I got surgical operation on cataract in my both eyes in a big hospital in Osaka.

In my case operation was done in failure by a doctor who graduated from a famous national university via a private high school with 6 consistent system. It is likely to happen that some doctors may look patients not to be one of human beings not to be one of livestocks.

We were greatly encouraged by prosperous progress of this national project in my native village called " Shinmei " in Kohnan city.

The original blue print to be completed someday in future is said to cover a large extensive land 250 times as much as the square land of Nagoya baseball dome occupies.

We Kohnan citizens will be able to be proud of two very expensive treasures outward all other Japanese people ;

I felt weird and injustice on grond that some young and workful aged men were at loose of useless in well conditioned ambience
I've been doing more than these forty years my best to reform our national education system and haven't actually time and energy almost enough to spare on other social injustices such as unreasonable medical administarion in a large general hospital named " Showa hospital "near my house.

In a few days ago on one of weekdays, I went upstairs a room of the hospital, upstairs where there is a section to treat any problems concerning daily home life of our disabled persons.
So to speak, these rooms are place too hard for a lot of patients to see personnel's business ambience. I felt weird feels and injustice on ground that some young and workful aged men were at loose of useless in well airconditioned ambience.

This hospital is formally called in a chain of about eight general hospitals under aids of Aichi Agricultural Cooperative Association, however actually they have nothing with farming family. Most personnels consist of non-families in farm house. In addition, the hospital is never founded or managed by prefectural fund and Kohnan city taxes.

By the way, the hospital is scheduled to build up another building in a different site in Kohnan city to house two general hospitals, that is, Showa hospital and Aihoku hospial. These two hospitals will move to another site in 2008.
All expenses in the movement should be paid by not Aichi prefecture and Kohnan city but the headquarters of the group in addition because all hospitals in the group have been leaving in a black in balance.


Such a hard daily commuting becomes very very very heavy burden on shoulders of a large number of Kohnan citizens

I'm greatly angered with hidden scene in which they young men continue sending dull business in a very rich and good sanitary conditions ; cool in Summer warm in Winter, neglecting no matter what most all other youths in this city may work honest in hard conditions outdoors.

I wonder indeed if they all have conscience to be an individual human being respectively in spite that I will be unable to do my best against such kind of an injustice due to my original job against wrong public education system.

短期の市場の常識外、予想外の暴落は、法的対象になる

一切日本の新聞を取っていない俺だが、ふとコーヒー店で新聞に目を通すと、「フジテレビがライブドア株暴落による損害賠償を提訴する」という記事が飛び込んできた。至極当然な判断だ。

ライブドアの突如としたフジテレビ株買占め攻勢により、不自然な和解という形でライブドアの株を所持せざるを得なくなったフジテレビであった。

俺に言わせれば、一言にして言えば、ライブドア株暴落によって生じた損害に訴訟を起こすのは至当な策だ。

そもそも株の買取は、長期的投資と利食いを目的とする短期的投機の二つがある。

これから、投機の観点から、暴落による損害賠償訴訟はそれ自体失当であるという意見がある。詐欺師が言う言い訳であり、之こそが正しく失当そのものだ。

理由は、
１、短期の市場の常識外、予想外の暴落は、法的補償の対象になる
２、ライブドアも然りである。ライブドアは、経団連に加入したし、ホリエモンは、時の政権の自民党の幹部と何度も接触を持っていた言わば時の人であった。社会的に一人前の一企業家として世間が取り扱っていたのではないか。市場の常識、予想内に誰が考えてもあったからだ。
３、某ＩＴ企業の株価は、ここ一年内の暴落率は全一部企業約１０００社の中で一位であった。内訳は、最近の一年間で、４-７分の１へと大暴落であった。即ち、市場の常識外、予想外の値下がりに該当する。
４、この狭い国の中で、境遇、立場等違えども、同胞人として協力してあげよう、理解してあげようと言動に出るのが、邦人の大半だ。「他人を見たら泥棒と思え」を徹底したら、円滑に日常生活すら出来ない。この理解心を逆手に取る奴は、法外な卑怯者だ。犯罪者だ。

