It is inevitable to take into consideration that a common test should be held for all graduates across country soon after their junior high schools

We Japanese people must put it into effect that a common test should be held for all pupils across country immediately after they graduated from their own junior high schools someting like UK
In our country it is getting colder and colder and the sunlight hours are getting shorter and shorter to the turn-point called " Winter Solstice ".
Japanese politicians followed by mass media are getting to bring it into focus that a good many high-schools' graduates had not learned some compulsory subjects in particular " world history " namely " Western Europe history ". Their schools made and handed over fake reporting certificates to the Boards of Education within juricdiction of their standing sites over several decades.

As for my volunteer work to clean up streets, recently we have been nearly unable to find trash on any roads since your country commenced greatly shifting in the midterm election.
You know that all the mass media including about half of Japanese people are lagged behind other advanced men, so to speak, the special character of Japanese people is known worldwide to be slow developers, being inferior race itself next to the Caucasoid, being lagged behind others in realm of spiritual works.
Actually all broadcasting stations in our country have been long indulging themselves to be " company unions , that is, workers' unions patronized by the Japanese ruling party " all the way, being different from CNN and lots more of international broadcasting stations.
It is obvious that you country is worth applauding " Good things remain good, whatever their age ", " Even a rotten tai is worthwhile " in Japanese term as your ancestors came from Europe particularly UK.



Japan has broken junior high school, high school, university and finally government, to be miserable for all Japanese people.
Well come back to the main point, it is said that brilliant private high schools with 6 consistent education system were likely to avoid having learned the compulsory subject instead of sending more pupils to national or public universities.

In sum, in our country we can't help taking it for granted that Japan has broken junior high scools, high schools, universities and finally government.
Therefore we must take measures how to block and make improvement against such a miserable abyss in series of broken schools and finally government by putting it into effect that we Japanese people stand in need adopting a common test for all pupils all over Japan immediately after pupils graduated from junior high schools as well as UK has been adopting a common test for all pupils soon after pupils graduated from the secondary schools, so to speak, before they will go on to universities.
At the same time you know that all universities in UK except one or two are run by public or national funds, absolutely most of them are done by national fund at the probality of 99 percent as well as Chinese ones or Finland's one and lots more.

Of course this afternoon I went to the Board of Education in this city in this week, too.
