Education reviving conferences led by the Abe Cabinet are obligated to consist mainly of members via the defeated group - public high schools -

Hello ! All concerned in my favorite broadcasting station " CNN " and most respectable one " BBC " !
How has the weather overthere been these days ? It has been changing for the colder day by day as well as it in Japan, hasn't it ?



IVA left a great spinoff in our country as well as all players.
However most of Tokyoites to the core are of kind and honest enough for honest Japanese people to rely on

A few days ago, games for world championships from all over the world, including your country and Canada, ended with the greatest spinoff beyond the expectations of all Japanese people on the ground that the games were held under the sponsorship of IVA ( International Volleyball Association ), definitely not JVA ( Japan Volleyball Association ). Who can look after these creatures full of vulnerable and fragile except taxes derived from public organizations - prefecture and country - ? None can do.
Sorry for getting to main point very soon !
Over all days and places on the Earth including Japan, the teaching side like teachers, professors and educationally environmental frame works must proceed and go further to provide better educationall environment, that is to say, better education systems for the being taught side like schoolchildren, pupils and students to the fullest extent on the ground that the being taught side has never any social positions, powers to influence on others of adults.

Education itself always is based exclusively on the being taught side who is said to be the most vulnerable and fragile creatures on the world.
Who can look after these creatures except taxes derived from public organizations - prefecture and country - ?
None can do.



The education revolution claimed one ir-replacable treature - one human life -.
Let's take back education itself from abused privatization into hand of public people !
Actually some Japanese authentic politicians or returners from advanced countries including USA and UK had tackled this most difficult problems in service ways free of money over many many decades in the Meiji Period.
The problems claimed a great deal of services free of money, troubles in spirit and action and finally ir-replacable human life.
First of all a returner from USA named " Mr. Arinori Mori " carried out adults' duty - adopting national eudcation system on this land -, and saved a large number of then Japanese schoolchildren, pupils and students instead of losing his own ir-replacable treasure, that is to say, his own human life.

Let's take back education itself from approciated or abused privatization into public belonging as well as conditions in our prewar education !



The relation between " the victory group " and " the defeated group " was absolutely reversed across aso-called the borderline called " losing war ".
The losing war was provoked on this land by ultra-nationalists before war.
However ultra-nationalists who never went to advanced countries and therefore hardly knew the actual powers of foreign countries, continued waging wars against them many times again and again and again,,,.
At last we Japanese people lost war in 1945 and at the same time a brilliant education system called 653 system which was presented mainly by Mr. Mori who had ever learned in your country, definitely differing from Italy and Germany which were superior to Japanese from view point of workings in brain, arm and lots more of upper body.
By the way, in our country before war, most of all graduates from high schools had been getting ticket for " the victor group " in realm of all facets in our country. There were a small number of high schools - around 20 high schools - across Japan.
Needless to say more these high schools were run and managed by taxes.

However since the border line named " losing war " happened, most of all high scools which were run by taxes, have fallen into abyss " the defeated group " instead of what most of all private high schools have commenced replacing the position as " the victory group ".
In short, the relation between " the victory group " and " the defeated group " was absolutely reversed to the fullest extent before and after across the border line named " losing war ". This relation has been lasting so far.




The idea how to revive public or national education system on this land stemmed from " the defeated group after war ", definitely not from " the victory group after war ".
Education reviving conferences made by the Abe Cabinet are obligated to consist mainly of eager elites via public high schools - the defeated group after war -.
Based on such a consecutive process since 1850's , you know that the revolution concerning all models of public or national education system stemmed from " the defeated group after war ", definitely not from " the victory group after war ", the defeated group after war which has been covering an overwhelming majority of schoolchildren, pupils and students everywhere across our country.

For detail, high schools consisted of about 20 ones such as the fifth one located in Kumamoto, the sixth one located in Okayama, the third one located in Kyoto, the eighth one located in Nagoya, the fourth one located in Kanazawa, the first one located in Tokyo, the second one located in Miyagi besides Osaka high scool, Sizuoka one, Hirosaki one, Niigata one, Matsumoto one and a few more.

In the meanwhile public junior high schools consisted of lots of schools located respectively in each of all prefectures across Japan.
All public junior high schools as followings belonged to " the victory group before war " as well as high schools.
For detail, the Hirosima first junior high school, Kobe one, Osaka one, Aichi one, Kyoto one, Kanawaga one, Tokyo one and lots more located in all other prefectures belonged to " the victory group before war", too.
Needless to say more, all these schools written lines directly above had commenced deteriorating lower and lower decade by decade to the fully ordinary ones " the defeated group " soon after the end of war.





9 consistent system inevitably leads the number of public high schools to decrease to the nearly same degree with ones of advanced countries in slow but steady
Summarizing all written in this blog site, we the defeated group must work so hard that all public high schools can enroll pupils who have been thirsty to learn and memorize by heart from head to toe as much as possible. This idea will be taken into effect without fail in slow but steady by adopting 9 consistent system among elementary schools and junior high schools.

Don't worry about many born high schools too much across country ! All of Japanese people !
This 9 consistent education system for public schools will beckon and make the number of public high schools decrease decade by decade to the nearly same degree with the small number in advanced countries without fail.
If one school could have sent 50 pupils into Nagaya university and left brilliant achievements in sports games in series of years, it would be natural that more of brilliant graduates from public junior high schools after 9 consistent system would try to enter into such a school.
Contrary to it, if another school could have sent 2 pupils into Nagaya university and left poor achievements in sports games in series of years, it would be natural that most teacher would been reluctant to go and teach in such a school even though they would be treated as highly salaried men in addition merely confined pupils with poor knowledges would try to enter into such a school.

Today I feel somewhat abnormal, my nose running. Maybe I had a cold a few days ago.
Next Monday I must go to a general hospital named " Showa Hospital ".
Please it is time to go to bed early evening tonight.
