to drive car very easily whenever I borrowed cars from my elder brother and drived them about one and half year ago at most.
However I found and at the same was upset to be unable to drive car freely in these recent days at present on may 28.
In order to put into effect the safe driving, to be very regrettable for us I'm obligated to devote myself into muscle training every day for the time being.

終生日本的優良企業と共に歩んだ僻村のとあるご高齢ご夫婦の大往生
こんにちは！我が国民の大多数を占める正直な「戦後の負け組」の皆さん！日々私の心の糧となっている国際放送のＣＮＮの皆さん！そして我が国がモデルとすべき教育制度を堅持するＵＫの国際放送のＢＢＣの皆さん！お元気ですか？春の日和に浴して爽快ですね。
とある僻村のご高齢ご夫婦の大往生と日本的優良株
隣市町村長さん達は、全国から集まった本物の優秀な人材を預かっている関係上無い物尽くしの堀元や頼りがいの無い地元企業家出の私立一貫校経由の面々が唱える「合併提案」に賛同追随される筈が無い

この市の首長堀元は隣市町村との合併を果たし積年の財政難をクリアーすべく、連年隣市町村長と合併促進委員会なる物を立ち上げ委員長として活動を展開して来た。結果は言うに及ばず彼の発議にどの首長も賛同しなく結果彼及び市民の宿願の合併の悲願はデッドロックしたままである。確かに日本という国は想像を絶する程に狭いとは言うものの内情を精査すると千差万別である。隣接し取り巻く市町村は全部当市江南よりも財政は豊かである。原因は専らある程度の企業詰り法人があるか無いのかに他ならない。その程度とは地元の私立の中高一貫校へ子弟を通学させている企業家が醸し出す脆弱な財政力とは比肩の範疇でない強さだから、詰り高学歴な優秀な人材を社員として雇用内蔵しているからである。確かに世界的見地からすると、優れた人材と言えども大したことは無いとは言うものの、再度言明するが上と下では明白な差があり千差万別である。

従って、隣市町村各々に存在する法人で働いている人々詰り人材は決して江南市的ではなくて日本的であるという結論に到達する。
隣市町村の各々の首長は、「栴檀は双葉より芳しい」という諺があるが、子供少年青年時代から少なくとも日本国内に於ては学業の優等生であり続けた、全国の次男三男らを集めた人材、詰り日本的人材を預かっているので豊かな財政の恩恵に浴している経緯から、当然同時にかくなる日本的人材を地方的な地元の弊習から本能的に擁護しようとする責務を常に負っていると看做す事が出来る。此が私が強調したい結論である。

この様な責務を常に負っている隣市町村の首長であるから、何度も詳説するが学歴なし資格なし祖先の地元への貢献度なし等等無い物尽くしの再選された部落民代表の堀元や脆弱な法人出の例の私立の一貫校経由者に属する面々乃至江南市長が、如何に頻繁に合併に向けての音頭を取ろうと、取り巻く市町村の首長が同調し追随する筈が無い事位は誰でも分かる。日本社会と言えどもそんなに甘い物ではない。小学生でも分かる。此が私が更に強調したい結論である。

このような思考回路から、真にこの市に日本的な優良企業を誘致しようと欲すれば、この市にごまんーといる一宮高校経由の人物を５０名程集めて折衝に当たるべき結論に達する。優秀さは当人自身ばかりか彼等の両親達も又戦後の成上がり族である開成や市内の某私立一貫校に通わせる親御さん達とは質が全く異なり、この地に根付いた方々なので、ターゲットとなる優良企業に働く日本的人材に与える影響、インパクトは可也のものを期待出来る。
しかし之とて決して決定打とはならないので、市の為政者は確実に実現可能な施策を標榜し、市政を方向付けるのが賢明であると断言できる。真っ正な方向性は小中義務教育の公立一貫校への志向だ。
弊習が残存する市の行政界や脆弱な市内企業家と親交を促進されていたならば、到底ご夫婦揃ってのご長寿は果たされなかった

私は総合病院へ行き点滴を受け続けている。隣接ベッドで点滴を受けておられた我が父と同様に株好きとして知れ渡っていたご老人とは頻繁に鉢合せにになっていた。最近お目にかからないので旧古知野町のとある方に尋ねて見ると、今年１月に他界されたという。裕に９０歳後半を越えた大往生であった。翁の奥さんも９０歳近くまでご生存されたという。正にご夫婦揃って社会の模範、人生の優等生そのものである。
日本的人材からなる日本的企業群に守られた傑出した成果の賜物他の何物でもない。ご生存中節約されて株資産を増やされて行き以ってお二方が享受された物質的精神的安定は見過ごす事は到底出来ない。
それがもし目先の華やかさを追求されて、弊習が多々残存する市の行政界や半人前の市内企業家と親交を深められていたならば、ご夫婦揃ってのかくなるご長寿は果たされなかったばかりか
子孫への経済的遺産も微々たる物であった事は明らかだ。俺もこの様により広い人類に支えられ続けて人生を送る覚悟だ。
後記；
我が国には憲法９条を改正しようとする動きが感じられます。一人前の国家として再度国際社会で戦火を交えれば、ただ一国我が国だけに対して再び核兵器が投下される事間違いないのを為政者国民の一部は未だ銘記していないようです。「二度あることは三度ある」という諺の如き三度目の大惨事によってこそ末永い我が国の楽園は招来出来るのかも知れません。
いずれにしても、我々の責務は義務教育の９年制一貫校への挑戦であり、この種の公立校の誕生は破竹の勢いで全国津々浦々で実現しつつあります。我が愛する英語放送のＣＮＮの皆さん，我が師と仰ぐ大英帝国のＢＢＣの皆さん及び我が真の友である公立高校経由の「戦後の負け組」の皆さん、遅くても着実に我が信ずる世界の大道を健康に留意して歩み続けましょう！

On arriving at land of Finland, I became fascinated with strong hope to vivit again by help of you and your wife

I was very glad to have received infromation from you who remember me still now.
All the while staying of mine in Russia, you and your wife continued helping me from all the view points, for detail, in both spiritual aspect and daily financial one.
Recollected on such a happy reminiscences in Russia, I can't find out any words much enough to express my cordially thankful mind to you.
You have very handsome face looks besides very tall and smart physique as well as many native English speakers, including them living in this narrow city of Kohnan - a very small square of lands beyond your any expectations -, and finally all staffs engaged in international broadcasting stations such as CNN, BBC and Bloomberg concerning stock markets.
It is comprehensible to me that you look just like Americans or Britons because the long descent lineage of your family has been incessantly being inheriting the race of genuine Caucasoid from generation to generation.
Needless to say more I've been looking up to the public or national education system of your country so far now for our country after war to follow and take it into consideration as one of the best text book and model.
In the meantime only one left inconvenient for me in all the staying days in your country was what most of Russina people were indifferent to English language on the ground that your country belongs to Socialism camp as well as China neigboring to our country and lots more, being absolutely different from that condition in most people in Finland neigboring to Saint-Petersburg.
In short most Finnish people can speak and write English language from the youth to the old, for example, many books written all in English covering all fields were for sale anywhere such as all convenient stores arranged together with cake, bread, beer, other beverage, porno book and son on as you know.
On arriving at land of Finland, I became fascinated with strong hope to visit again and live in the country some day until my present clear remembrance.

My most reliable Japanese " the defeated fellows after war ", all in the friendliest broadcasting station " CNN " and finally the most respectful country for Japan to follow concerning a would-be national education system - UK's broadcasting station - all concerned in " BBC " ! I've been taking a look at you on television from Japan very day and every night.
Nowadays all citizens over our country are driven to face developing election campaigns anywhere, for detail, any Kohnan citizens have been being forced to meet standing notice boards at many places, on which posters of candidates for Kohnan Mayor and the city councilours are pasted. Such a row of busy scenes always remind me of what I experienced running for a city councilour about 30 years ago in this city.
At that day I made three campaign pledges. Two in them have been completely carried out by clever Kohnan citizens in these thirty years.
At that day I delivered a sheet of large document papers concerning my three public campaign promises to each of all dwellers in my dwelling district from door to door, some of them being left still now at my ware house in front of my living house. In those days my father had been alive, so he helped me in realm of my all challenges aimed at being elected a city councilour.

What did my three public campaign promises mean ?
Summarizing these three promises, it follows as next.

Soon after the losing war, GHQ of a short stopgap government in that Japan changed our long lasted national education system of 653 into an utter different one of 633.
Due to this happening, many public noted schools with long traditions commenced fading out gradually instead of soaring up of private ones with 6 consistent years. Most pupils in such a group of private schools had been attending these schools so that they could succeed in going on to public or national universities which run by taxes, definitely not so that they would respect, learn and follow the long cherished spirits of founders.
Reflecting these consecutive facts in long years, it comes up soon the first and most immediate agenda that we all Japanese people particularly including Kohnan citizens of my native place must compensate such a wasted money and empty times caused by schools run by private persons for some schools run by taxes as well as their longing national or public universities run by taxes from the view points of useful spending both money and time.
2)
Raising the long lasted consumption tax rate in order to spend money to social welfare such pension, looking after aged persons and finally medical treatment for aged ones and disabled ones more than ever before.
3)
The would-be surplus income from a part of the raised consumption tax rate should be assigned to social welfare such as pension, looking after old and disabled persons and finally spending on medical treatment for them retired from active works more than ever before on the ground that the most advanced countries on the earth had further developed all kinds of social welfare much more than that Japan, for detail, the country of UK had been adopting the following policy as its national policy, " FROM THE CRADLE TO THE TOMB ".
However Kohnan men in those days kept scorning, looking down on and finally ruling out me as a man fully out of common sense, or a man of weird, strange and eccentric

