Reflecting all this document, it was very painful and overworking for me to refer to injustices in realm of non-education system
Other day on march 7, We Mr. Ozeki and I got a great deal of encouragement and endless hope for close future in our Kohnan city immediately after I reconfirmed that progress of the national biggest project under command of the Ministry of National Land and Traffic by approval of budget committees of both the House of representatives and the House of Councilors was under way.
In other words this great plan called " National Plant Garden " has been carrying out by investment from all Japanese taxes across Japan as well as Kohnan apartment complex by the Ministry of former-Construction had been done so. We were greatly encouraged by prosperous progress of this national project in my native village called " Shinmei " in Kohnan city.
The original blue print to be completed someday in future is said to cover a large extensive land 250 times as much as the square land of Nagoya baseball dome occupies.
We Kohnan citizens will be able to be proud of two very expensive treasures outward all other Japanese people ;

Kohnan apartment complex by the Ministry of former-Construction which is known wide across country to be the most endurable, strongest and in-vulnerable structure agaist any earthquakes

The next coming up, National Plant Garden to be completed in Shinmei in Kohnan city.
Contrary to it, for my own opinionated and somewhat dogmanitic judgement, we most of Kohnan citizens had to be shamed of next 2 faults outward all Japanese people ;

The long lasting existence after war namely a private school with 6 years' consistent education system
2,
little existence of factories, local branches, distribution centers of noted enterprises with brilliant staffs and business achievements in Japan
People were surprised to have seen that only high buildings built by the the Ministry of former Construction kept standing immutable agaist the largest earthquake magnitude with directly above its epicenter
As I have said many times, I spent almost all my active days on occupation called " crane operator ", therefore I had experienced by myself face to face that Hanshin-Awaji earthquake in 1995 had claimed 6,500 lives for a short while, throwing down a large number of high reinforced concrete buildings and leaving a small number of high reinforced concrete buildings built by the Ministry of former Construction, that is, the apartment complex by the Ministry of former-Construction belonging to the same class with Kohan apartment complex by the Ministry of former-Construction because I had been forced very often to go out to the natural disaster sites as a crane operator under public bid of rescue operation.
For detail, a few floors in lagre and high buildings with many floors were crushed nothing and lost shape in front of my eyes. Namely for example, large and high buildings with 10 floors lost 3 floor and 7 floor by this earthquake directly above its epicenter, to be very deeply upset. They were involved in Amagasaki prefectural hospital, large office buildings or dormitory buildings of large and noted companies across country and lots more of high reinforced concrete buildings.
People were surprised to the fullest extent that only high buildings built by the Ministry of former-Construction kept standing immutable against the largest earthquake directly above its epicenter.
I was very pitiful to have heard that Japanese prime minister Koizumi put the national apartment complex by the Ministry of former-Construction into private management as soon as he took office as prime minister only on ground that these buildings needed a large sum of national expenses in building up more than any other buildings, putting aside safety and respect for human beings' lives. I could not shut my mouth with unexpected upset when I heard this wrong administration of his.
We disabled persons hope nurses to move on our disabled body parts' behalf definitely not to get well-trained injections deep into our vein and lots more of all others
Changing story, in our city in nearly two years, two big general hospitals named " Showa hospital and Aihoku hospital " are scheduled to be merged to a new bigger hospital and moved to another place. This forthcoming new hospital is by far inferior to Kohnan apartment complex built by the Ministry of former-Construction in facing difficulty of hard earthquake from the fundamental view point to pursuit profits.
I could always feel at peace in mind every time I returned home and took rest on benches within site of Kohnan national apartment complex, definitely differing from all other sites within complexes run by Aichi prefecture, Kohnan city and lots more of private companies
Whenever I came back home from Mikawa region or Osaka, I used to take a walk with another Shepherd dog around dike of the river and take rest on benches within site of Kohnan national apartment complex because I could always feel at peace in mind, differing from all other sites within private high apartment complex run by prefecture, city and private companies.
We physically disabled persons will go to the new hospital merely in pursuit of our desirable medical treatments, in particular helpfully warm-kinded movements by nurses, definitely not looking at good looking surface on buildings.
We hope most nurses to move on our disabled body parts' behalf, definitely not to get well-trained injection into our vein, definitely not oriented to intelligent carrier women definitely not like young egocentric pseudo-deskworkers in Showa hospital.
That's all which we hope for nurses.
Please keep in mind no to go out of our patient's true hope, all concerned in medical administrations in the coming soon " new general hospital " in Kohnan city !
In sum, all of our disabled persons become thankful in deep mind for nurses for the first time merely since we have become disabled.
