I haven't been reading any newspapers at all at home. Once I noticed other day a newspaper reporting " Fuji television station decided to sue Livedoor for damage losses. "

In the meantime, the Fuji station could not help getting the stocks of Livedoor as a result to be unnatural reconciliation.

For me to say in short, it seems to be a natural consent scheme to sue livedoor for damage losses due to sudden and large fall in stock price.

Getting stocks itself is directed to following two points ;
investment for long-term and speculation for a little profits for short-term.

From the view point of the latter, some people insist that sueing for damages due to sudden and large fall in stock price is wrong itself.
However such a opinion itself is wrong to the fullest extent right just to be frauds' frequent excuses.

For reason ;

A sudden and large fall definitely agaist the common sense and normal expectation in stock market inevitably comes in need of legal proceedings for compensation.

Item 1 above mentioned includes Livedoor, too.
Based on what Livedoor has once enrolled in the Federation of Economic Organization and Mr. Horiemon repeatedly continued contacting with top leaders of the Liberal Democratic Party, the current Government party, most Japanese people looked him to be prevailing and representative celebrity in our society.
This stand point ranged over all other realms such as Tokyo stock market also ;
for example, taking into consideration him to be within a just person enough to be taken according to Japanese common sense or normal expectation.

If it were so, such a kind of country should withdraw from all organizations in international society and had better go my way alone, disowning afar from international society to the complete extent.

Livedoor has hopeful prospect for future rather than ever as shortly after it had fallen into an abyss of despair, it displaced a new top echelons in managing business.
On the other hand, the usual certain enterprise has been holding habitual frauds as its top echelons still now. Contrary to Livedoor, it keeps invisibile for future on this ground.

So to speak, what Livedoor is to the usual certain enterprise, is equaivalent to what Germany is to Japan ; these two being situated very afar each other in international society. Is it no problem with what this country is going to keep the usual certain company in IT running around in public in opened daytime in the first division in Tokyo stock market, nevertheless ? Isn't it ?