「小中一貫の公立９年制学校」への挑戦は、財政難市町村に入る江南市でも十二分に実現可能だ
お久しぶりです。苦楽を共にして来た我が最も信頼できる全国津々浦々の”戦後の負け組の皆さん”、我が最愛にして毎日一日も欠かさずスクリーンでお目にかかっている ”ＣＮＮ ”の皆さんそして我が師と仰ぎ我が国が模範とする教育制度を長年堅持するイギリスの ” ＢＢＣ ”の皆さん！お元気ですか？
市長には無い者尽くしの部落民の代表堀元が当選したが内心忸怩たるものがあることは確かだ。我々は焦らず着実に健康第一で今まで通りに前進しよう
我が国では統一地方選挙が行われ、我が街江南市でもつい一昨日の４月２２日に投票が済みました。私が目指す市長においては、気骨のない軟体動物のようなフニャフニャの３人が立候補して、結果は現職の堀元が当選しました。いずれも市民を代表する為政者の資質等到底有さない無能者で、関西で言う「部落民」でした。そのくせ市長に就任すれば、収入だけは貴方達アメリカ国民も驚くほどの多額で、二期も勤れば、良港付近で住宅用の土地を購入出来る程のひと財産を残せます。同じむじなの部落民の３人ではあるとは言うものの、堀は無い者尽くしの真即ち本物の部落民であるし、公立高校出なので最も質「たち」がよく処し易い人物なので、「不幸中の幸い」と言った所でした。
処でこの江南は私が約３０年前に庶民に公約した通りの道へと進んでいますので、何も心配することはありません。浮足だっているのは、低質極まる立候補者の中から已むを得ず、たまたままぐれにも市民から当選させてもらった彼の方です。
お互いに健康第一で栄光へ向かって頑張り抜きましょうね！遅くとも着実に進みたいものです。特に私の場合は、心臓が弱く為に足腰の筋肉が脆弱化する病なので、晴天の日は勤て戸外に出て、根気よくリハビリに精励します。
我が３０年前の市議選での３つの公約は当時では変人扱いにされたが、３打数２安打の超高打率でこの県下屈指の財政難都市江南でも実現された
我が街では最近、市長選と市議選との立候補者を一同に網羅した掲示板が市内の至る所で眼にする。街戦車からは立候補者の名を叫ぶかん高い女性の声が至る所で聞かれる。約３０年程前の丁度この期に江南市議選に立った我が身を鮮明に否でも回想されて来る。
当時私は要約すると次の所信表明をした。公約事項は詳細に新聞にして地域住民の家に軒並みに配った関係上数部は今なお我が家の倉庫に保管されて居る。当時は父も健在であったので物心両面で大いに援助してもらった。さて、本題に入るが何を所信表明としたかである。要約すると次の３点となる。
１）
敗戦直後の臨時暫定政府であったＧＨＱにより６５３制から６３３制を強いられ教育改革が実行された。
結果戦前の伝統校が衰退し代りに私立の６年制一貫校が台頭してきた。そこの在学生は皆創設者の建学精神を身につける為ではなくて、専ら有名国公立大へ合格する為に予備校として通学している。この大きな経済的損失、時間的空白を税金で運営される公教育が補填すべきは一番経済的かつ時間的に効能的である。公教育を受けんがために私学へ予備校として通う空白を、公教育で賄うべきは経済的且つ時間的両面から一番効率的だ。
２）
先進諸国のように社会福祉や医療にもっと多くの金額を投入するためには、現行の消費税をもっと高く引き上げるべきだ。
３）
消費税による税収を社会福祉や年金や高齢者医療に優先して回し充実すべき最大の理由は、道路、橋等の公共事業も大切だが、人の人生は一回しか与えられていないので、公共事業に公金を投入するよりも遥かに市民、国民各自の為になる。
「イギリスの様な揺り籠から墓場まで」の政策で公の政治が責任を持って個々人の生活を保障すべきは、遍く与野党を問わず政治に係わる全ての者の任務である。
以上の３点であった。その中
２）は当時のここ江南市や日本の世情では暴論で誰もが反対した。誰も問題にはしてくれなかった。しかし数年後に見事に１９８７年から政権を採った竹下内閣時により消費税率の値上がりは実現した。
３）は年々歳々年月が経つにつれて、ここ愛知の最北端で僻地、県下屈指の貧困財政市の江南では逐次素晴らしい展開が続けられて、結果今日に見るが如くの完全過ぎる程に完璧に社会福祉医療機関が充実した江南市が実現された。問題は全くない程の完璧さである。正に県下屈指の医療福祉王国江南市の見るが如くの誕生有様である。
しかし当時の私のこの主張には、２）と全く同様に「老人ばかりが増えて仕方が無い」と多くの市民から冷笑されたものであった。社会の中位乃至底辺にある市民の社会福祉、医療、年金分野の充実を計る主張は、当時では野党が取り組むべき課題とされて、市の活性化とか発展には関係ないとして冷笑され、片隅に追いやられたという苦い経験を身を呈して味わった。
当時の私は未だ体力があったので何を非難されののしられようと、ジッーと我慢したが、今ならば直ぐに次の如くに言い返すであろう。「それでは中部の台所である名古屋港から可也の遠距離に位置する江南市には後１００年待っても活力ある経済力を隣村大口の様に確実に実現させる事が出来るのか？曖昧な青写真を前提にするよりもこの市ならではのしかも確実に実現可能な歩むべき道を施策として呈示すべきではないのか？」と。
そもそも長寿、人間の寿命という観点からすると経済や文化が発達している名古屋圏、トヨタのある三河の良港周辺地域、愛知全域の良港付近の地域よりも岐阜の山間地域の住民達の方が遥かに長寿である。言わばここ江南は完全に後者の長寿地域に入る。若かったがこの原則を私は銘記していた。競争心が希薄だからだ。
さて、言うまでもなく人類は切磋琢磨し厳しい競争原理によって今日の如くの素晴らしい発展を文明文化の両面に於て成し遂げてきた。多面この過度な競争心は時には人類を不幸な戦火へ追いやって来たし、個々の天与から授かった寿命、天命を強いて縮める結果を惹起している。
従って、競争心から疎遠な岐阜の山間部の住民が、統計的に長年連続して最も長寿であることやここ江南市に於て老後を過ごすのは賢明な渡世であったり老人敬愛の見地から多くの病院医院が今日見るが如くに誕生存在し続けることは、決して不思議な現象ではなくて極く自然な因果関係である。
私は３０年以上前からこの地が若者で活気に満ちた経済力ある街へと変貌を遂げることは、良港の名古屋港からかなり遠い距離に位置している事由から至難の業と見なしていたが、穏やかな田園都市として老後の人生を送るのには適地であり、よってイギリス、北欧並の老人擁護の医療社会福祉機関面での充実で発展を遂げる見込みは十分ありと予測していた。市政の方向性はここにあると確信していた。この予測は正に的中した次第だ。年々歳々益々ぴったしカンカンであった事を鮮明に証明し続けてくれた。今後も益々鮮明に証明し続けてくれる事であろうことは間違いない。
懸案公約はただ一つ、「小中一貫の公立９年制学校」の誕生だけとなっている。之は財政難市町村でも十二分に実現可能事項だ。中高一貫校の在学生は全員遠路しかも高額な学費を払って、税金で運営される国公立大へ進学する為の「予備校」として通学している。創設者の精神を慕って通学している生徒は皆無だ。
従って、未に我が所信表明事項で実現されていないのは、残された１）だけと成っている。即ち我が街と我が国に於ける初等中等教育の公教育化に於ける未熟状態だけとなった。しかし此が難産状態で難しいが、世界の教育界の潮流乃至現場で日々悶え苦しむ児童青年男女を目の前にすると、残されたたった一つの避けて通れない依然長年の懸案の難題となリ続けている。
処で「初等中等教育の公教育化」とか「小通学区制に基ずく９年制小中一貫校の創設」は、当該市町村の財政力とは全く無関係事項である。県下屈指の貧困財政都市の江南市でも十二分に達成できる可能性を潜めている。
県下屈指の社会福祉医療王国江南となった我が町が次にターゲットとすべきは、義務教育９年制公立一貫校の創設で、初等中等王国江南の誕生である。市の財政事情の優劣とは全く無縁のターゲットだ。
さて再び本題に戻ろう！もっと分りやすく詳説したい。

エンゲル係数は、「各家庭の総消費額の内、食糧費が占める割合が大きい程生活水準は低い」と定義した。今日風に言えば、「各家庭の総消費額の内、食料費、医療費が占める割合が大きいほど生活水準は低い」ことに結びつく。
これは田舎の住民が今でもよく言う「人生食って通れば良い」の言葉の意とすると点と完全に合致する。「近所隣とは不必要な見栄や競争心を極力排しようではないか」とする永年に亘る世代の生活の知恵が生み出したものだ。

夜間にも照光して作出される観賞用の商品となる菊は、確かに一時期は満開に見事に開花して奇麗だが、自然に育てられた菊よりも遥かに短命である。
３、
少年青年期に学問、スポーツに秀でた、又成年壮年期に文化、経済力に秀でた良港界隈の住民が、競争心を知らない山間や田園都市江南の住民よりも概して短命であリうることは永年の統計によるばかりか誰でも小学生でも理解出来る。
何度も繰り返すが、「初等中等教育の公教育化」とか「小通学区制に基ずく９年制小中一貫校の創設」は、当該市町村の財政力とは全く無縁の問題事項だ。
県内屈指の社会福祉医療王国江南市の栄光の座を獲得したこの街が、賢明なる市民が、次に目指すべき十分に達成可能な青写真は世界の潮流に合流する初等中等教育の公教育化であり、小中一貫校という実体に於ける公教育王国江南の誕生である。
之は財源詰り金が無くても簡単に達成できる目標であり、しかも極めて戦後の日本社会には貢献度の高い真っ正にして時宜を得た価値高い施策に値し、為政者の採るべき方向性でもある。誰が恣意的に反対しようともいかなる政治家が遮ろうとも、この大きな世界の潮流の波は、年々歳々勢力を日本社会ばかりかここ江南市に於いても、間違いなく根付いて行き続ける事であろう。
私達は一刻も速く現場の学童青少年男女の苦しみもがく姿を目前にすると同志の数を増やして、小中一貫９年制学校の筋道を軌道に乗せたいがために、「来る者は拒まず」の基本姿勢は堅持し続けるが、さりとてたとえトヨタの幹部や愛知県知事が如何に反旗を翻そうと、大きな時代の要請と世界の潮流の波には到底抗し続ける事は不可能であろうという確信を抱いている。従って、トヨタの幹部や愛知県知事等に伏して協力を願う必要は微塵もなく、飽くまで、戦後の負け組である国民市民の中で圧倒的多数を占める市民国民が理解を深めさえして行ってくれれば、時代の趨勢と共にこの９年制公立一貫校の優勢は遅くとも着実に推進されていくであろう明らかだであると観測している。
江南市から医院、病院を取ったら何も残らない。人が集まっているのは必ずここだ。夕張市と化す。しかし、
向学心と謙虚さが無い医師はしばしば罹患者の権利を侵しやすい。当局、関係筋、周囲の監視の目が必須だ
この江南市が経済力ある活気ある街へと変貌を遂げることは、不可能ではないが至難の業である。歴史を織り成して来た何世代にも亙る賢明な住民と市政参画者が不断の努力で獲得した成果である老人に優しい街、老後をのんびりと長生き出来る街、医療機関である病院と個人医院に満る街、此を私達江南市民は絶対に手放してならない。之は絶対に譲れな必要不可欠な条件である。此に徹頭徹尾留意して、私は以下の提言を呈する次第だ。誤解のないよう十分注意してもらいたい。
処で私事であるが、我が父、母、祖母は長生きであったしどの血縁者を見渡しても生存中に身体障害となった者は一人もいない。だが予想に反して我が身は数年前から身障者となった。従って、リハビリと病気進行に対する予防と健康維持と長寿のためによく病院通いを余儀無くする羽目となった。そこで接する方は大抵はお医者さんや看護婦さんである。そこでの出来事は、圧倒的に多くはありがたい事が占めるが、たまに耐え難い医師の非常識、暴言に出会う事が度々ある。当局及び広く関係者の善後策を求めてここに以下の如くに提言する次第だ。