いずれ法治国家の末席に位置するわが国では、判決により当然フジテレビは、何等かの補償を勝ちとることと思う。

一方、俺が長々と問題としている某ＩＴ企業は、どうなることであろう。
詳細は、
１、ライブドア以上の大暴落
２、一年間のうちに元値に回復するには
　１」、２０回に及ぶストップ高による値上がり
　２」、値上がりした都度、この株価が値下がりしないこと
　の２つの条件を満たさなければならない。そんな事態を日本中の市場関係者、投資家、投機家の誰一人として１００パーセント期待できない。

それでは、この馬鹿国家の馬鹿司法機関は、星の数ほど多い投資家の各位に泣き寝入りせよというのか。もしそうなら、こんな国は、国際社会のあらゆる組織から脱退すべきで、一切国際社会から縁を切り、一国わが道を孤独に歩むべきだ。

ライブドアは、落ち着くところまで落ち込み、経営陣も一新したので、前途はむしろ明るい。一方では、プロ野球球団経営にも参入し、依然として今日でも詐欺グループが経営幹部の座に居座っている。お先はライブドアとは正反対で真っ暗だ。

言わば、同じ敗戦国でありながら、国際社会で占める位置が、ドイツと日本程に正反対の遠さである。
之でも、尚この国は、某ＩＴ企業を白昼堂々と東証一部で野放しにしておく気なのか。
ここ、愛知の田園都市の一見穏やかな町でも、生存競争は日々絶え間なく行われている。この傷口を癒さなくては、どうして再度急遽生存競争の戦場へ歩みだすことができようか。

The country which has been looking down on me, obviously proved in the last Olmpics in series of complete defeats that it exposed its process to be shameful to the fullest extent to the world. I would like to ridicule on our country, saying " Its failure is of its own making. "

Commentators in NHK and lots of commercial broadcastings expected Japan would get victorious medals from ten to fifteen, however it ended in wrong, actually leaving really the results as I expected. How are such those persons with only the gift of gab going to accuse themselves ?

Based on my assertion, all listeners to them in serious belong to an odd group.

Reflecting the latest Olmpics, the class of present Japanese delegates proved not to work in the international arena called " Olmpics ". Although Japanese delegates with small and light bodies once had been prevailing over any other ones in the ski-jump event, the ski-jump event was taken out to delegates from European countries, too. In our country, a proverb says, " Loach never stays all times under willow. " that is to say, " You can't always expect the same good luck. " Why do Mr. Ishihara and his fellow members try to run for one of host hoping countries for the coming 2016 Olmpics still more ? All concerned in thoughtless attempt should keep in mind for some long years that the common sense in Tokyo is the no common sense in overall Japan.

I would like to laugh up my sleeves at their ignorance from my deep mind. I advise them to wash their faces by use of washbowl full of water mixed with red peppers. Their attempt will obviously end in vain, all the more exposing shameful but recapturable weak points to all other countries on the Earth.

The trend downward disgraceful deadlock or complete defeat in international world serves Japan right. Summarizing, nowadays the current world in the 21th century our country holds burdonsome priviledged persons too much to support. In this point we Japanese people had better take a look at neighboring countries such as China and South Korea for a short time and take into consideration even a little.
A series of such retaliating accidents frominternational word testify to my all sayings above written to be all real and right ; series of poor results in the latest Olmpics, governmental attempt's failure to enter into a permanent member of the U.N. Security Council anew mainly because of opposition of its most reliable country of USA in spite of endured long burdonsome history to have paid more than 20 percent share of the expense to U.N., stranding on deadly deadlock to recapture the Northern Territory by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs which has been dominated by pseudo-leading upper elites who have mostly graduated from private high schools with 6 consistent system and lots more in international realm.

