I here woluld like to offer an outspoken advice as followings.

All mistakes are fated to be erased only if the parties concerned would alter their old thinking way from sensationalism or ultra-nationalism like Kohnan Mayor Gen Hori and Tokyo Governor Shintaro Ishihara into a new thinking way " the maximum happy for the most people " workable world wide, sharing common hardships with more lots of general people one another.