医師は国家資格であり、此さえ取得すれば連日罹患者と当然日本語で会話を交わし、病状に合う 既製品の薬を出すだけでも、可也の高額な定収入を手中に出来る。特に男性医師にはこの様な単調な生活によくも満足されているいるものだと私は落胆すること度々である。
そんな輩の彼等からは医師資格を取ったら何も残らない。きっと彼等には医師資格を設けたこの国には、「日本国様様」の感謝心で一杯の事であろう。言って見れば彼等は偏狭なる完全なる国粋主義者に成り下がっている。
ニ、
そんな奴らに限って、多くは大学卒業後及び医師資格取得後には、日進月歩で発展をとげている欧米医学への挑戦とか探求心は全く存しない。どっぷりと日本村が与えた医師資格の恩恵を蒙っているだけだ。
例えば、ドイツ、フィンランド等の大卒者は医者に限らず国際語である英語には会話に事欠かさないばかりか、暇さえあれば世界共通語である英語で書かれた、自分達の専門書の原書に目を通している。詰り、両者間には、語学に対する接し方にあまりもの大きな差があり過ぎる。
但し、これ等の国では、一般本屋さんは言うまでも無く日本で言うコンビニでも英語の原書が多く売られているという取り巻く社会環境が日本とは違うので、この職に就く者を限定して医師の専門分野における原書への挑戦心の無さを余りに攻めるのは不平等で酷ではあるが、、、。
更に一つ今大活躍の薬、今では何処の医療機関でも頻繁に無造作に処方を出している、抗生物質剤も元を正せばイギリスで発明されたペニシリンが起源であって、決して日本で発明された代物ではない。

しかし此だけならば許せるが、そのくせ全然謙虚さがないのには、我々身近に接しざるを得ない罹患者には耐え切れない苦痛と成っている所だ。
大体日本の医学水準は、先進諸国に比べると５０年は遅れている。総てが見よう見まねの域を脱しなくて、言わば先人の血と涙と汗の結晶の上に胡坐をかいて、「葬式饅頭旨かったそうだ」の立場を甘受している。言って見れば、今でも田舎にある糞瓶の中のウジの様な存在でしかない。この立場を全く忘れ切っている。
四、
忙しいとよく言うが、広い院内の廊下を散歩がてらに往来しているだけではないかと常々思うが違うだろうか？
詐欺師が医師になった様な不埓者も事実たまにいる。この様な医師から医療ミスの被害を蒙った患者は、罪悪感等微塵も無い人柄故に立証するのが難しく、時には泣き寝入りするしかなくなってくる。考えただけでもゾーツと身震いがする。
五、
何せこの街社会福祉医療王国には、医師同等の資質を有する、弁護士、弁理士、公認会計士、不動産鑑定士、等などの有力な有資格保持者は生計が成り立たないので殆ど在住していない。「医師は御山の大将我一人」と木に登り上がっている。従って否応無しに接触を余儀なくさせられている我々罹患者にとっては、越権行為、職権濫用が黙認されない様に、当局、関係筋、部外者の監視の目を一段と強くここに要求し、不可欠とする次第だ。

私は３０年以上前からこの地が若者で活気に満ちた経済力ある街へと変貌を遂げることは、良港の名古屋港からかなり遠い距離に位置している事由から至難の業と見なしていたが、穏やかな田園都市として老後の人生を送るのには適地であり、よってイギリス、北欧並の老人擁護の医療社会福祉機関面での充実で発展を遂げる見込みは十分ありと予測していた。市政の方向性はここにあると確信していた。この予測は正に的中した次第だ。年々歳々益々ぴったしカンカンであった事を鮮明に証明し続けてくれた。今後も益々鮮明に証明し続けてくれる事であろうことは間違いない。
懸案公約はただ一つ、「小中一貫の公立９年制学校」の誕生だけとなっている。之は財政難市町村でも十二分に実現可能事項だ。中高一貫校の在学生は全員遠路しかも高額な学費を払って、税金で運営される国公立大へ進学する為の「予備校」として通学している。創設者の精神を慕って通学している生徒は皆無だ。
従って、未に我が所信表明事項で実現されていないのは、残された１）だけと成っている。即ち我が街と我が国に於ける初等中等教育の公教育化に於ける未熟状態だけとなった。しかし此が難産状態で難しいが、世界の教育界の潮流乃至現場で日々悶え苦しむ児童青年男女を目の前にすると、残されたたった一つの避けて通れない依然長年の懸案の難題となリ続けている。
処で「初等中等教育の公教育化」とか「小通学区制に基ずく９年制小中一貫校の創設」は、当該市町村の財政力とは全く無関係事項である。県下屈指の貧困財政都市の江南市でも十二分に達成できる可能性を潜めている。
県下屈指の社会福祉医療王国江南となった我が町が次にターゲットとすべきは、義務教育９年制公立一貫校の創設で、初等中等王国江南の誕生である。市の財政事情の優劣とは全く無縁のターゲットだ。
さて再び本題に戻ろう！もっと分りやすく詳説したい。

エンゲル係数は、「各家庭の総消費額の内、食糧費が占める割合が大きい程生活水準は低い」と定義した。今日風に言えば、「各家庭の総消費額の内、食料費、医療費が占める割合が大きいほど生活水準は低い」ことに結びつく。
これは田舎の住民が今でもよく言う「人生食って通れば良い」の言葉の意とすると点と完全に合致する。「近所隣とは不必要な見栄や競争心を極力排しようではないか」とする永年に亘る世代の生活の知恵が生み出したものだ。

夜間にも照光して作出される観賞用の商品となる菊は、確かに一時期は満開に見事に開花して奇麗だが、自然に育てられた菊よりも遥かに短命である。

少年青年期に学問、スポーツに秀でた、又成年壮年期に文化、経済力に秀でた良港界隈の住民が、競争心を知らない山間や田園都市江南の住民よりも概して短命であリうることは永年の統計によるばかりか誰でも小学生でも理解出来る。

之は財源詰り金が無くても簡単に達成できる目標であり、しかも極めて戦後の日本社会には貢献度の高い真っ正にして時宜を得た価値高い施策に値し、為政者の採るべき方向性でもある。誰が恣意的に反対しようともいかなる政治家が遮ろうとも、この大きな世界の潮流の波は、年々歳々勢力を日本社会ばかりかここ江南市に於いても、間違いなく根付いて行き続ける事であろう。
私達は一刻も速く現場の学童青少年男女の苦しみもがく姿を目前にすると同志の数を増やして、小中一貫９年制学校の筋道を軌道に乗せたいがために、「来る者は拒まず」の基本姿勢は堅持し続けるが、さりとてたとえトヨタの幹部や愛知県知事が如何に反旗を翻そうと、大きな時代の要請と世界の潮流の波には到底抗し続ける事は不可能であろうという確信を抱いている。従って、トヨタの幹部や愛知県知事等に伏して協力を願う必要は微塵もなく、飽くまで、戦後の負け組である国民市民の中で圧倒的多数を占める市民国民が理解を深めさえして行ってくれれば、時代の趨勢と共にこの９年制公立一貫校の優勢は遅くとも着実に推進されていくであろう明らかだであると観測している。
江南市から医院、病院を取ったら何も残らない。人が集まっているのは必ずここだ。夕張市と化す。しかし、
向学心と謙虚さが無い医師はしばしば罹患者の権利を侵しやすい。当局、関係筋、周囲の監視の目が必須だ
この江南市が経済力ある活気ある街へと変貌を遂げることは、不可能ではないが至難の業である。歴史を織り成して来た何世代にも亙る賢明な住民と市政参画者が不断の努力で獲得した成果である老人に優しい街、老後をのんびりと長生き出来る街、医療機関である病院と個人医院に満る街、此を私達江南市民は絶対に手放してならない。之は絶対に譲れな必要不可欠な条件である。此に徹頭徹尾留意して、私は以下の提言を呈する次第だ。誤解のないよう十分注意してもらいたい。
処で私事であるが、我が父、母、祖母は長生きであったしどの血縁者を見渡しても生存中に身体障害となった者は一人もいない。だが予想に反して我が身は数年前から身障者となった。従って、リハビリと病気進行に対する予防と健康維持と長寿のためによく病院通いを余儀無くする羽目となった。そこで接する方は大抵はお医者さんや看護婦さんである。そこでの出来事は、圧倒的に多くはありがたい事が占めるが、たまに耐え難い医師の非常識、暴言に出会う事が度々ある。当局及び広く関係者の善後策を求めてここに以下の如くに提言する次第だ。
一、
医師は国家資格であり、此さえ取得すれば連日罹患者と当然日本語で会話を交わし、病状に合う 既製品の薬を出すだけでも、可也の高額な定収入を手中に出来る。特に男性医師にはこの様な単調な生活によくも満足されているいるものだと私は落胆すること度々である。
そんな輩の彼等からは医師資格を取ったら何も残らない。きっと彼等には医師資格を設けたこの国には、「日本国様様」の感謝心で一杯の事であろう。言って見れば彼等は偏狭なる完全なる国粋主義者に成り下がっている。
ニ、
そんな奴らに限って、多くは大学卒業後及び医師資格取得後には、日進月歩で発展をとげている欧米医学への挑戦とか探求心は全く存しない。どっぷりと日本村が与えた医師資格の恩恵を蒙っているだけだ。
例えば、ドイツ、フィンランド等の大卒者は医者に限らず国際語である英語には会話に事欠かさないばかりか、暇さえあれば世界共通語である英語で書かれた、自分達の専門書の原書に目を通している。詰り、両者間には、語学に対する接し方にあまりもの大きな差があり過ぎる。
但し、これ等の国では、一般本屋さんは言うまでも無く日本で言うコンビニでも英語の原書が多く売られているという取り巻く社会環境が日本とは違うので、この職に就く者を限定して医師の専門分野における原書への挑戦心の無さを余りに攻めるのは不平等で酷ではあるが、、、。
更に一つ今大活躍の薬、今では何処の医療機関でも頻繁に無造作に処方を出している、抗生物質剤も元を正せばイギリスで発明されたペニシリンが起源であって、決して日本で発明された代物ではない。