厚い人層を日本社会の中に作り出そうではないか ！

俺は戦後の日本の教育制度改革に４０年以上にわたり情熱を燃やし続けている男だ
俺小澤成次は、他のブログでも既に言った様に戦後の日本の教育制度改革に４０年以上にわたり、情熱を燃やし続けている男だ。この俺を小馬鹿にし続けてきた国が、辿る堕落さが国際的に如何に恥さらしであることかは、一つに今回のオリンピックの完敗でもはっきりした。俺に言わせれば、”好い気味だ”と嘲り笑いたい。


そんな者達の主張に、まともに傾聴している方が、「左巻き」だ
ＮＨＫや多くの民放は、事前にメダル獲得数を１０－１５と異口同音に予想していたが、結果は俺がこのブログサイトで予想したとおりになったのを、口だけ達者な彼等は今となって何と弁解するのか。弁解は一切聞きたくない。吐き気がする。
俺は、純粋の日本人だが若い頃より口だけ達者なＮＨＫとか民放ラジオは、大嫌いだしこの俺を苦しめてきた曲者、悪党だからだ。
大体彼等の日頃の主張には、論理性がなくクールでない。
個人名を挙げれば、俺は大阪にいたことがあるが、何時もトップ当選を決めていた西川きよしもノックも、ここ名古屋で至って健康そのものの坂東も東京で芸能人色強い現石原都知事も大嫌いだ。
そんな者達の主張に、まともに傾聴している方が、俺に言わせれば、「左巻き」のおつむだ。

これで、如何に日本の選手層では国際的オリンピックの場では通用しないことがはっきりした。かつては、体が小さく体重が軽い日本人選手の１８番だった、スキージャンプも又完全に欧州選手の得意技となった。「柳の下に何時もどじょうはいない」と言う諺があるが、１９６４年の東京オリンピックの夢をもう一度と、それでも尚且つあのおっさんは、東京は開催候補に立候補しようと言うのか。東京の常識は日本の非常識であることを知るべきだ。チャンチャラおかしい。唐辛子を洗面器に入れて、顔を洗うがいい。益々世界に恥を晒すだけだ。
大体東京なんて、京都の朝廷を打破した三河勢の家康が、幕府を三河に置きたかったが、秀吉の側近者を全部撃ち殺したものの、三河に置けば必ず尾張勢からしっぺ返しを受けるので、縁もゆかりも無い遠路の江戸に置いただけのことじゃ。



俺は全選手に、心から”ご苦労様”と言いたい　メダルは早期訓練とある程度の素質の二つを要する
スポーツでも学問でも、３－５歳程の幼少期から始めれば上手く行くとする見解は、これで間違っていることがはっきりとした。優れた成果を挙げるには、幼少期から早期開始することの他にある程度の素質があることも必須条件である。この両輪が必須だ。
しかし、俺は声を大にして言いたい。今回のオリンピックに参加した選手達には、何の責任も存しなく、国民全体、国家の行政機関に責任が存するので、従って俺は、全選手に、心から　”ご苦労様”と言いたい。


戦後の日本社会の構造そのものが、之で益々国際社会では非力で通用しないことが、ハッキリした
家庭では親が、社会では指導層が、自らが率先して日々の社会生活の中で無言の内に態度で、お手本を示すことが必須だ。これら人の上に立つ者が、自分のことを棚上げにして、自身はグータラのくせに、如何に下の者に口先だけで説教しても誰もついてこなくて、無効果だ。之を一番俺が本文で強調したいポイントだ。
もっと具体的に言ってみよう。
自分さえ良ければ、他人等どうでも構わないとする、私立の６年制の一貫校を経由して一流大学を卒業した者達を指導的階層に立たせている戦後の日本社会の構造そのものが、之で益々国際社会では非力で通用しないことが、ハッキリとした筈だ。

優れた人材を育成するに一番効能的方法は、厚い人層を形成すべき国策を採ること、即ち国家的な教育改革こそが一にも二にも三にも四にも五にも、、、必須で急務であるのだ。之も俺が本文で一番強調したいポイントだ。
同じ枢軸国側の敗戦国でありながら、ドイツとわが国は国際社会で南極と北極の如き正反対に位置している最大の原因はどこにあると国民諸君は判断するのか　？
詰まり、戦前の様な国際的教育制度への改革実施こそが、我々日本人に課せられた唯一の課題だ。