しかし此だけならば許せるが、そのくせ全然謙虚さがないのには、我々身近に接しざるを得ない罹患者には耐え切れない苦痛と成っている所だ。
大体日本の医学水準は、先進諸国に比べると５０年は遅れている。総てが見よう見まねの域を脱しなくて、言わば先人の血と涙と汗の結晶の上に胡坐をかいて、「葬式饅頭旨かったそうだ」の立場を甘受している。言って見れば、今でも田舎にある糞瓶の中のウジの様な存在でしかない。この立場を全く忘れ切っている。
四、
忙しいとよく言うが、広い院内の廊下を散歩がてらに往来しているだけではないかと常々思うが違うだろうか？
詐欺師が医師になった様な不埓者も事実たまにいる。この様な医師から医療ミスの被害を蒙った患者は、罪悪感等微塵も無い人柄故に立証するのが難しく、時には泣き寝入りするしかなくなってくる。考えただけでもゾーツと身震いがする。

何せこの街社会福祉医療王国には、医師同等の資質を有する、弁護士、弁理士、公認会計士、不動産鑑定士、等などの有力な有資格保持者は生計が成り立たないので殆ど在住していない。「医師は御山の大将我一人」と木に登り上がっている。従って否応無しに接触を余儀なくさせられている我々罹患者にとっては、越権行為、職権濫用が黙認されない様に、当局、関係筋、部外者の監視の目を一段と強くここに要求し、不可欠とする次第だ。

Hi ! Miss. Monita Raipal ! I've been taking a look at " World Today News " on CNN anchored by you. Your program is on air from Monday to Friday, beginning from 2 : 00 PM in Japanese time. In addition " World Weather Forecast " anchored by Miss. Jenny Harrison also keeps attracting my interest.

他人他国が容易に出来るからといって、自分自国も出来るに決まっているという先入観は危ない！
我が最愛の邦人「戦後の負け組」の皆さん！我が最愛の国際放送ＣＮＮの関係者全員の方々！
我が師と尊敬するＢＢＣの関係者全員の方々！お元気ですか？すっかり温かくなり待望の春が到来しました。こんな快適な期に私は先週酷い風邪をひいてしまい、頭痛と痰に悩まされましたが殆ど完治しましたので、ご安心ください。しかし、未だ体調は完全ではなく、時々頭痛と痰に遭遇しています。
多くの国々が簡単に出来るからといって、我が国我が町が簡単に出来るとは到底いえない。高をくくると予想外の結果を招く。国連の分担金の１９パーセントを支払いながら何の地位を得ていない日本国の立場も勘案する要がある。
お金は古今東西を問わず、「高潔な人徳がある優秀な人材も下に集まる」という諺があります。この街は孤立無援の立場にあり、人が集まっているのは決まって病院、医院だけという、言わば破れかぶれの公共団体へと成り下っています。換言すれば、市民はホリエモンや村上ファンドの株主となったと同然で値下がる一方で凋落の一途を下り降りる一方でお先真っ暗です。市政の最前線に立つ者の一群は、決まって無い物尽くしに象徴される堀元市長を筆頭に、揃って「赤ん坊とＯＯＯＯＯ，赤ん坊とＯＯＯには勝てぬ」といわれるこの日本人にあって日本人にあらずの実体的な非国民に独占されている事態から、因果応報でしょう。「類は類を呼ぶ、birds of a feather flock together」という
有名な諺が如実に物語っています。
隣村には繁栄を極める一宮市があり、当市の傘下にあるものの、一宮高校経由者がこの非国民の一群に不当に排斥され続けているからの他の何物でもありません。この厚い壁を我々江南市民は一致団結して先ず打破しなければなりません。
第一
統一地方選挙期である４月到来は間近となってきた。 当市の市長立候補者は、現職の堀と現市議の江口によって争われる見込みである。どちらも所謂「村のおっさん」でしかなく、外部的に対他の市町村に膝を交えて協議参画したり、時には先導して又時には世界的又は日本的な教育界の大きなうねりの潮流に追随して行く事すら出来ない事ぐらいは、小学生でも分かる。
一、
両者共に永年この街にヒルの如くにへばり付き血税を吸い取ってきた類に入る所謂関西で言う「０００」である。彼等の主張は何時も差別を受けていると言い続けるが、先に原因を造っているのは彼等の方であり、彼等自身の旧態依然とした体質と一昔前の古い思考方法に存する。
二、
詰り狭い閉鎖社会を勝手に造り上げて、外部から新しい血を導入しようしない一点に帰結される。具体的には、当市は隣接する偉大な一宮市の圏内にあらゆる面で位置するが、この実体を今なお排斥し続けてている。この一つの現れ、有り様が今時の市民疎外の実体の無い「市長選」である。
当市内には多くの一宮高校経由者が在住しているが、煙たがり敬遠して完全に排斥している。これでは一切発展という物がない。一宮高校は国公立大への進学を、市内の某私立校よりも高確率で毎年果たし続けている公立の学校である。又はそれ相応の実体ある国家資格等を習得しているのが殆どだ。
この高校の卒業者が、前記の某私立校卒業者と異なる最大点は、先祖代々この地に住み続けて来ているという意味に於いて当地の時代の申し子と断言出来る。
きっと外部からこの地に来られた方は、得てして資産とか身寄りが無いので、せめて我が子だけには高い学歴を身につけさせて、形だけでも良いので大學出という身繕いをさせようとされる余りに、なり振り構わない渡世に陥られることでしょう。
ともあれこの市は、この様な我々を完全に市政の主要最前線から排斥し片隅へと追いやっている。この憂慮すべき現状を逆転しない限りあらゆる面に於て、特に現場の学童、青年が日々悶え苦しんでいる実体を直視する時、当市には発展はない。
第二
敗戦により、ＧＨＱにより我が国は多くの物を失った。一つは、台湾、朝鮮半島、樺太に及んだ国土であったし、一つは、約３００万人の命であったり、一つは、世界に誇る優れた中等教育への選抜で知られた６５３制の教育制度であった。これら全ての失ってしまった物の中でただ一つ日本国民の賛同さえ確保出来れば、奪還し再生出来る物がある。此が私が４０年以上の歳月を費やし続けている「教育制度改革」である。９年制の小中一貫校の誕生は、徹頭徹尾小学区制によってのみ成し遂げられる。中学区制や大学区制は９年制校創設への天敵である。
私ごとであるが、生まれ育った所は愛知県の北端、岐阜県との県境で、日本的な河川の木曾川流域の直面地である。父は、直面地どころか木曽川の河川敷で生まれた。とかくこの世は、流転とか栄枯盛衰に付きまとわれる。この辺り一帯は、大自然がもたらす豊かな水量の恵みで水運業が発展し繁栄を極め続けていたが、伊勢湾沿岸地方への人口の流れの進捗に反比例して、水量は減少へと向かうにつれ、此に正比例して、大正時代には顕著に斜陽化して行った。
この様な境遇、一連の流れの中にあって、叔父（父の従兄弟）や父は私の幼少の頃から、「英語だけは一生懸命勉強しなさい」と教育し続けた。何れも英語とは縁が全く無い生業であった。こんな環境下にもろに生き続けた私であったので、今から回想すると、大学卒業と同時に英語圏の国へ留学すべきであったかもしれない。又は働き盛りの若かれし頃に本来は留学すべきであったかもしれない。しかし、次男の身上や老後のことを勘案すると社会保険のある企業への就業に拘泥して、どうしても留学に踏み込む事が出来なかった。
しかし、６０歳前に早めに会社生活を切り上げて、一番価値がある生活様式に打ち込める事が出来たのは、大きな見落とすことが出来ない、「不幸中の幸い」であり、日々生活の中で、大きな生甲斐と自己責任感に感謝しつつ又痛感して居る。
この様な私の現在の生活様式は、２００２年前後から始まったということは、小泉内閣前半から始まったと見てよい。
そんな中で、我が意とする９３制教育制度への挑戦は、全国津々浦々で賛同を得つつ平行して小泉、安倍内閣の協賛を得て、この国の全土で結実しつつある。色とりどりの素晴らしい花が咲き乱れる時の到来は目前に迫って居る。
これは、飽くまでも小学区制によって実行されつつあるので、本物と看做してよい。既に東京では、品川区が区内の全小中校を９年制一貫校へ区議会で決議して改革実行中である。反面、戦後長年に亙って、公教育の代用を果たして来た私学の雄、「開成」の凋落と「日比谷」の蘇生再生は、目前に来ており、日の目を見るよりも明らかとなって来ており、既にとっくに早かれ遅かれ確実というただ時の問題になっている。
戦前中の永きに亙って、中学の御三家と言われ続けた「日比谷、旭丘、神戸」の総本山であった日比谷は２００７年の大学合格成績で、目に見張る好成績を上げて居る。正に眠る獅子が目覚めるのは、時間の問題でしかない。いや目覚めつつあると見てよい。
小中一貫９年制学校を、正攻法である小学区制によって遂行するには、現実を直視しないととんでもない憂き目を見るであろう

我がふるさと，江南市がこの日本国民の宿願である「教育ルネッサンス」に着手するには、なにはさて置き市政のフロントラインに就く人材を一新すること、倉庫に寝むったままで居る一宮高校経由者の登用による新しい血の導入、旧態依然とした「部落民体質の打破」、ＯＯＯ代表の堀の市長の交替は避けて通れない一歩である。
先進諸国並に、この国にいや先ずこの街に、小中一貫９年制学校を、正攻法である小学区制によってのみ正々堂々と遂行するには、大きな抵抗もあることを予想して、之に備えての強力な援護が必須だからである。この国は世界の潮流から余りにも遠ざかっている現実を無視は出来ないからだ。決して、普通の国ではない現実を銘記しないととんでもないことになる。

分かりやすく具体例をここに上げる。現江南市長の堀元は某４流高校卒の貧弱極まる学歴を有するのみだけではなくて、何一つ公的乃至国家的な資格も有しなく、取り立てて就学時代にスポーツ、学業、クラブ活動分野で顕著な成績を残した形跡も全く有しなく、自身の先祖がこの地方に貢献した形跡も有しなく、例を上げれば際限がないことから「無い物尽しの訳の分からないグータラ人物」と断言できる。
当然に彼を守り立てている取り巻き、側近達も挙って全くの同人類である。対外的な影響力は、ゼロである。
もっと分かりやすく詳説すれば、当然演説を日本語で話しているが、国語力自体が良識ある市民よりもないのである。詰まり、基礎学力が無いのである。従って、当然にその他の地理、日本史、数学等も造詣は極めて貧弱そのものである。否皆無だ。
かつて関西で、落語家とか漫才師が話が上手である、場慣れしているという理由だけで、噺家が多く政界に進出していたが結局は基礎学力が欠如している為に、身を退かざるを得なくなったと堀元は同じである。
堀元江南市長の処世術は、素早くマイクを取り上げ、最後まで持ち続けて、無意味な話を滔々と語りかけ、以って民衆をマインドコントロールする。この他は何一つ無い。

それではこんな取るに足らない「無い物尽しの人物」が、何故市議選に何度も悉く当選出来遂には市長の地位迄に昇り上げる事が出来たのか？答えはこれだ。いやこれだけだ。
堀元は、何時でも何処でも決まって、規模が大小を問わず民衆が集まる場に参加し臨むと、先ずマイクを素早く他人から取り上げて、手中にして此を最後まで他人に離さず、大声で滔々と内容の無い話しで以てしゃべりまくって、その場に居会せた民衆をマインドコントロールして、結果支配下に置き拘束するという手法である。堀元はこの他には何一つ他の民衆をコントロールする手法を持たないのだ。
尚、彼が民衆に問いかける話しの内容が常に薄いことは、指導者としての相応な教養、専門的政治一般の知識等などに造詣が微塵も無い身上から、明白でありこれ以上多言を要さない。
歴史は繰り返すと言うが、之までの江南市政の流れは一時期関西地方で大流行して直ぐに退廃して行った、噺家の政界進出劇と全く同じ現象である。
我が最愛のＣＮＮの皆さん！師と仰ぐＢＢＣの皆さん！永い間苦楽を共にしてきた我が同志の「戦後の負け組」の皆さん！俺は老体と言えども、行く手を阻む者にはあらゆる手段で払いのけて前進する覚悟に変わりは微塵も無い。不退転の決意だ。着実に花は開花しつつあります。

我が師と尊敬するＢＢＣの関係者全員の方々！お元気ですか？すっかり温かくなり待望の春が到来しました。こんな快適な期に私は先週酷い風邪をひいてしまい、頭痛と痰に悩まされましたが殆ど完治しましたので、ご安心ください。しかし、未だ体調は完全ではなく、時々頭痛と痰に遭遇しています。
多くの国々が簡単に出来るからといって、我が国我が町が簡単に出来るとは到底いえない。高をくくると予想外の結果を招く。国連の分担金の１９パーセントを支払いながら何の地位を得ていない日本国の立場も勘案する要がある。
お金は古今東西を問わず、「高潔な人徳がある優秀な人材も下に集まる」という諺があります。この街は孤立無援の立場にあり、人が集まっているのは決まって病院、医院だけという、言わば破れかぶれの公共団体へと成り下っています。換言すれば、市民はホリエモンや村上ファンドの株主となったと同然で値下がる一方で凋落の一途を下り降りる一方でお先真っ暗です。市政の最前線に立つ者の一群は、決まって無い物尽くしに象徴される堀元市長を筆頭に、揃って「赤ん坊とＯＯＯＯＯ，赤ん坊とＯＯＯには勝てぬ」といわれるこの日本人にあって日本人にあらずの実体的な非国民に独占されている事態から、因果応報でしょう。「類は類を呼ぶ、birds of a feather flock together」という
有名な諺が如実に物語っています。
隣村には繁栄を極める一宮市があり、当市の傘下にあるものの、一宮高校経由者がこの非国民の一群に不当に排斥され続けているからの他の何物でもありません。この厚い壁を我々江南市民は一致団結して先ず打破しなければなりません。
第一
統一地方選挙期である４月到来は間近となってきた。 当市の市長立候補者は、現職の堀と現市議の江口によって争われる見込みである。どちらも所謂「村のおっさん」でしかなく、外部的に対他の市町村に膝を交えて協議参画したり、時には先導して又時には世界的又は日本的な教育界の大きなうねりの潮流に追随して行く事すら出来ない事ぐらいは、小学生でも分かる。
一、
両者共に永年この街にヒルの如くにへばり付き血税を吸い取ってきた類に入る所謂関西で言う「０００」である。彼等の主張は何時も差別を受けていると言い続けるが、先に原因を造っているのは彼等の方であり、彼等自身の旧態依然とした体質と一昔前の古い思考方法に存する。
二、
詰り狭い閉鎖社会を勝手に造り上げて、外部から新しい血を導入しようしない一点に帰結される。具体的には、当市は隣接する偉大な一宮市の圏内にあらゆる面で位置するが、この実体を今なお排斥し続けてている。この一つの現れ、有り様が今時の市民疎外の実体の無い「市長選」である。
当市内には多くの一宮高校経由者が在住しているが、煙たがり敬遠して完全に排斥している。これでは一切発展という物がない。一宮高校は国公立大への進学を、市内の某私立校よりも高確率で毎年果たし続けている公立の学校である。又はそれ相応の実体ある国家資格等を習得しているのが殆どだ。

I've been looking at all news of yours in Japan for more than these 5 years long because I love English itself very much to the fullest extent, keeping in mind to improve allround abilities of English further and further throughout my life.

I'm one of a large number of victims at the mercy of a few sensational and ultra-nationalistic Japanese politicians like the incumbent Kohnan Mayor Gen Hori who was elected from some narrowly minded locals to be a representative of the Burakumins
Congratultions on one-on-one talk between US and North Korea in Washingto, which North Korea has been thirsty for the advent of this Spring ! Congratulations on this moment for both of you !
I don't hesitate to greet with endless applauses as one of victims controlled by a few politicians, in other words, some sensational and ultra-natinalistic Japanese politicians just like the incumbent Kohnan mayor Gen Hori in particular who were elected from some narrowly confined localst to be a representative of the Burakumins.