大体他のブログで強調しておいた様に、組織的詐欺の常習犯のグループを、東証一部で尚も白昼堂々と泳がせているグータラ国家が、どうして国際社会の流れについていく事ができようか。これこそ因果応報の何物でもない。大体２１世紀の今日的世界で、わが国では、ヨイショと担ぎ上げるべき人種が多すぎるのだ。お隣の中国、韓国を少しは垣間見るがいい。
今回のオリンピック然り、国連分担金の２０パーセントを負担しているわが国が、頼みの米国にも反対されて常任理事国入り出来なかったのも然り、北方領土返還を求めてきた前記の私立の６年制の一貫校を経由した、エセ指導者が多い外務省の失態然り、、、、である。

俺は何時も思う。”氷山の一角”と言う言葉が大好きだ。これ程好きな言葉はない。
厚い人層を日本社会の中に作り出そうではないか　！　教育制度の改革を実行しようではないか　！

Immediately getting to the main point, this time I would like refer to why I have titled " better national education system " at the head blog title of every blog to be continued for long days to future.



84 system has been prevailing over many states in USA of the most reliable country in lots of realms

Concretely speaking, followings are on the ground :

I've been definetely convinced to the fullest extent so far that 93 system is the best and cleverest choice for our country among all 2 division systems across the world.
2,
In our country after war the compulsory education term is established to be " 9 years long " by Japanese law, following many countries. However I consider its term to be a little too long.
It is enough 8 years long for Japanese pupils to undergo fundamental learnings if they would have learned at a same site for 8 years long.
3,
Instead of it, the term of high scool shoud be extended to 4 years long some day in next generation after our deaths.
4,
In addition, 84 system has been prevailing over many states in USA of the most reliable country in many realms.
5,
In the meantime, I'm definitely convinced that 66 system is too hard for Japanese people to put into effect cross our country and too academic for ourselves to get used to.

A happy old man supported by lots of Japanese brilliant companies

In our country an expense of fifteen thousand Japanese Yen per day every day is a large burdensome sum of money to daily life of every Japanese home

I truly wonder if I would be able to fulfille to make up a long contribution as it is the for the first time by use of the new computer, however I'll from now on do my best to write up a long one.

Soon getting to the main point, when I was getting a drip at a bed in a general hospital near my house I happened to meet an old man aged 96 years old neighboring my bed only apart 1 meter away, an old man who was under way getting a drip as well as I. He was accompanied by his two daughter aged around from seventy to eighty years old.
Their all conversations could be heard to me whether I would like or not. Immediately I could confirm that he was a noted man wide-known locally to have been inclined to stock dealing throughout his active days as well as my father had been so in site that my father had been a school teacher throughout active days.

I can easily guess that he had been continuing in thrifty to the fullest extent to save money and buy the same kind of brilliant stocks with brilliant staffs and business achievements next to next, step by step, definetely differing from me, who was seriously damaged by a stock with a fraud company.
At the same time in the meantime, we all can easily guess that all sum of his inevested money has risen and increased at the least to ten to thirty times as much as it had been, that is, it had been in case what he would have deposited on banks or post-offices however a price of a large, stable and brilliant stock would soar up in slow pace and gentle slope.
Further more in his generation he had occupied and left three treasures - a house and two stores with lands - of very expensive real estate.



A well-known proverb says " Where the more brilliant persons gather, the more money naturally comes on. " From point of this view, I'm looking forward to getting more stock profits from Japanese economic realm as possible as I can

It is fated across our local city particularly after the war that most rich families are occupied by doctors of private clinics, so-called parachute corp. In this condition his financial power is sufficiently paralled to one of theirs. He is a brilliant person worth getting attentions and respects, I'm convinced so.

It is said across the world from long times ago " Where the more brilliant persons gather, the more money naturally comes on there. "
From point of this view, I'm looking forward to getting profits from Japanese economic realm as it has lots of persons as brilliant as Japanese medical realm does just like doctors.

As people say it is a little weird and incomprehensible to me that some local city office halls have eliminated brilliant youths next to next in the paper tests and interviews.
How is it going on our Kohnan city ?

Anyway for myself I hope myself in my old aged days to be supported by lots more brilliant men, including those in foreign countries as well a happy aged man, Mr. A.