----- 1 ----- 旧一宮、尾西市程、イギリスに感謝しなければならない義務を負う街は全国中他にない

我が人生の生き神様である、「戦後の負け組」の皆さん！我が最愛のCNN及び我が師とこよなく崇拝するBBCの皆さん！お元気きですか？寒さが日増しに厳しくなって行く、厳寒の２月に備えて呉れ呉れも健康に留意してお互いに頑張りたいですね！
年始は過ぎたが、現在中国の長春で開催中の「冬季アジア大会」における我が国の予想外の成績不振とか我が国の教育制度改革に言及する事案を勘案すると、引き続き日本語で作成することにする。
早速本題に入ることとしたい。
名将蜂須賀は、当時交通の至便性に大いに欠けていたにも拘らず、海岸地方へ出掛けて「時の人」との交友を絶えず温めて行った。現宮後に住む人々とは、大きくかけ離れた人生を歩み続けた、言わば斬新的進歩派に属する人物であった
私が住む江南市宮後地区を統治していた蜂須賀小六は、時の名君であった信長、秀吉に使え親交を温めて行ったので、当家は阿波の国の統治を委任される功績を得るに及んだ。当時の時世下では交通手段は言うまでもなく、馬とか人力による籠であったし、庄内川、矢作川等の大川に橋は殆ど架けられていなかったし、道路の整備状態も極めて不完全であったことから、此の地から現名古屋へ着くにしても、大仕事であった。それに関わらず、氏は狭い尾張の北端の限られた当地に引きこもる事なく、多くの交通の不便さに絶えず挑戦し続けて、この殻の中から出て行って、時の名君が多く住んでいた、海岸沿岸方面へ進出を何度も果たしたのであった。
換言すれば、当時の時代感覚からすれば、極めてすこぶる進取の気概に満ちた、進歩的な理念を抱き且つ実践いた、稀に見る斬新的進歩派の人物であったことに間違いはない。
であったからこそ、清洲藩士の織田信長とか現名古屋市中村区に本居を構える秀吉と交友関係を確実に益々深くに促進して行くことが出来たのである。これが事実か否かは別にして、矢作川の橋のたもとで、秀吉と直面したという逸話も生まれ、伝承され続けて来た所以である。
この観点からすれば、さしたる交通手段もなく、太平洋沿岸地方から可成奥地と断言出来た、この地区、詰り現宮後町の当時の住民達ばかりか現在のそれらとは、全く異なる、大きく超越した生活姿勢を生涯に亘って維持し続けたことは容易に想像出来る。
交通の至便性は、古今東西を問わずに、関係地区の発展に決定的要因となる
所で、交通の至便性が、文化文明の発展には直に大きく影響を及ぼすことは、今更強調するまでもない。江戸、明治の古き時代には、木曽川の豊かな水の恵みを享受して、この尾張一円では、川沿いの街、特に現宮田町が抜群の栄華を極めていたことは、水運業という卓越した交通の至便性を兼備していたことからも、容易に理解出来る。
併せて、当時の宮田村は、主食の米を精米する為の、水車業が最も盛んな所であったという二つの事由から、一時期は一宮村（現一宮市）よりも、遥かに栄えていた事態も決して不自然な現象ではない。極めて、納得できる成り行きである。
イギリスは、１７６５年に蒸気機関を発明、直ちに織機、紡績機の原動力となる。
木綿工業の隆盛を来たす
之を契機に、１８世紀後半～１９世紀前半の産業革命を行う
１８１４年に、蒸気機関車を発明。
これらの世界の知恵にこの北尾張地方で最初に直に浴する事が出来たのが、現一宮市であった
イギリスに於いて、ワットにより１７６５年に発明された蒸気機関は、織機や紡績機に原動力として利用化されて、世界史に刻む「産業革命」を方向づけた。
延いては１８１４年には、同イギリス人、スチィーブンソンにより、蒸気機関車が発明されるに及んだ。詰まり、１８１４年頃に発明した蒸気機関車が、約６０年後に日本へ導入され、この驚異的な文明の
所産物体自体そのままの移入によって、現太平洋沿岸ベルト地帯でも鉄道が敷設されるに及んだ東海道本線の開通が（１８８９年 明治２２年）、それまでのここ日本の国内に於ける何世紀にも亘る永年の市町村間の発達、勢力地図を１８０度塗り替える結果を招来した。
詰まり、人物の交通、移送を画期的「早く大量」に促進させる恩恵によくすることが出来た、東京～神戸間の当本線の沿線地域住民達は、拱手しているだけで、自動的に急速に且つ長期的に画期的な発展を招来することが出来た訳である。特に駅舎を設けられた周辺地域一円は、長期にわたり、驚異的且つ永続的発展を遂げ続けるに至った訳である。それら地域一円に住む住民達は、笑いが止まらない「棚から牡丹餅」の幸運を期せずして享受し続けた。
尚、詳説すれば、蒸気機関は時既に、何と１７６５年に発明されて、織機、紡績機の原動力として大活躍をする訳だが、蒸気機関車そのもの自体が、イギリスで発明されのは後後の１８１４年であったので、約６０年後（１８７２年）に、我が国の品川～横浜間で、最初の鉄道が敷設、開通されるに及んだ次第だ。
この想像を絶する、機能、利便性を有した鉄道の登場は、１５４３年のポルトガルからの鉄砲伝来に相当する画期的大変化を、日本全土の広範囲にもたらした。
鉄砲と言う兵器は、日本古来の弓、刀の効能性を無にして、「兵器の大革命」を、我が国日本の地にもたらした。１５７５年に、徳川軍は、長篠「現愛知県新城市長篠」で、武田軍に包囲され陥落寸前となった為に、鉄砲をもつ信長の援軍を得て、一気に勝運を得たのは、有名な一好例であった。
明治以前の永い歴史においては、水運、交通の至便性に勝っていた宮田村の方が、一宮村よりも繁栄していた事態は、当然な現象であった
従って、名古屋に次ぐ尾張の主要都市となっている一宮市といえども、東海道本線という鉄道が敷設、開通されるに至った以前の永い、江戸時代から明治初期（１９世紀中期）に及ぶ時代おいては、全く取るに足らない一介の濃尾平野にある一つの平凡な村に過ぎなかった事態、水運、交通の至便性に於いて遥かに凌駕していた宮田村の方が繁栄を来し続けていたという事態等は、決して不思議なことではない。決して、人々の理解しかねることではない。むしろ、当然な現象であった。
之専ら、世界の文明の力に浴することが出来た街と出来なかった街との大差の結果でしかない。
言い換えれば、鉄道の登場までの永い歴史においては、木曽川沿岸流域に延々と、、特に現江南市宮田、南野、本郷、四ッ谷、生原、神明地区に現北濃尾平野地方一帯の経済、文化、教育、政治、娯楽の中心は存し続けた事になる。
主たる地主も交通機関の一翼を荷っていた船が活躍できた、木曽川の流域に、比較的多く集中していた。
今の光明寺には、つい最近まで、即ち未だ我々が小学校時代まで、一ヶ所に八町藪という広大な土地が、堤防沿いに延々と伸びていた。この地区の地主であった、尾藤氏の所有のもので、この延々と続く有様は、昼間でも薄暗い処で、何時新聞と言うものが登場したのか知らないが、新聞がなかった時代とかバスが開通していなかった時代の江戸時代には恐らく何度か追剥ぎが出没したのではないのか？と思わせる程だ。
詰り、イギリスが発明した蒸気機関は、世界史に刻み込んだ、当国に（産業革命）を、誘発した一弾みとなったばかりか、東洋の東に浮かぶ小さな島の日本という国の全土においても、殿様から庶民、華族から平民に至るまでのあらゆる階層の人々にも、生活様式の大変化は勿論のこと、それまでの市町村間の勢力関係図をも一気に塗り替えてしまったのである。所謂、鉄道が開通した、太平洋沿岸のベルト地帯で駅舎が設けられた付近の市町村が、抜群の優位に立ち、事実笑いが止まらない急速なる発展を遂げ始めるに至る次第である。
例えば、ここ愛知県でも、名古屋は大昔から栄華を極めていたが、一宮、稲沢、特に一宮が他を大きく切り離して、長期の継続的な発展期に突入するに至った。他面、それまで栄華を極めていた、宮田村、布袋、岩倉等は、逆に特に宮田村（現江南市の堤防沿いの宮田地区）は時代の波から取り残されて行った訳である。
イギリスは、時既に１７６５年に（蒸気機関発明）という驚異的功績を世界に呈示した。それに引き続いて、１８１４年には、蒸気機関車を発明して、（交通機関の大革命）を世界にもたらした。
我が国日本は、それから遅れること約６０年後に、品川～横浜にこれを導入し、（交通の大革命）に着行した。
先に記した様に、この尾張北部地方では一宮村が期せずして運よく、東海道本線が貫通し、駅舎が設けられる地点に選定されるというプロジェクトに組み込まれた。
一方、北尾張の雄であり続けた宮田村は、このプロジェクトから不運にももれた。これを契機に、かつて栄華を極めた宮田村は、往年の勢いを逐次逸し、更に敗戦による農地解放で、二度のパンチを食らって一層の下降を余儀無くされた次第だ。
もし、当時の鉄道敷設のプロジェクトから岐南、一宮がもれて、その代わりに各務原、江南、岩倉が採用されていたならば、勢力関係図は逆転していたことは明らかだ。
しかし、愛知全体の総合的な勢力は、全く変わっていなかったことも、明らかだ。
従って、もし当時のこのプロジェクトが、今とは異なる、岐阜、岐南から枇杷島へという経路ではなくて、僅か東方の岐阜から、現各務原飛行場や川島、現江南、岩倉、西春経由で枇杷島へというプロジェクトが取り入られ採用されていたならば、北尾張地方の勢力図は一昔前のままであった。
愛知全体の総合力も又、全くの不動ではあったが、現一宮、稲沢の今日の如くの隆盛は見なかったことになる。詰り、鉄道敷設地区についての計画の変行があったにしても、それが明治の初期であっても、愛知県内の県民の生命、県総合力においては、大差、大きな影響は生じなかった。これが、この項で私が一番強調したい点である。
詰り、現一宮、稲沢の代わりに、現江南、岩倉が台頭しただけのことである。青写真が、岐阜、岐南経由から、僅か東の岐阜、川島乃至各務原経由へなっていれば、何度も言う様に、一宮、稲沢の代わりに、江南、岩倉が発展を遂げていただけのことである。
悠久の太古の時代から、大河川として君臨してきた木曽川が、ダムからの供給水路を変えて、もし一宮、稲沢へ水を提供していなかったならば、どうなったのか？栄枯盛衰の問題ではなく、生死の問題となっていた。
大河川は、優れた文明、文化を育むという原点、世界の教訓に、時には耳を傾けよう！
これに比して、何万年、何億年という年月をかけて自然の恵みが形成した木曾川、そこに絶え間無く流れる滔々たる水量を、もし多くのダムを造って、南部尾張地方に供給されなかったとしたならば、北尾張の主要都市となっている一宮、稲沢を初め現在の世界に冠たる国際港都の名古屋や東海市は決して今日程の隆盛を極める形では誕生していなかった。
両者の違いは、雲泥の差である。これがこの項に於ける私の強調する結論である。
現代の日本人は自然の前に余にも、傲慢になっていないだろうか？
古今東西を問わず、大河川流域に優れた文明、文化は生まれると言われるのは、何故だろうか？
大原点に時には振返ってみる必要があるのではなかろうか？ドイツ原産のシェパード好きの私の色眼鏡をかけて見た持論、詰り我田引水の論法と言われるるかもしれないが、そんな原点に帰り戻った思考回路は、時には必要でなかろうか？
時には、宇宙から、遠く地球の上から、宇宙飛行士になったつもりで、我が国、我が町、我が身を見つめる余裕があってもよいのではないか？
海が醸し出す大量輸送が可能で、海洋性気候の特質の恩恵に預って来た、名古屋は江戸時代から先進地域であり続けた。それに比し、尾張の二番手の街、現一宮市はどうであったろうか？私の出身高校は、一宮にあるし、母は一宮生まれなので、一方ならぬ愛着が一宮にはある。
しかし、出来るだけ客観的に、即ち宇宙飛行士になったつもりで、視野を広くして、他地域との相関関係を観察しながら、この街一宮について、探求したい。
東海道本線の（尾張一宮）駅の周辺の旧一宮の市街地は、太平洋の入り江をなす伊勢湾からも大河川の木曾川沿岸からも共に程遠い。普通の歴史を享受してきたならば、さしたる発展はありえなかったことは、小学生でも分かる。
それなのに、何故今日に見るがごとくに、尾張第二の都市へと発展を遂げたのか？
要因は、
１、
周辺の地域一体が、木曾川が長年に亙り形成した扇状地の一角に存し、農産物に適する肥沃な土壌であること、更に広範囲な現一宮市が包括する、周辺の住民が、勤勉で聡明であったこと
２、
１８８９年（明治２２）に開通したＳＬ機関車による東海道本線の通過する地点に織り込まれたこと、更に駅舎が設けられる地点となったこと
の以上２点である。
旧一宮市、尾西市の方々は、近代に於いて、祖先代々、イギリスという世界の知恵の恩恵に、直にしかも二重に浴されてきた。当地の方々は、市民こぞって、イギリスという国へもっともっと感謝すべきではないのか？
更に幸運にももう一つ、遠いイギリスの地で発明された、文明の力である蒸気機関車の恩恵に、この尾張北地域では、いち早くしかも直に浴することが出来た、幸運を見過ごすことは到底出来ない。

従って、この愛知県下で、一宮市民程英国に感謝しなければならない義務を負う市民は全国何処を探しても他にないことになる。この他に、一宮（元尾西市を含む）は、長い間日本一の毛織物、紡績の産地であり続けた。
世界的に周知の事実であるが、１７６５年にイギリスは、蒸気機関を発明して、このスチィーム、エンジンを、先ず最初に、織物、紡績に応用した。これが、世界に冠たるイギリスに於ける（産業革命）の発端である。
言うに及ばず、マンチェスターは、遥かに一宮や尾西以上の世界的に知られた織物の名産地だ。
私は、少年時期から、叔父の家や父から、（英語だけはしっかりと勉強しなさい）と言われ続けたので、何とか我が人生では常に英語に親しんで来た。こんな過程から、イギリスという国は好きである。
しかし、私以上に現一宮市民の方々は、先祖代々イギリスには、直に二重に恩恵を経済的に蒙って来られたので、もっともっと感謝すべきだ。イギリスの方向へは、足を向けて寝られない筈だ。
財政困難市に住む市民と言えども、肉眼で広大な敷地の宅地、そこに建つ豪華な近代建築の棲家、ガレージにある高級外車を眺めるだけで、気持ちに余裕が出来る。たとえそれら家主が、他地から来た落下傘部隊でも、若者には夢、希望を、大人には郷土愛、勇気を育んでくれる。
本の中の写真で見るのとは、全く違う臨幸感を覚える。
ましてや、彼等が決まって当地に脈々と何世代にも亘って住み続ける、古い知己関係者であったならば、尚更な臨幸感を実感する。
さて、この傾向に、善悪は別にして、益々拍車をかけたのは、
一に、太平洋沿岸地区に定着する住民数の増加に伴う、木曾川の水量の減少化
二に、我が国にとっては未曾有の体験となった、第二次大戦の敗北による、片山内閣時の＜農地解放＞断行下での、木曾川流域で何世代にも亙って財を築いた大地主達の凋落、これに起因する精神的物質的支柱を失った、そこに住む各階層の住民達の路頭に迷う困惑、
の以上二点の惹起であった。
敗戦によって、全国各地の各市町村、部落には何世にもわたって土着して財をなした地主がいたが、（農地解放）によって一気に姿を悉く消して、各々の住民達も大きな精神的支柱を失い、路頭に舞うこととなったは、既に記した通りである。
特に、特筆すべきは、上記二項が及ぼし続けている、負の財産の大きさの意外性、即ち未だに尾を引き続ける、日本固有の良き伝統的習慣までも失い、何かはっきした実体を求心し、此にすがろうとし続ける、予想外に多数に上っている住民達の精神的崩壊、詰まり心の中にポッカリと空洞が出来たままでいる住民、市民の姿である。
敗戦によって、各市町村、部落には何世にもわたってこれらの土地に脈々と土着して、財をなした地主がいたが、（農地解放）によって一気に姿を悉く消して、各々の住民達も大きな精神的支柱を失い、路頭に舞うこととなったことは、既に記した通りである。
戦後、特に国民皆保険制度が徹底化されて来て、医療機関を利用する者の数は、増加の一途を辿っている。こんな世情下にあって、罹患者の裾野も広がり、それに伴い開業医の数も当然激増した。
例えば、ここ江南市でも、県下屈指の財政難に直面し続けている街であるとは言うものの、豪華な邸宅と広大な敷地を誇る開業医を、至る所で目にすることができる。相場は決まっている。
喫茶店の数が全国トップランクに入る我が愛知県であるが、その数は、ここ江南市では喫茶店の数を遥かに凌駕する。それら殆のお医者さん達の出身地は、姓字を見れば、当地ではないことは、直ぐに分かる。完全に共通した点は、彼等の所有の不動産である医院の敷地、建物のみならず住処の敷地、家もこの県下では貧困地帯であるに拘わらずに、群を抜いて敷地広大にして、建物壮大豪華であることだ。全く相場は決まっている。その有り様は、顕著で目を見張る程の形容そのもずばりである。きっと、彼等の日常の生活レベルも又そうであろうことは、多言を要しない。
言うに及ばず、確かに周囲の一般江南市民にとっては、自分達の資産とか日常生活レベルには、直接的には無縁、無関係である。
これから私が強調したい点に入る。
それでは、このような、さながら外国での生活様式を見せつけている彼等が、この地から姿を消し、いなくなればこの地に長年住み続ける一般市民達は、精神的経済的に、特に精神的にどんな負の影響を蒙るであろうか？という一点である。
きっと、狭い敷地の上に建つ小さな家家が見渡す限り広がるパノラマであるならば、如何に自分達の日常生活レベルの向上には少しの足しにはならないとはいうものの、きっと、自分達の己の精神的脆弱さを、招来して行くであろうことだけは確かである。心に余裕を喪失して行くことは確かである。
写真で見る豪華絢爛とした著名人の家屋敷とは全く違う臨場感を、この肉眼で見る視覚は醸し出してくれる。若者には夢、希望を醸し出してくれるばかりか、大人にも郷土愛とか勇気を醸し出してくれる。
戦後の土着民は、老若男女を問わず、何か実体のある一本筋の通った理念を求め続けている
話は戻るが、ましてや戦前の地主は、今時の他地からの落下傘部隊の開業医の一群とは違って、当地で何世代にもわたる長きに亘り、住み続けた関係上、当時の住民達にとっては、自分達自らばかりか、自分達の遠い親達も当地主達の家族とか家屋敷とは深いつながりを持ち続けた間柄だ。
お互いに、尊敬とか愛着を抱き会っていた。
結論付けると、部落、地区、村毎にいた地主の突如とした逸失は、脈々とこの地に住み続けている土着の現市民達には、今尚心に大きな空洞になっている。実体のある明確な精神的支柱となる、始めから終りまで一本筋の通ったある一つの明確な理念、思想を求め続けていることだけは、確かである。

我が人生の生き神様である、「戦後の負け組」の皆さん！我が最愛のCNN及び我が師とこよなく崇拝するBBCの皆さん！お元気きですか？寒さが日増しに厳しくなって行く、厳寒の２月に備えて呉れ呉れも健康に留意してお互いに頑張りたいですね！
年始は過ぎたが、現在中国の長春で開催中の「冬季アジア大会」における我が国の予想外の成績不振とか我が国の教育制度改革に言及する事案を勘案すると、引き続き日本語で作成することにする。
早速本題に入ることとしたい。
名将蜂須賀は、当時交通の至便性に大いに欠けていたにも拘らず、海岸地方へ出掛けて「時の人」との交友を絶えず温めて行った。現宮後に住む人々とは、大きくかけ離れた人生を歩み続けた、言わば斬新的進歩派に属する人物であった
私が住む江南市宮後地区を統治していた蜂須賀小六は、時の名君であった信長、秀吉に使え親交を温めて行ったので、当家は阿波の国の統治を委任される功績を得るに及んだ。当時の時世下では交通手段は言うまでもなく、馬とか人力による籠であったし、庄内川、矢作川等の大川に橋は殆ど架けられていなかったし、道路の整備状態も極めて不完全であったことから、此の地から現名古屋へ着くにしても、大仕事であった。それに関わらず、氏は狭い尾張の北端の限られた当地に引きこもる事なく、多くの交通の不便さに絶えず挑戦し続けて、この殻の中から出て行って、時の名君が多く住んでいた、海岸沿岸方面へ進出を何度も果たしたのであった。
換言すれば、当時の時代感覚からすれば、極めてすこぶる進取の気概に満ちた、進歩的な理念を抱き且つ実践いた、稀に見る斬新的進歩派の人物であったことに間違いはない。
であったからこそ、清洲藩士の織田信長とか現名古屋市中村区に本居を構える秀吉と交友関係を確実に益々深くに促進して行くことが出来たのである。これが事実か否かは別にして、矢作川の橋のたもとで、秀吉と直面したという逸話も生まれ、伝承され続けて来た所以である。
この観点からすれば、さしたる交通手段もなく、太平洋沿岸地方から可成奥地と断言出来た、この地区、詰り現宮後町の当時の住民達ばかりか現在のそれらとは、全く異なる、大きく超越した生活姿勢を生涯に亘って維持し続けたことは容易に想像出来る。
交通の至便性は、古今東西を問わずに、関係地区の発展に決定的要因となる
所で、交通の至便性が、文化文明の発展には直に大きく影響を及ぼすことは、今更強調するまでもない。江戸、明治の古き時代には、木曽川の豊かな水の恵みを享受して、この尾張一円では、川沿いの街、特に現宮田町が抜群の栄華を極めていたことは、水運業という卓越した交通の至便性を兼備していたことからも、容易に理解出来る。
併せて、当時の宮田村は、主食の米を精米する為の、水車業が最も盛んな所であったという二つの事由から、一時期は一宮村（現一宮市）よりも、遥かに栄えていた事態も決して不自然な現象ではない。極めて、納得できる成り行きである。
イギリスは、１７６５年に蒸気機関を発明、直ちに織機、紡績機の原動力となる。
木綿工業の隆盛を来たす
之を契機に、１８世紀後半～１９世紀前半の産業革命を行う
１８１４年に、蒸気機関車を発明。
これらの世界の知恵にこの北尾張地方で最初に直に浴する事が出来たのが、現一宮市であった
イギリスに於いて、ワットにより１７６５年に発明された蒸気機関は、織機や紡績機に原動力として利用化されて、世界史に刻む「産業革命」を方向づけた。
延いては１８１４年には、同イギリス人、スチィーブンソンにより、蒸気機関車が発明されるに及んだ。詰まり、１８１４年頃に発明した蒸気機関車が、約６０年後に日本へ導入され、この驚異的な文明の
所産物体自体そのままの移入によって、現太平洋沿岸ベルト地帯でも鉄道が敷設されるに及んだ東海道本線の開通が（１８８９年 明治２２年）、それまでのここ日本の国内に於ける何世紀にも亘る永年の市町村間の発達、勢力地図を１８０度塗り替える結果を招来した。
詰まり、人物の交通、移送を画期的「早く大量」に促進させる恩恵によくすることが出来た、東京～神戸間の当本線の沿線地域住民達は、拱手しているだけで、自動的に急速に且つ長期的に画期的な発展を招来することが出来た訳である。特に駅舎を設けられた周辺地域一円は、長期にわたり、驚異的且つ永続的発展を遂げ続けるに至った訳である。それら地域一円に住む住民達は、笑いが止まらない「棚から牡丹餅」の幸運を期せずして享受し続けた。
尚、詳説すれば、蒸気機関は時既に、何と１７６５年に発明されて、織機、紡績機の原動力として大活躍をする訳だが、蒸気機関車そのもの自体が、イギリスで発明されのは後後の１８１４年であったので、約６０年後（１８７２年）に、我が国の品川～横浜間で、最初の鉄道が敷設、開通されるに及んだ次第だ。
この想像を絶する、機能、利便性を有した鉄道の登場は、１５４３年のポルトガルからの鉄砲伝来に相当する画期的大変化を、日本全土の広範囲にもたらした。
鉄砲と言う兵器は、日本古来の弓、刀の効能性を無にして、「兵器の大革命」を、我が国日本の地にもたらした。１５７５年に、徳川軍は、長篠「現愛知県新城市長篠」で、武田軍に包囲され陥落寸前となった為に、鉄砲をもつ信長の援軍を得て、一気に勝運を得たのは、有名な一好例であった。
明治以前の永い歴史においては、水運、交通の至便性に勝っていた宮田村の方が、一宮村よりも繁栄していた事態は、当然な現象であった
従って、名古屋に次ぐ尾張の主要都市となっている一宮市といえども、東海道本線という鉄道が敷設、開通されるに至った以前の永い、江戸時代から明治初期（１９世紀中期）に及ぶ時代おいては、全く取るに足らない一介の濃尾平野にある一つの平凡な村に過ぎなかった事態、水運、交通の至便性に於いて遥かに凌駕していた宮田村の方が繁栄を来し続けていたという事態等は、決して不思議なことではない。決して、人々の理解しかねることではない。むしろ、当然な現象であった。
之専ら、世界の文明の力に浴することが出来た街と出来なかった街との大差の結果でしかない。
言い換えれば、鉄道の登場までの永い歴史においては、木曽川沿岸流域に延々と、、特に現江南市宮田、南野、本郷、四ッ谷、生原、神明地区に現北濃尾平野地方一帯の経済、文化、教育、政治、娯楽の中心は存し続けた事になる。
主たる地主も交通機関の一翼を荷っていた船が活躍できた、木曽川の流域に、比較的多く集中していた。
今の光明寺には、つい最近まで、即ち未だ我々が小学校時代まで、一ヶ所に八町藪という広大な土地が、堤防沿いに延々と伸びていた。この地区の地主であった、尾藤氏の所有のもので、この延々と続く有様は、昼間でも薄暗い処で、何時新聞と言うものが登場したのか知らないが、新聞がなかった時代とかバスが開通していなかった時代の江戸時代には恐らく何度か追剥ぎが出没したのではないのか？と思わせる程だ。
詰り、イギリスが発明した蒸気機関は、世界史に刻み込んだ、当国に（産業革命）を、誘発した一弾みとなったばかりか、東洋の東に浮かぶ小さな島の日本という国の全土においても、殿様から庶民、華族から平民に至るまでのあらゆる階層の人々にも、生活様式の大変化は勿論のこと、それまでの市町村間の勢力関係図をも一気に塗り替えてしまったのである。所謂、鉄道が開通した、太平洋沿岸のベルト地帯で駅舎が設けられた付近の市町村が、抜群の優位に立ち、事実笑いが止まらない急速なる発展を遂げ始めるに至る次第である。
例えば、ここ愛知県でも、名古屋は大昔から栄華を極めていたが、一宮、稲沢、特に一宮が他を大きく切り離して、長期の継続的な発展期に突入するに至った。他面、それまで栄華を極めていた、宮田村、布袋、岩倉等は、逆に特に宮田村（現江南市の堤防沿いの宮田地区）は時代の波から取り残されて行った訳である。
イギリスは、時既に１７６５年に（蒸気機関発明）という驚異的功績を世界に呈示した。それに引き続いて、１８１４年には、蒸気機関車を発明して、（交通機関の大革命）を世界にもたらした。
我が国日本は、それから遅れること約６０年後に、品川～横浜にこれを導入し、（交通の大革命）に着行した。
先に記した様に、この尾張北部地方では一宮村が期せずして運よく、東海道本線が貫通し、駅舎が設けられる地点に選定されるというプロジェクトに組み込まれた。
一方、北尾張の雄であり続けた宮田村は、このプロジェクトから不運にももれた。これを契機に、かつて栄華を極めた宮田村は、往年の勢いを逐次逸し、更に敗戦による農地解放で、二度のパンチを食らって一層の下降を余儀無くされた次第だ。
もし、当時の鉄道敷設のプロジェクトから岐南、一宮がもれて、その代わりに各務原、江南、岩倉が採用されていたならば、勢力関係図は逆転していたことは明らかだ。
しかし、愛知全体の総合的な勢力は、全く変わっていなかったことも、明らかだ。
従って、もし当時のこのプロジェクトが、今とは異なる、岐阜、岐南から枇杷島へという経路ではなくて、僅か東方の岐阜から、現各務原飛行場や川島、現江南、岩倉、西春経由で枇杷島へというプロジェクトが取り入られ採用されていたならば、北尾張地方の勢力図は一昔前のままであった。
愛知全体の総合力も又、全くの不動ではあったが、現一宮、稲沢の今日の如くの隆盛は見なかったことになる。詰り、鉄道敷設地区についての計画の変行があったにしても、それが明治の初期であっても、愛知県内の県民の生命、県総合力においては、大差、大きな影響は生じなかった。これが、この項で私が一番強調したい点である。
詰り、現一宮、稲沢の代わりに、現江南、岩倉が台頭しただけのことである。青写真が、岐阜、岐南経由から、僅か東の岐阜、川島乃至各務原経由へなっていれば、何度も言う様に、一宮、稲沢の代わりに、江南、岩倉が発展を遂げていただけのことである。
悠久の太古の時代から、大河川として君臨してきた木曽川が、ダムからの供給水路を変えて、もし一宮、稲沢へ水を提供していなかったならば、どうなったのか？栄枯盛衰の問題ではなく、生死の問題となっていた。
大河川は、優れた文明、文化を育むという原点、世界の教訓に、時には耳を傾けよう！
これに比して、何万年、何億年という年月をかけて自然の恵みが形成した木曾川、そこに絶え間無く流れる滔々たる水量を、もし多くのダムを造って、南部尾張地方に供給されなかったとしたならば、北尾張の主要都市となっている一宮、稲沢を初め現在の世界に冠たる国際港都の名古屋や東海市は決して今日程の隆盛を極める形では誕生していなかった。
両者の違いは、雲泥の差である。これがこの項に於ける私の強調する結論である。
現代の日本人は自然の前に余にも、傲慢になっていないだろうか？
古今東西を問わず、大河川流域に優れた文明、文化は生まれると言われるのは、何故だろうか？
大原点に時には振返ってみる必要があるのではなかろうか？ドイツ原産のシェパード好きの私の色眼鏡をかけて見た持論、詰り我田引水の論法と言われるるかもしれないが、そんな原点に帰り戻った思考回路は、時には必要でなかろうか？
時には、宇宙から、遠く地球の上から、宇宙飛行士になったつもりで、我が国、我が町、我が身を見つめる余裕があってもよいのではないか？
海が醸し出す大量輸送が可能で、海洋性気候の特質の恩恵に預って来た、名古屋は江戸時代から先進地域であり続けた。それに比し、尾張の二番手の街、現一宮市はどうであったろうか？私の出身高校は、一宮にあるし、母は一宮生まれなので、一方ならぬ愛着が一宮にはある。
しかし、出来るだけ客観的に、即ち宇宙飛行士になったつもりで、視野を広くして、他地域との相関関係を観察しながら、この街一宮について、探求したい。

それでは、このような、さながら外国での生活様式を見せつけている彼等が、この地から姿を消し、いなくなればこの地に長年住み続ける一般市民達は、精神的経済的に、特に精神的にどんな負の影響を蒙るであろうか？という一点である。
きっと、狭い敷地の上に建つ小さな家家が見渡す限り広がるパノラマであるならば、如何に自分達の日常生活レベルの向上には少しの足しにはならないとはいうものの、きっと、自分達の己の精神的脆弱さを、招来して行くであろうことだけは確かである。心に余裕を喪失して行くことは確かである。
写真で見る豪華絢爛とした著名人の家屋敷とは全く違う臨場感を、この肉眼で見る視覚は醸し出してくれる。若者には夢、希望を醸し出してくれるばかりか、大人にも郷土愛とか勇気を醸し出してくれる。
戦後の土着民は、老若男女を問わず、何か実体のある一本筋の通った理念を求め続けている
話は戻るが、ましてや戦前の地主は、今時の他地からの落下傘部隊の開業医の一群とは違って、当地で何世代にもわたる長きに亘り、住み続けた関係上、当時の住民達にとっては、自分達自らばかりか、自分達の遠い親達も当地主達の家族とか家屋敷とは深いつながりを持ち続けた間柄だ。
お互いに、尊敬とか愛着を抱き会っていた。
結論付けると、部落、地区、村毎にいた地主の突如とした逸失は、脈々とこの地に住み続けている土着の現市民達には、今尚心に大きな空洞になっている。実体のある明確な精神的支柱となる、始めから終りまで一本筋の通ったある一つの明確な理念、思想を求め続けていることだけは、確かである。
